Klebband-Spender
Die bisher bekannten Klebband-Ausgabevorrichtungen für Selbstklebebänder sind so gebaut, dass beide Hände beim Abtrennen und Aufkleben benötigt werden. Z. B. muss bei der Entnahme mit der einen Hand festgehalten werden, während mit der andern Hand die benötigte Länge des Klebbandes ausgezogen und abgetrennt wird. Es sind auch stationäre Entnahmevorrichtungen bekannt, welche das Abtrennen mit einer Hand erlauben, jedoch beim Aufkleben werden wiederum beide Hände benötigt.
Bei allen Vorrichtungen muss aber das aus der Vorrichtung ausgezogene und abgetrennte Klebband beim Aufkleben auf einen Gegenstand an beiden Enden gehalten werden, wozu wiederum beide Hände notwendig sind.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun einen Klebband-Spender für Selbstklebebänder, welcher eine Einhandbedienung erlaubt.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass das Gehäuse eine flache Seitenpartie aufweist, in welcher eine Austrittsöffnung liegt, zu welch letzterer eine Gleitbahn führt, die zur teilweisen Abhebung der Klebfläche zwecks Erleichterung des Darübergleitens des Klebbandes mit Erhebungen versehen ist, wobei vor der Austrittsöffnung an der Gleitpartie ein Bandandrückkörper und vor diesem zurückversetzt ein Abtrennmesser angeordnet ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt und zwar zeigt:

Fig. 3 die Handhabung des Klebband-Spenders im Augenblick des Abtrennens des aufgeklebten Bandteiles.
Der dargestellte Klebband-Spender weist ein Gehäuse 1 aus Kunststoff auf, in dessen Innerem auf einer Lagerbüchse 2 die Klebbandrolle 3 aufgesteckt ist. 4 ist der zwecks Auswechslung der Klebbandrolle 3 leicht abnehmbare Gehäusedeckel, der durch eine Schraube 5 in seiner Verschlussstellung gesichert ist.
Die Schraube 5 greift in eine an der Gehäuse-Innen wand d festsitzende Gewindehülse 6 des Gehäuses 1 ein, auf welcher die Lagerbüchse 2 bei geringer Reibung lagert. Der der Klebbandrolle 3 Raum bietende Gehäuseteil ist in seiner Oberhälfte trommelförmig, während die untere Hälfte mit einer rechtedkigen, ebenen Gleitfläche 7 abschliesst. Diese Gleitfläche ist nach vorn zu durch eine Gehäuse-Ausbuchtung 1' verlängert und weist an der Ansatzstelle der Verlängerung eine Austrittsöffnung 8 für das Klebband 3' auf.
Diese Austrittsöffnung 8 ist durch, in das Gehäuse-Innere vorspringende Leitwände 9, 10 begrenzt, von welchen die der Klebfläche des Klebbandes 3' zugekehrte Seite der Leitwand 9 mit zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Längsrippen 11, die auch Querrippen sein können, zur Verhinderung des Aufliegens der ganzen Klebfläche und des Anklebens des Klebbandes 3' versehen ist. Die Rippen 11 bewirken eine lineare Auflage des Klebbandes mit weitgehender Freihaltung der Klebfläche, was die Gleitfähig- keit, wie es unerlässlich ist, günstig gestaltet. Die Unterseite 7' der Verlängerung 1' weist einen in der Fortsetzung der Gleitfläche 7 liegenden, nach unten um wenigstens 1 mm vorstehenden Bandandrückkörper 12 auf, der mit dem Gehäuse ein Ganzes bildet.
Über den Bandandrückkörper gleitet die klebstofffreie Seite des Klebbandes 3' hinweg. Am äusseren Ende der nach innen zurückversetzten Fläche 7' der Gehäuseverlängerung 1' ist ein quer zur Längsrichtung der Unterseite 7 gestelltes Abtrennmesser 13 angeordnet, wobei zwischen diesem und dem Bandandrückkörper 12 ein Leerraum 14 gebildet ist. Der Passsitz für das Messer 13 ist an einer Wandverstärkung 15 des Gehäuses 1 vorgesehen, an welcher das Abtrennmesser 13 mittels einer Befestigungsschraube 16 festgelegt ist. Das Gehäuse kann bei Nichtgebrauch mittels der geraden Hinterseite 1" sicher auf eine Unterlage gestellt werden. Das Ablegen kann aber auch auf die Breitseitenwand direkt erfolgen.
Die Handhabung des beschriebenen Klebband Spenders ist aus der Fig. 3 ersichtlich. Der Apparat wird mit einer Hand an seinem trommelförmigen Teil gehalten, wobei der Zeigefinger mehr oder weniger auf der Gehäuseverlängerung 1' aufliegt. Durch Aufsetzen des Apparates mit seiner Unterseite 7 auf die mit dem Klebband zu versehende Oberfläche eines Gegenstandes G, Fig. 1, wird der durch den vorangehenden Gebrauch des Apparates bereits aus der Öffnung austretende Teil des Klebbandes 3' durch den Bandandrückkörper 12 der zu überklebenden Fläche des Gegenstandes G angedrüdkt und dabei durch gleichzeitiges Gleiten des Apparates in Richtung A über die Oberfläche der Austritt des Klebbandes unter gleichzeitigem Aufkleben desselben auf den Gegenstand G bewirkt.
Selbstredend ist auch bei diesem Apparat die gewohnte Klebbandentnahme durch Ausziehen des Klebbandes mit der anderen Hand möglich.
Das Gehäuse 1 braucht nicht unbedingt geschlossen, wie gezeichnet, zu sein, es kann auch in bekannter Weise, und zwar z. B. im oberen Bereich, offengehalten sein.

The previously known adhesive tape dispensers for self-adhesive tapes are constructed in such a way that both hands are required for separating and sticking. In all devices, however, the adhesive tape pulled out and separated from the device must be held at both ends when it is stuck to an object, which in turn requires both hands.
The present invention now relates to an adhesive tape dispenser for self-adhesive tapes which allows one-handed operation.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the housing has a flat side part in which an outlet opening is located, to which the latter a sliding path leads, which is provided with elevations for the partial lifting of the adhesive surface in order to make it easier for the adhesive tape to slide over it Sliding part a band pressure body and in front of this set back a cutting knife is arranged.

The illustrated adhesive tape dispenser has a housing 1 made of plastic, in the interior of which the adhesive tape roll 3 is slipped onto a bearing bush 2. 4 is the housing cover, which can be easily removed for the purpose of replacing the roll of adhesive tape 3 and which is secured in its closed position by a screw 5.
The screw 5 engages in a on the housing inner wall d tightly fitting threaded sleeve 6 of the housing 1, on which the bearing bush 2 is supported with low friction. The housing part providing space for the roll of adhesive tape 3 is drum-shaped in its upper half, while the lower half terminates with a rectangular, flat sliding surface 7. This sliding surface is extended towards the front by a housing bulge 1 'and has an outlet opening 8 for the adhesive tape 3' at the attachment point of the extension.
This outlet opening 8 is limited by guide walls 9, 10 projecting into the interior of the housing, of which the side of the guide wall 9 facing the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 3 'with two spaced apart longitudinal ribs 11, which can also be transverse ribs, to prevent the Rest of the entire adhesive surface and the gluing of the adhesive tape 3 'is provided. The ribs 11 cause the adhesive tape to rest in a linear manner with the adhesive surface being largely kept free, which makes the sliding ability, which is essential, favorable. The underside 7 'of the extension 1' has a band pressure body 12, which is located in the continuation of the sliding surface 7 and protrudes downwards by at least 1 mm, which forms a whole with the housing.
The adhesive-free side of the adhesive tape 3 'slides over the tape pressure body. At the outer end of the inwardly recessed surface 7 'of the housing extension 1', a severing knife 13 placed transversely to the longitudinal direction of the underside 7 is arranged, an empty space 14 being formed between this and the band pressure body 12. The snug fit for the knife 13 is provided on a wall reinforcement 15 of the housing 1, on which the cutting knife 13 is fixed by means of a fastening screw 16. When not in use, the housing can be securely placed on a base by means of the straight back 1 ″. It can also be placed directly on the broad side wall.
The handling of the described adhesive tape dispenser can be seen from FIG. The apparatus is held by its drum-shaped part with one hand, with the index finger resting more or less on the housing extension 1 '. By placing the device with its underside 7 on the surface of an object G to be provided with the adhesive tape, FIG. 1, the part of the adhesive tape 3 'which has already emerged from the opening due to the previous use of the device is replaced by the tape pressure body 12 of the surface to be covered of the object G and at the same time causes the adhesive tape to emerge by simultaneously sliding the apparatus in direction A over the surface while simultaneously sticking it onto the object G.
It goes without saying that the usual removal of the adhesive tape by pulling out the adhesive tape with the other hand is also possible with this device.
