Fig. 1, sind ebenfalls in der Fig. 2 angedeutet.
Switch actuating valve on an electrical switch driven by compressed air In known D, ruckluftsteuergeräte for meh rere cooperating in a certain order, by compressed air to be operated elec tric switches such. B. disconnectors, circuit breakers, branching switches and limit switches, preferably for electrical high-voltage switchgear with single or multiple busbars in indoor or outdoor areas.
Free air switchgear, among other things, switch actuating valves are used, which control the compressed air supply to the compressed air drive.en of the switches, @d. H. enable or disable. In the operation of such switchgear, it has been shown that the switching element of a switch in a fault position, i. H. can remain between its display or display during the switching process if:
the supply or compressed air to the air drive of the switch is interrupted prematurely.
The invention avoids this disadvantage by a special design of the switch actuating valve and therefore relates to a switch actuating valve on an electrical switch driven by compressed air with at least one command organ and a feedback device for reporting a completed switching operation, preferably for high-voltage switchgear with input or
Multiple busbars for indoor or outdoor switchgear. The above-mentioned disadvantage is remedied according to the invention in that the switch actuating valve is provided with a pilot valve and a compressed air-actuated locking element which is connected to the pilot valve, the switch actuating valve and the feedback device,
and @that the blocking element is activated by the pilot valve when the command element is activated and the switch actuating valve connected to it opens and keeps it open until the feedback device reports the completed switching operation, whereupon the switch actuating valve can be closed.
A main release valve can be arranged which controls the supply of compressed air to the pilot valve as a function of the actuation of a command element, so that the pilot valve is not acted upon by the compressed air in the idle state.
The switch actuating valve @, on the other hand, is constantly exposed to: the compressed air. The pilot valve is expediently connected to a command element of the local control, which is connected to contacts of a lock against: a double switching operation of a switching branch.
Furthermore, a spring can be provided between the pilot valve and the double actuation locking device, which adjustably delays the effectiveness of the pilot valve in relation to the activation or the double actuation locking device. The locking member is advantageously designed as a knee joint with two brackets that are hinged to one another.
The articulation point of the knee joint is advantageously influenced by a drive element and a restoring element, and a tab is connected to the switch actuating valve, while the other tab is supported on a fixed point. The reset element can be operated by the feedback device, but also by hand.
The manual operation enables the operating personnel to intervene in the sequence of a switching operation.
The blocking element can be designed at the same time as a locking element and as a drive element for the switch actuating valve. The switch actuation valves are z.
B. continuously acted upon by compressed air. An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in FIG. 1, which shows the use of two switch actuating valves, namely a disconnector switch-on actuation valve and a disconnector switch-off actuation valve,
illustrates the operation of a disconnector. 2 shows schematically a compressed air control device for a branch that can be optionally connected to one of two busbars: used in the switch actuating valves according to the invention for switching two busbar-side disconnectors, a circuit breaker and a branch-side disconnector and an earthing switch, are.
According to FIG. 1, the disconnection knife 1 of the disconnector is driven by a shaft 2 and ider claw 3 which works together with a roller 4 which is arranged on the piston rod 5. This connects the piston 6 with the piston 7. The switch drive cylinder 8 has a Vent 9 and four pipe connections 10 to 13, of which the pipe connections 10 and 11 @ the operating compressed air to the drive cylinder 8 and continue from this. The pipe connections 12 and 13 feed the feedback air to the feedback cylinder 14.
The pipes 10 and 11 are also connected to the feedback cylinder 14 in which the feedback piston 15 is arranged. It is coupled to a locking lever 16 which works together with two locking pawls 17 and 18 and actuates a display device 20 as well as switching fault protection and signaling contacts 21a and 21 via a coupling (not shown) and via the shaft 19. The locking pawls 17 and 18 each have a recess 22 and 23.
They can be rotated about bolts 24 and 25 and are pressed by springs 26 and 27 onto unlocking plungers 28 and 29 which belong to unlocking pistons 30 and 31 in unlocking cylinders 79 and 79a. A switch-on actuating valve 32 is arranged to switch on the isolator 1 and a switch-off actuating valve 33 is arranged to switch it off. In the. Housings 34 and 35 of the switch actuating valves are each a pilot valve 36 and 37 and a blocking element 38 and 39 each arranged.
The switch-on actuating valve 32 has two valve chambers 40 and 41, which are separated from one another by a valve disk 42 when the switch-on actuating valve is closed and which is pressed onto the valve seat 44 by the spring 43. The valve disk 42 is attached to a valve rod 45 which carries a second valve disk 46 which works together with the valve seat 47 when the locking organ comes into action.
The valve chamber 41 is connected to the valve chamber 49 of the switch-off actuating valve by a pipe 48 and this is connected to the main compressed air line 51 by a pipe 50. The two valve chambers 41 and 49 are therefore constantly filled with compressed air.
The pilot valve 36 has a pilot valve chamber 52 and a valve disk 53 which is pressed onto its valve seat by a spring 54. A valve rod 55 is provided with a magnet armature 56 of an electromagnet 57, the exciter coil 57a of which can be placed for remote control purposes of the pilot valve 36 via electrical lines 58 and a push button 59 to an electrical voltage source, not shown.
The valve rod 55 of the pilot valve 36 is connected to a spring 60 which is connected to a command organ rod 61 on the other side. The push buttons 62 and 83 are used for on-site actuation to switch the isolator 1 on and off.
The command organ rod 61 carries: electrical contacts 63a to 63d and the command organ rod 62a: electrical contacts 86a to 86d, which belong to a double actuation lock or are used to open the main release valve 82.
The locking device 38 consists of a toggle lever with two tabs 64 and 65 which are hingedly connected to one another by a bolt 66. The tab 6.5 is also articulated to the valve rod 45 by a bolt 67. The tab 64 is supported against a stop 68. A toggle lever drive piston 69 in the cylinder 70 is used to drive the toggle lever device. This is connected to the chamber 72 of the pilot valve 36 by a pipe 71.
To reset the toggle lever device: A toggle lever reset piston 73 in the cylinder 74 is used. The toggle lever reset piston 73 has a return rod 75 which carries a reset button 76 for manual operation which serves to return the toggle lever reset piston 73 from its operating position to its rest position Return spring 77 pulls this back into its rest position after the reset button is released.
The toggle-lever return cylinder 74 is connected by a pipe 78 to the unlocking cylinder 79 in the feedback block 84 and also by the pipe 13 to the switch actuator cylinder 8.
The pilot valve chamber 52 is connected by a pipeline 80 to the pilot valve chamber 81 of the pilot valve 37 of the switch-off actuating valve 33: and this: connected by a pipeline 81a to a main release valve 82.
The main release valve 82 is opened by control contacts 63a or 86a .an the command organs 61 and 62a when the push button 62 for switching on or the push button 83 for switching off ides isolator 1 is pressed, which is indicated by the dashed line 83a. The actuating valve for switching off the disconnector 1 is designed in the same way as the actuating valve for switching on the disconnector 1 and is analogously connected to the other devices in the compressed air control device.
These .Schalter- or disconnector actuating valves work as follows: If the disconnector 1 is to be switched on; B.: the: push button 62 actuated. First, the contacts 63a to 63d of the double command blocking device are actuated. The spring 60 is compressed and the pilot valve 36 is not yet opened.
The main release valve 82 is only opened by closing the contact 63a after the double command blocking device and the switching fault protection device (contacts 21a) have checked and determined that the intended switching action is permissible.
The electrical connection of contacts 63a to 63d and contacts 86a to 86d of the double command lock and contacts 21 of the signaling device and contacts 21a of the switching fault protection device is indicated by the dashed line 21b. .If the main release valve 82 has been opened, compressed air can enter from the main compressed air pipe 51 through the main release valve 82 into the chambers 81 and 52: the pilot valves 36 and 37.
When the push button 62 is pressed further and the spring 60 is fully tensioned, the latter pushes the valve rod 55 forward and opens the pilot valve 36. Compressed air now flows: from the pilot valve chamber 52 through the pipeline 71 behind the toggle lever drive piston 69 of the toggle lever arrangement and presses the toggle lever 64, 65 into its extended position or position.
moreover into its blocking position, the toggle lever return piston 73 also being brought into its working position. The piston rod 45 is actuated and the valve 42/44 is opened and the valve 46/47 is closed.
The compressed air present in the disconnector actuating valve chamber 41 can now flow into the space 86 of the feedback cylinder 14 through the pipe 85 which connects the disconnector actuating valve 39 to the feedback cylinder 14 of the feedback device. As a result, the feedback piston 15 is pushed before until the nose 85 of the locking lever 16 engages in the recess 22 of the locking lever 17.
The compressed air can now flow through the pipe 10 into the space 87 of the disconnector drive cylinder 8 and close the disconnector 1. The compressed air in the space 88 of the disconnector drive cylinder: flows through the pipe 11, the space 89 of the feedback cylinder 14, the pipe 90, the chamber 91 of the switch-off actuating valve 33 and through the space 3:
8a of the toggle lever device 38 and the openings 92 on both sides of the support 68a in the direction of arrow 93 into the open. The air displaced by the toggle lever return piston flows out of the cylinder space 74 through the pipe 78, the pipe 13 into the .Antriebsylinder 8 and from there through the opening 9 into the open.
As soon as the isolator 1 is switched on, the compressed air located in the enlarged space 87 can pass through the pipe 13 into the unlocking cylinder 79 behind the unlocking piston 31 and lift the unlocking lever 17 via the unlocking plunger 29, whereby the spring 27 is compressed . By lifting the unlocking lever 17, the approach 85,
of the locking lever 16 free and the compressed air can move the feedback piston 15 further into the end position. Only with this further movement does the above-mentioned coupling (not shown) become effective, so that the shaft 19 is taken along. Only now, that is to say after the switching operation has been completed, does the display device 20 assume the new display position.
In addition, the acknowledgment contacts 21 and the stop fault protection contacts 21a are actuated.
In addition, the feedback air can pass through the pipe 13 and through the pipeline 78 into the toggle lever feedback cylinder 74 behind the toggle lever return piston 73, which pushes the toggle levers 64, 65 back into their drawn rest position. The spring 43 can now close the switch-on actuating valve 42, 44 again.
The compressed air supply to the feedback and drive cylinder as well as to the unlocking cylinder and toggle lever reset cylinder is interrupted.
Should another command have been given in the meantime, the execution of this switching operation is not interrupted because the A switching actuating valve 42, 44 was held by the locking member 38 in, its, open position until the switching operation was completed.
When switching off ides isolator 1 z. B.; the push button 83 actuated. The individual switching processes run in the same way as when the switch is switched on on the switch-on side now on the switch-off side.
When the disconnector 1 is operated remotely, the push button 59 is used for switching on and the push button 94 is used for switching off.
First the pilot valve 36, or. 37 open, then the spring 60 or 102 actuates the contacts 63a to 63d or 86a to 86d. If the prerequisites for the intended shift exist, then the main release valve 82 is opened and the processes proceed in the manner described above.
These switch actuation valves are advantageously designed in such a way that they can be connected to other switch actuation and also:
other valves can easily be assembled to form a compressed air control device 101, see Fig. 2, which schematically shows a compressed air control device for a branch 95, which is optionally connected to one of two collective lines 96, 97 or connected to earth 98:
can. 99 is the symbol of a circuit breaker and 20 the symbols of disconnectors are designated, cf. Also FIG. 1. The push buttons 62 and 83 and (the shafts 19, see FIG. 1, are also indicated in FIG.
In ider Fig. 1, electrical lines are designated by 100, which lead to corresponding contacts of the three other switch actuating valves, that is to say of the circuit breaker, and the branch-side isolator and the grounding isolator.
