Electricity meter in which the consumption above a certain output is registered by a special over-consumption meter
In the case of over-consumption meters, the difference between a constant speed corresponding to the normal consumption limit and a speed that has a fixed ratio to the rotor shaft speed is isolated by a differential gear. The output of this differential gear is coupled to the over-consumption counter. As a result of the interposition of a freewheel with backstop, only one direction of rotation of the differential gear output is transmitted to the counter. With this positive direction of rotation there is an overconsumption.
Should the overconsumption count at certain times, e.g. B. are put out of operation during the night, the overconsumption meter must first be decoupled from the output of the differential gear using a switchover relay with lever linkage. Only then can the synchronous motor be stopped. Otherwise (if the synchronous motor was previously shut down), the total consumption would be counted in the overconsumption counter, since the comparison speed is zero and the differential speed is therefore the same as the speed resulting from the rotor.
In addition, with this construction, in the event of excessive consumption, the measuring mechanism is loaded by the drive of two counters, which affects the accuracy of the counting.
The invention relates to an electricity meter in which the consumption above a certain power value is registered by means of a differential gear from a special overconsumption counter, the speed of the counter rotor being transmitted to the first member of the differential gear, and a constant comparison speed of an auxiliary drive to the second member of the Differential gear is transmitted and the revolutions of the third member Indes differential gear, which are dependent on the speed difference of the first and the second member, are only counted by the overconsumption counter when the speed difference is positive, and which is characterized in that the overconsumption counter is driven by an auxiliary drive via a control member,
which winds controlled by the rotation of the third link and is designed so that it transfers the movement of the auxiliary drive to the overconsumption counter only when there is a positive speed difference. In this embodiment of an overconsumption counter, the overconsumption counter is not driven by the measuring mechanism, but by an auxiliary drive.
This means that there is no additional load on the measuring mechanism, since it only has to control the drive between the auxiliary source and the over-consumption counter. With this counter it is also possible to interrupt the overconsumption count by simply stopping the auxiliary drive. A changeover relay is not required.
In the drawing discussed below, an embodiment of the invention is shown.
Only the worm e 1 of the rotor shaft is shown of the measuring mechanism. This drives the total consumption counter 8 via a worm wheel 2, a shaft 3, another gear 4, a gear 5, a shaft 6 and a gear 7. The differential gear designated as a whole with 16 is driven by a synchronous motor 9 via gears 10 and 11, a worm gear 12, further gears 13, 14 and another worm gear 15. The differential gear 16 consists of the bevel gear 17 forming the input side, which is loosely rotatable on the shaft 6, as well as the pinion 18 and also the output gear 19, which is also loosely rotatable on the shaft 6. An impeller 20 with inclined blades is connected to the output gear 19.
The arm 21 touches a pawl on the wings, which is rotatably mounted on a bolt 22 and is pressed against the impeller 20 by the force of a torsion spring 23.
The bolt 21 is firmly connected to a locking disk 24 which is seated on a shaft 25. The disk 24 is locked in place by a spring 26 which engages in a notch on the circumference of the disk 24. The shaft 25 is coupled to the over-consumption counter 28 via a worm gear 27. The pawl 21 also carries a pin 29 which, when the pawl moves accordingly, can engage in a ratchet wheel 30 which is driven by the synchronous motor 9 via bevel gears 31, 32.
The counter works as follows: Below a certain power, the worm 1 is driven by the measuring mechanism at such a speed that the shaft 6 does not rotate faster than the wheel 17 on the input side of the differential gear 16. This wheel is driven by the synchronous motor at a constant speed 9 powered off. If the shaft of the speed 6 is below the wheel 17, the wheel 19 and thus the vane 20 rotate on the output side of the differential gear 16. The direction of rotation is such that the pawl 21 cannot pass between the individual vanes of the impeller 20 , as it already hits the next wing when sliding off one wing.
This is a result of the inclination of the wings.
If the limit is now reached at which the overconsumption counting should begin, the shafts 6 and the wheel 17 of the differential gear 16 rotate at the same speed and the output side (bevel wheel 19) and thus the impeller 20 are stopped. If the speed of the shaft 6 increases further, the output gear 19 of the differential gear begins to rotate in the opposite direction. The feeler arm of the pawl 21 can now pass between two wings as the wheel 20 continues to rotate as a result of the inclined position against wings. As a result, the spring 23 is able to rotate the pawl 21 about the bolt 22, so that the bolt 29 engages in the ratchet wheel 30.
As a result, the disk 24 is carried along by the ratchet wheel 30, the detent spring 26 being pressed out of the notch.
After executing one revolution, the arm 21 again touches the impeller 20, which has meanwhile continued to rotate. The detent spring 26 fixes the disk 24 again. After the wheel 20 continues to rotate, this game is repeated. The dimensioning of the translation of the worm gear 24 can be dimensioned in such a way that the overconsumption counter is rotated further by exactly one unit during this process.
In the counter described, the overconsumption counter is driven by the synchronous motor 9, which anyway has an overshoot power. The over-consumption counter therefore does not need to be rotated from the measuring mechanism, so that its load is smaller and the measurement accuracy is greater. When switching off the overconsumption count, z. B. during the night, only the synchronous motor 9 needs to be stopped.
The invention can also be implemented in a departure from the illustrated embodiment. The drive connection between the synchronous motor (and the over-consumption counter 28) can also be designed differently. The only important thing is that this drive connection can be engaged or disengaged from the output side of the differential gear .
