Kleiderknopf Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kleiderknopf und auf die Verwendung von Kleiderknöpfen, welche vorzugsweise aus Polypropylen, Nylon oder einem an deren geeigneten Stoff hergestellt sind.
Es sind viele Befestigungsarten von Knöpfen an Stoffen bekannt. Besondere Schwierigkeiten zeigen sich jedoch bei der Befestigung von Knöpfen an sehr harten Stoffen, z. B. Kunstleder, Leder, Segeltuch usw. Die handelsüblichen Fäden zum Annähen von Knöpfen sind meist zu schwach, so dass die Knöpfe schnell wieder abreissen. Es ist bekannt, die Knöpfe mit Draht am Stoff zu befestigen. Diese Befestigung mit Draht hat den Nachteil, dass der Draht rostet, ausserdem ist diese Befestigung verhältnismässig um ständlich.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt diese Nach teile zu vermeiden und eine Befestigung zu schaffen, die sicher hält und dauerhaft ist. Der erfindungsge- mässe Knopf ist durch einen Nietbolzen gekennzeich net, der bestimmt ist, durch den Stoff hindurchgeführt und zum unlösbaren Befestigen des Knopfes am Stoff vernietet zu werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Knopfes ist an Hand der beigefügten Zeichnung aus führlich beschrieben. In der Zeichnung ist ein an ei nem Stoff befestigter Knopf teilweise im Schnitt dar gestellt.
Am Stoff 10 ist in an sich bekannter Weise eine Oese 11 befestigt, durch welche ein Nietbolzen 12 eines Knopfes 13 hindurchgesteckt und vernietet ist, in dem das untere Ende des Nietbolzens 12 zu einem Nietkopf 14 geformt wird. Die ursprüngliche Form des Nietbolzens vor dem Nieten ist strichpunktiert dargestellt. Der Nietbolzen besteht gemäss dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Stück mit dem Knopf. Selbstverständlich kann der Nietbolzen auch separat hergestellt und in den Knopf eingesetzt werden.
Solche Knöpfe werden vorzugsweise aus Poly- propylen, Nylon oder einem anderen geeigneten Ma terial hergestellt. Wichtig ist, dass der Knopf oder wenigstens der Nietbolzen, falls Knopf und Nietbol zen nicht aus dem selben Material hergestellt sind, sich leicht nieten lässt.
Die Länge des Nietbolzens kann den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen angepasst werden, so dass der Abstand des Knopfes vom Stoff beliebig gewählt werden kann. Der Nietbolzen ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbei spiel konisch dargestellt, er kann aber auch zylindrisch sein.
Die im Stoff vorgesehene Oese 11 kann auch weg gelassen werden und der Nietbolzen 12 kann direkt durch ein Loch im Stoff hindurchgesteckt und ver nietet werden.
Der Knopf kann aus einem thermoplastischen Ma terial hergestellt sein, der sich durch Erhitzen leicht an einem Nietkopf formen lässt.
Statt der Oese kann auch lediglich eine Unter lagsscheibe verwendet werden.
Der Kleiderknopf kann aber auch anstelle der Oese mit einer flachen Unterlagsscheibe aus dem glei chen Material wie der Knopf hergestellt werden. Die Unterlagsscheibe ist mit einer versenkten Bohrung versehen, so dass die Niete mit der Unterlagsscheibe zu einer flachen Niete verschmolzen werden kann.

An eyelet 11 is attached to the fabric 10 in a manner known per se, through which a rivet bolt 12 of a button 13 is inserted and riveted, in which the lower end of the rivet bolt 12 is formed into a rivet head 14.
