Description

  

  An Kochgefässen     anbringbare        Vorrichtung        zum    Verhindern des     Überkochens     des     Gefässinhaltes       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine an Kochge  fässen     anbringbare    Vorrichtung zum Verhindern des       überkochens    des Gefässinhaltes.  



  Die Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung weist eine  lösbar am obern Rand des Gefässes im Abstand von  dessen Innenwand     anbringbare    Ringleitung für Kühl  wasser, mit Stutzen zum Anschluss dieser Leitung  an ein Wasserleitungsnetz bzw. an eine     Abflussleitung     auf.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der       erfindungsgemässen    Vorrichtung im Schaubild darge  stellt.  



  Die Vorrichtung weist eine     ringförmige    Rohr  leitung 1 auf, die aus Metall, beispielsweise Alumi  nium oder rostfreiem Stahl, besteht und am obern  Rand eines Kochgefässes 2 im Abstand von dessen  Innenwand     anbringbar    ist.  



  Die radial     abragenden    Enden des Rohres 1 tragen       Anschlussstutzen    3, 4 für das Anschliessen des Rohres  über eine Leitung an ein Wasserleitungsnetz bzw.  eine     Abflussleitung    für das Kühlwasser. Diese Leitun  gen sind     zweckmässigerweise    Gummi- oder Plastik  schläuche.  



  Die beiden die Stutzen 3 und 4 tragenden Enden  der Ringleitung liegen in einem Halteteil 5, in wel  chem sie in nicht dargestellter Weise in ihrem Ab  stand voneinander ein- und     feststellbar    sind. Diese  Einstellung ermöglicht in beschränktem Mass eine  Einstellung des Abstandes der Ringleitung 1, bei    verschiedenen Gefässdurchmessern, von deren Innen  wand.  



  Auf der dem Halteteil 5 gegenüberliegenden Seite       trägt    die Ringleitung 1 einen Haken 6 zum über  hängen an den obern Gefässrand.

  The radially protruding ends of the pipe 1 carry connecting pieces 3, 4 for connecting the pipe via a line to a water supply network or a drainage line for the cooling water. These lines are conveniently rubber or plastic hoses.



  The two ends of the ring line carrying the nozzle 3 and 4 are in a holding part 5, in wel chem they stood in their Ab from each other and can be locked in a manner not shown. This setting allows to a limited extent an adjustment of the distance between the ring line 1, with different vessel diameters, from the inner wall.



  On the side opposite the holding part 5, the ring line 1 carries a hook 6 to hang over on the upper edge of the vessel.

PATENTANSPRUCH An Kochgefässen anbringbare Vorrichtung zum Verhindern des überkochens des Gefässinhaltes, ge kennzeichnet durch eine lösbar am obern Rand des Gefässes im Abstand von dessen Innenwand anbring- bare Ringleitung für Kühlwasser, mit Stutzen zum Anschluss dieser Leitung an ein Wasserleitungsnetz bzw. an eine Abflussleitung. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. Vorrichtung nach Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Halteteil verlaufenden Enden der Ringleitung in ihrem Abstand voneinander ein- und feststellbar sind.
