18 erforderlich waren.
Equipment for loading, unloading, stacking and transporting horizontally lying goods
The invention relates to a device for loading, unloading, stacking and transporting horizontally lying goods, in particular a layer of stacked concrete blocks, with a crane rocker mounted on a motor-driven, platform-like vehicle.
When gripping, transporting and depositing horizontally layered, especially lumpy and uniform gripping items, such as B. in concrete works with artificial stones or z. B. pumice concrete moldings is present, the stacking has been largely carried out by hand. This gripping material is usually stacked on a hatch so that the air for drying has access to the uniformly formed artificial stones or the like from all sides as possible.
Due to the high pressure sensitivity of concrete blocks that have just been completed, gripping such an item to be gripped in layers is particularly difficult because even a slight lateral pressure can destroy the item to be gripped.
These operations, which are mainly carried out by hand, are very unprofitable, especially in large stacking areas.
It is the purpose of the present invention to remedy this disadvantage.
The invention is characterized in that the vehicle is provided with a height-adjustable platform and the crane arm is provided with a device for gripping.
The invention will now be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with the aid of the drawings.

According to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the device for loading and unloading, stacking and transporting horizontally lying goods consists initially of a motor vehicle 1 on which the flatbed structure 2 with the raised and lowered flatbed 3 is built.
In the laterally arranged bearing plate 4, both the shaft bearing 5 of the rocker 6 and the pivot point 7 of the hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder 8 are arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle in such a way that it engages the pivot point 9 of the rocker arm 6.
By actuating the cylinder 8, the rocker 6 has the task of ensuring that the center of gravity 10 located at the upper end of the rocker arm 6 executes the supplementary movements of the loading arm 11 attached to the center of gravity 10. The loading arm 11 is actuated from the bearing point 12 of the rocker 6 with the aid of the hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder 13 at the pivot point 14 of the loading arm 11 and the gripping device 17 is connected via the suspension 16 attached at the pivot point 15.
In Fig. 1, in the position I, the gripping device 17 is in the open state when gripping a plurality of components, eg. B. concrete blocks 18, which are still on base boards 19, shown, while in position II of FIG. 1, the so-called paragraph movement of the combined rocker 6 with loading arm 11 on the motor vehicle 1 for the lowest layer of the concrete blocks 18 is shown.
2 shows the gripping device 17 in position III when the concrete blocks 18 approached on the vehicle 1 are deposited at the stacking location in the highest possible stacking position, the gripping device g 17 also being shown here in the open and not tensioned state. The air spaces 20 m in the longitudinal direction are here produced by the spreader 21 during the gripping process and maintained when stacking.
Fig. 3 shows the side view of the motor vehicle 1 with several layers of components stacked by the gripping device 17, e.g. B. Concrete blocks 18, the top of the concrete block layers is held at the moment of depositing and conveying to the stacking area for safety reasons.
In FIG. 4, the gripping device consisting of grippers and counter grippers is in the tensioned state, i.e. H. when gripping a large number of components lying one behind the other, e.g. B. concrete blocks 18 shown, the perspective view being used for better illustration and the spreader being omitted. Here, the elastic hoses 24 attached to the grippers 28 and counter grippers 30 with a partial liquid filling 25 press against the components 18 and, in conjunction with the elastic tensioning form of the cover, adjust to the size differences occurring in practice in the stone shapes and their unevenness.
The gripping device 17 attached to the suspension 16 consists of a tubular frame n 26 that stiffens on all sides and in the longitudinal direction with the upper belt 27 serving for further stiffening, a large number of fixed grippers 28 depending on the length of the device and an equal number in Pivot point 29 of FIG. 6 movably attached counter grippers 30. Grippers 28 and counter grippers 30 have fixed receptacles 31 that extend beyond the gripping length and in which the elastic hoses 24 are firmly connected with the aid of hose nozzles 32.
According to FIGS. 5 and 6, the gripping device 17 is shown both in the open and in the tensioned state. In the first-mentioned position according to FIG. 5, when the loading arm 11 is lowered or seated, the suspension 16 presses the adjustable grid plate 33 attached to the tubular frame 26 with the associated bearing 37 against the nose 34 of the pawl 36 mounted at the pivot point 35 and locks the open position State by the locking of the nose 34. When the pawl 36 is lifted by a train (not shown) from the operating station of the transport device, the nose 34 is withdrawn from the grid plate 33 and the actual elastic clamping effect of the gripping device 17 occurs when the suspension 16 is lifted.
While FIG. 7a shows the arrangement of the elastic hoses 24 with partial filling 25 on the continuous receptacle 31 with the aid of the hose nozzles 32, FIG. 7b shows the state when the gripping action is tensioned.
The elastic hose 24 has the concrete blocks u with the unfilled hose part. Ä. 18 adapted in shape and thus made an elastic pressing on the still fragile components.
An even better illustration of the adaptability of the elastic hoses 24 to the newborns and concrete blocks 18 that are still fragile is shown in FIG. 7c as a top view of the gripping device 17. The concrete blocks gripped with air gaps 20 have special recesses 39 on the end faces 37 into which the elastic , partially filled hoses 24 fit on all sides and pressure-compensating and thus prevent overloading until the edges of the end faces 37 break off.
The requirement for the gentle and secure handling of particularly thin-walled molded blocks 38, which has hitherto only been made by manual handling, occurs according to FIG. 7d in a combination between the usual elastic hoses 24 and the elastic balls 41 adapted to the molded blocks 38, which over connecting, communicating lines 42 and elastically acting pressure compensators 43 are attached to the pressure-sensitive edges 40 in an elastic manner and to compensate for the gripping pressure, so that they apply the contact pressure in an even distribution.
In all cases of elastic and mechanical multiple gripping to carry out the work steps necessary in practice of the stacking or loading, it is a question of products of the construction material manufacture, in particular of the concrete and brick industry, which annually produce billions of items and convey them and their comprehensive mode of transport represents the manual handling, because of the only surface-solid, inside the concrete blocks 18 or shaped blocks 38, however, still soft and not pressure-resistant cores, in which gripping with mechanical grippers has always led to large rejects due to breakage. The breakage quota approved from practice for manual handling is set at a maximum of 50/0.
The purpose of the rotating device shown in FIG. 8 with actuation for setting or setting up the layers gripped with the gripping device 17 for parallel depositing on the stack is to save the driver of the transport device from having to make corrective parallel journeys if the approach to the stacking location is not precise, and to do so manually from the driver's seat actuating rotary device to make the alignment for setting down the gripping device 17. For this purpose, in the perspective illustration, the entire gripping device 17 with the associated tubular frame 26 etc. is suspended in a pendulum fashion by the suspensions 16 fastened in the pivot point 15 in the joint 45. The upper, firmly connected cross member 46 of the fine adjustment 44 is in a fixed connection with the pivot pin 47 and moves the same in the bearing 49 connected to the cross member 48 on the loading arm 11.
As a result of the pivoting movement A of the lever 50, which is actuated from the driver's seat and is not shown in detail, which is firmly welded to the upper cross member 46 of the fine adjustment 44 at points 51, the entire gripping device 17 is pendulously moved around the pivot 47 in the suspensions 16 under load fine-tuned when putting down the load.
To secure or enlarge the air gaps 20 in the longitudinal direction of the rows or layers of concrete blocks 18 or other shaped blocks 38 to be gripped, the expansion device according to the illustration in FIG. 9 is used as an additional device for the gripping device 17 in the neutral position with the gripper 28 open and the opposing gripper 30 before spreading .
On the connecting rods 52 between the gripper 28 and the counter gripper 30 attached in the pivot point 29, the scissor-like spreading device is arranged in the continuous axis 53 in such a way that the cam tracks 54, 55 can be adjusted with the help of the holes 56 and the spreading effect can be regulated on the Spreading arms 57, 58 act and in this case the continuous pressure plates 60 with an elastic pressure layer 61 mounted in a pendulum manner in the pivot points 59 when spreading against the concrete blocks 18 u. press.
10a and 10b, the cam track 54 acts on the spreader arm 57 and the cam track 55 acts on the spreader arm 58 like scissors in direction C depending on the setting of the holes 56 with the aid of the guide body 62 with cover 63 and the, arranged on the tubular frame 26 rollers 65 mounted on the shafts 64 as soon as the gripping device 17 is lifted from the loading arm 11 by the lifting of the suspension 16 and the guide body 62 with the rollers 65 rolls along the inner tracks of the cam tracks 54, 55.
Due to the adjustability in the holes 56, the air gap 20 already present on the base boards 19 can be preserved or expanded accordingly when the cam tracks 54, 55 are adjusted in the direction X, X, so that in the course of the pressure effect of the spreading arms 57, 58 the on the base boards 19 adhering concrete blocks 18 u. Ä. Be detached from the boards with the help of the pressure plates 60 before the actual gripping action of the gripper 28 and counter gripper 30.
In order to allow the expansion device not to damage the concrete blocks 18 into the air gaps 20 already present on the base boards 19, an elastic guide plate 66 is arranged at the outer ends of the continuous pressure plates 60 and adapts itself both when dipping into the air gap 20 and at elastic to the set spreading movements.
With the aid of the tension springs 67, the cam tracks 54, 55 are pulled back into the set zero position when the load is placed or picked up.
The transport device with gripping device 17 and loading device 69-84 is shown in FIGS. 11 and 13. Here, the loading platform 3 with the concrete blocks 18 stacked with the air gaps 20 by the gripping device 17 is placed in the zero position on the platform structure.
The known oil-hydraulic cylinders 69, which are pivotably arranged on the frame of the transport device in the fixed point 68, are shown with the rollers 70 on the running rails 71 attached to the frame 1 in their outermost - analogously zero - position. In this position, the slide or roller track 72 connected to the loading bed 3 has also reached its lowest point, sits loosely on the bed structure 2 and can be loaded with the components 18 in this position.
After the loading of the loading platform 3 has been completed, as shown in FIG. 12, the front wall 73, which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 1, is first placed on the pipe guide 75, which is arranged under the loading platform 3 for parallel guidance, with the aid of the pulling cylinder 74 in order to remove the no longer necessary during loading Air gaps 20 actuated in the direction of arrow A. After the air gaps 20 have been eliminated, the end wall 73 is returned to the starting position shown in FIG. 11 by pushing the components 18 together.
As a result of the pulling action of the oil hydraulic cylinders 69 of known design, the rollers 70 lying next to one another in pairs carry out the following movements to raise the loading platform 3.
While one roller 70 rolls clockwise at all four points of contact in the horizontal direction of movement on the associated running rails 71, the second roller 70 moves counterclockwise along the roller track 72 which is fixedly arranged on the loading bed 3, whereby the entire loading bed 3 under the The load of the components 18 is brought along the guide rods 76 into the desired lifting position, since the loading platform 3 is loosely seated on the platform structure 2.
This stroke position is shown frontally in Fig. 13 Darge. The loading platform 3 with the components 18 has been set up in the height position at the level of the vehicle floor 77 of a long-distance vehicle 78 with the aid of the oil-hydraulic cylinders 69 that trigger the lifting movement and the runways 72, so that the pressure device 79, which is also fixedly arranged on the loading platform 3 is moved with the aid of scissors 80 by several known cylinders 81 in the direction of arrow B from the zero position I to position II.
The scissors 80 is here on one side in the points 82 fixed in the abutment 83, which is rigidly connected to the loading platform 3, and causes the pulling effect of the cylinder 81 with the help of the multiple scissors 80 of known design, a pressure of the entire stacked Load on components 18 u. From the platform 3 to the vehicle floor 77. The parallel guidance when the load is pushed down by the pressure device 79 is ensured by pipe guides 84 located under the platform 3.
The movements of the vehicle shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 thus represent a supplement to the loading process from the gripping device 17 after the intermediate loading at the stacking location on the flatbed floor 3, so that in the structure of the vehicle partly - using already known technical devices - a the manual actuation replacing innovation in the conveyor sector of the building material manufacturers, especially the concrete and artificial stone producers, was created. The transport device is operated centrally in all its functions by the one-man operator and thus saves the use of a large number of previously required workers, depending on the size of the components
18 were required.
