View-blocking, light. and air-permeable wall, in particular for building construction. The invention relates to a view-blocking, light and air-permeable wall, in particular for building construction. Such walls are z. B. used for shutters and are made of wood. These walls are expensive to manufacture, have a short service life as a result of weathering and have poor light transmission.
The wall according to the invention is characterized in that it consists of translucent plastic and is interspersed with perforations in a grid-like manner, the directions of which deviate from that of the perpendicular to the wall surface.
Further features result from the claims under. In the drawing, some execution examples of the wall are shown.
They show: FIG. 1 a view of a wall piece; FIG. 2 shows a section along the line 11-II of the wall according to FIG. 1; 3 shows another wall piece in view; 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of the wall according to FIG. 3; Fig. 5 is a two-plate wall piece in the same section as FIGS. 2 and 4; 6 shows a further wall piece in the same section as FIGS. 2, 4 and 5.
A wall 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a homogeneous structure and is made by casting. The openings 2, which have a round cross-section, each have a direction that deviates from the direction of the perpendicular to the wall surfaces 3 and 4. The openings 2 are directed parallel to one another.
A wall 5 according to FIGS. 3 and 4 consists of a plurality of plastic pipes 6 glued radially to one another with a circular cross-section, the end faces of which, forming the boundary surfaces 7 and 8 of the wall 5, are inclined to the pipe axes. The tubes 6 can have a reinforcement layer embedded on their circumference or in their wall. To produce the wall 5 then such z.
B. glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes 6 stacked in the still sticky state on the surface, so that the individual pipes 6, as shown in Fig. 3, rest and stick to one another the axes of the tubes 6 to the cut surfaces, d. H. to the boundary surfaces 7, 8 of the wall 5 are inclined.
A wall 9 according to FIG. 5 consists of two plates 10 and 11 that are glued together. The openings 12 of the plate 11 are perpendicular to the boundary surfaces 13, 14 of the wall 9, and the openings 19 of the plate 10 are to the Surfaces 13, 14 inclined.
A wall 15 according to FIG. 6 is formed similarly to the wall 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The wall 15, which has a homogeneous structure, is produced by casting or injection molding, and the openings 16 are inclined towards the boundary surfaces 17, 18.
All openings in the walls 1, 5, 9 and 15 are arranged so that when using the walls, for. B. for house and barn walls, in drying systems, curtains, doors, windows or shutters, these walls are view-blocking from the usual perspective of an observer. The wall 9 according to FIG. 5 is always opaque, regardless of the viewing angle of a viewer, since it has no straight opening.
In the following, some usage instructions for the walls with their special adaption means are described: The walls 1, 5 and 9 can consist of a hard, inelastic plastic, so that such a wall results in a building board which is used in Maueröff openings and z. B. is used for stairs house windows. The plastic can be colored so that staircase windows or church windows of this type make both monochrome light in different colors and also ornamental representations visible. The walls of a telephone booth can also be made from such walls 1, 5 and 9.
Since the length of the openings in a wall is significantly greater than the thickness of this wall, and the openings are inclined towards the wall surface, such a wall is good sound-absorbing even with a relatively small thickness. The sound absorption is heightened when the inner wall of the openings is roughened. This can e.g. B. be done so that through the openings z.
B. fine chopped loose glass wool (glass fibers) is blown, which then sticks to the still sticky inner wall of the perforations and solidifies together with this.
Doors to the outside can also be made from the walls 1, 5 and 9 with advantage. With the appropriate thickness and type of material, such a door can also be made burglar-proof.
From the walls 1, 5 and 9 many compo elements can be made in building construction, for which it is advantageous if they are air and light-permeable and maintenance-free, weather-resistant and electrically isolating. Such walls can be used with great advantage when building houses in southern countries, as locking walls such as house walls, doors, tressenhaus windows. Such walls ensure good ventilation and brightness of the house interior with simultaneous sun protection.
Various optical effects can be achieved through the cross-sectional shape of the openings and their arrangement in relation to one another in the wall. So z. For example, the openings represent a pattern on the wall, similar to the stitching on a ceiling.
If the wall 15 according to FIG. 6 is made of flexible plastic in film form, such a mat can also be used in many places: as a roll-up blind on windows, as a Spanish wall for balconies and garden seating areas, and as curtains and folding walls.
Even if the plastic of the walls 1, 5, 9 and 15 is colorless, i. H. is transparent, the wall made from it is opaque due to the inclined openings and the light refractions achieved or Klebestel len (Fig. 3, 4). If the plastics, which are now mostly colorless or somewhat milky to yellow, are intended for use on walls exposed to the sun without further coloring, the result is a light that is pleasant to the eye. Additional coloring can be used to filter the light so that it can also be used in laboratories, e.g. B. with photographers, doctors, etc. is suitable.
The openings in the walls can of course also have a square cross-section, plastic pipes (similar to those of FIG. 3) can also be used with a square cross-section.
In order to make a wall always gazeun permeable regardless of the perspective of a viewer on this wall (as in Fig. 5), z. B. any two equally formed walls are glued together mirror-image to each other (as in Fig. 5). If, therefore, two walls 10 are used instead of walls 10 and 11 in FIG. 5, the openings in one common wall run in a V-shape.
