Group of radiator elements connected to one another by welding and a method for their production and device for carrying out the method. The present invention relates to a group of radiator elements connected to one another by welding,
in which the elements have openings for the medium inflow and outflow enclosed by flanges, as well as a method for producing such groups of radiator elements and a device for carrying out the method.
It is known to connect such groups of radiator elements to the flanges of the water inlet and outlet openings with the aid of automatic oxy-fuel welding machines.
Attempts have also been made to connect these flanges by means of so-called hub stitching by spot welds lying next to one another, a process which, however, could not be satisfactory in terms of quality.
The butt welding by partially burning off, the flange did not lead to any acceptable success, @ because these elements were also often leaky.
The procedures outlined are z. Sometimes they are complicated, on the other hand they are probably suitable for radiators, diators with Wa: s: serfüllunig, @da (these form a self-seal in non-tight areas by rusting,
while for ÖlradIatore.n the previous welding processes were not satisfactory.
It: is also. It is known that, for example, when butt welding, the above-mentioned flanges by burning off, the resulting groups of interconnected radiator elements spring very strongly in the axial direction of the openings, ida the bundles only in the manner of one piece;
mpfschweissung. connected on their broad sides: are. This inconvenience is dealt with with the help of spacer tubes.
The present invention attempts to address these disadvantages. It is characterized by being lousy, basis
