Control acknowledgment switch In electrical switchgear, dummy circuit diagrams are used that provide information about the switching status of the network or the system at any time. The cable runs are marked as lines. The individual devices are represented within these lines by symbols, some of which are also designed as control and signaling devices. For example, control acknowledgment switches are used on a large scale, the contact of which can be used to electrically actuate the associated circuit breakers.
In addition, they show the switching status of the circuit breaker. The control acknowledgment switches generally have a rotatable head with a toggle that can assume two rest positions. In the on position the toggle is in the direction of the cable run, in the off position it is perpendicular to it. If the position of the control acknowledgment switch does not match the position of the circuit breaker, a lamp housed in the lamp head lights up.
In addition to the two rest positions offset by 90 relative to one another, the control acknowledgment switches also have two key positions that are used for control purposes. The switch positions are reached by turning the cable by about 45 or by pulling or pushing in the axial direction of the switch.
In order to save space on the mimic diagrams, it is known to arrange the control acknowledgment switches directly in the junction of the busbar and the branching line. In such an arrangement, for example, control acknowledgment switches are used whose position symbol consists of an iris diaphragm which is open in one switch position and closed in the other switch position.
In the case of the known control acknowledgment switches with an iris diaphragm, however, it is difficult to achieve reliable opening and closing of the iris diaphragm as well as over-turning the switch into the tactile position without changing the position of the iris diaphragm in the latter.
The invention makes it possible to avoid the difficulties set out above in the case of a control acknowledgment switch in which the position symbol consists of an iris diaphragm which is open in one switch position and closed in the other switch position.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that: the driver for the iris diaphragm is connected to one end of a spring and the fastening flange is connected to the other end of the spring. The driver is expediently arranged in a recess in the visor body. The spring is curved with advantage and is located, for.
B. in an annular recess of the visor body. One end of this can engage in a slot in the fastening flange. Such an arrangement ensures reliable opening and closing of the iris diaphragm as well as a reaction-free overdrive in the tactile positions. It is also easy to replace the visor body.
The invention is explained below with reference to an example shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. - In Fig. 1, the essential parts of the inventive control acknowledgment switch (taken apart) are shown. Fig. 2 shows a view of the visor body with built-in diaphragm from the rear. In Fig. 3 is a sectional drawing of the visor body is shown.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the diaphragm body 1 of the control acknowledgment switch according to the invention has a cylindrical shape. It has 1 four grip cams 2.
At the front it is closed by a disk 3. Behind Iden handle cams 2 there is an annular recess 4 with a rectangular cross-section, which is used to accommodate the spring 5. Furthermore, Ausspa ments 14 are provided in the visor body 1, which engage in the not shown parts of the switch part of the control receipt switch, also not shown.
The iris diaphragm 15 has, in a known manner, a plurality of lamellae 13 through which the actual diaphragm is formed. The slats 13 are actuated by the driver 7. The end 6 of the spring 5 is attached to the driver 7. In the installed state, the spring 5 is located in the annular recess 4, as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3. The end 8 of the spring 5 is bent at approximately right angles and engages in the installed To stood in the slot 9 of the mounting flange 10.
The fastening flange 10 is in turn arranged in a panel 11 in the usual manner.
As can be seen in FIG. 2, the driver 7 is located in a sector-shaped recess 12 of the visor body 1. The iris diaphragm 15 is connected to the visor body 1 so that it can be opened or closed by rotating the visor body 1. The position of the driver 7 in the sector-shaped recess 12 changes. The end positions in the recess 12 correspond to the open or closed diaphragm.
As long as the driver, 7 does not reach an end position, the position of the same - based on the mounting flange 10 - is determined by the spring 5. The tension of the spring 5 is selected accordingly. When the driver 7 has reached an end position and the visor body 1 is rotated further, it takes the driver 7 with it.
Although the tension of the spring 5 increases, this has no effect on the iris diaphragm 15 because the driver 7 rests against the diaphragm body 1 in an end position. Such an increased tension of the spring 5 only occurs when the visor body 1 is rotated into a tactile position for the purpose of actuating a switch.
As soon as the switch and thus the diaphragm body 1 returns from the tactile position into the associated rest position, the spring 5 relaxes. The position of the driver 7 is then determined by the spring 5 again.
A translucent white disk is optionally arranged behind the iris diaphragm 15. This can, for example, be made of opal glass or a colored glass or plastic. An incandescent lamp is arranged in the switch housing, not shown. The iris diaphragm is constructed in such a way that a certain minimum opening is retained when it is closed so that the luminous symbol can still be seen through this opening.
