4- dimethyl-6-sulfonsäurechlorid, 1,3-Di-(chloracetylami no)-benzol-4-carbonsäurebromid,1,3-Di-(chloracetyl- amino)-benzol-4-sulfonsäurechlorid, 1-CWoracetylami- no-naphthalin-4-sulfonsäurechlorid, 1-Chloracetylami- nonaphthalin-6-sulfonsäurechlorid, 1-CWoracetylami- no-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydronaphthalin-4-sulfonsäurechlorid, 1- (a - Chloracrylyl) - aminobenzol-4-sulfochlorid, 1-(ss Chloracrylyl)
-aminobenzol-4-sulfochlorid, 1-(a-,ss-Di- chloracrylyl)-aminobenzol-3-sulfochlorid, 1-(ss-Chlor- propionyl) - aminobenzol-4-carbonsäurebromid, 1- (a- Chlorcrotonoyl)-aminobenzol-4-carbon- und -sulfon- säurechlorid.

Process for the preparation of dyes It has been found that valuable reactive dyes of the formula F - [o - y - R - (NHCO-B) "L (I), in which F is a dye residue, y -SO, - or - CO, R a preferably mono- or bicyclic aromatic radical, B a saturated or unsaturated carbon hydrogen radical, preferably with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, which contains 1 to 3 halogen atoms, n 1 or 2 and m 1 or 2, if organic dyes containing at least one hydroxyl group with an exchangeable hydrogen atom,
with an acid halide of the formula halogen - y - R - (NHCO-B) "(II).
Suitable starting dyes are, for. B. mono-, dis- and polyazo dyes, anthraquinone dyes and phthalocyanine dyes, especially copper phthalocyanine dyes. The mono-, dis- and polyazo dyes can contain coordinatively bonded metal atoms, for example chromium, cobalt, nickel or copper: azo dyes can also be reacted with groups which form metal complexes.
After the condensation reaction, these can be metallized in substance and then fixed on the fiber or made to react metal-free with the fiber and then treated on the fiber with metal-releasing agents.
Possible acid halides of the formula (II) which can be used for the condensation are, for example: 1-chloroacetylaminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid chloride, 1- chloroacetylaminobenzene-3-sulfonic acid chloride, 1-chloroacetylaminobenzene-4-carbonic acid chloride, 1-bromoacetylaminobenzene-2-chloro-4-carboxylic acid chloride, 1-chloroacetylaminobenzene-3-methyl-4-sulfonic acid chloride, 1-chloroacetylaminobenzene-2,
4-dimethyl-6-sulfonic acid chloride, 1,3-di- (chloroacetylamino) -benzene-4-carboxylic acid bromide, 1,3-di- (chloroacetylamino) -benzene-4-sulfonic acid chloride, 1-C-caracetylamino-naphthalene -4-sulfonic acid chloride, 1-chloroacetylaminonaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid chloride, 1-CWoracetylamino-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydronaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid chloride, 1- (a - chloroacrylyl) - aminobenzene-4-sulfochloride, 1 - (ss chloroacrylyl)
-aminobenzene-4-sulfochloride, 1- (a-, ss-dichloroacrylyl) -aminobenzene-3-sulfochloride, 1- (ss-chloropropionyl) - aminobenzene-4-carboxylic acid bromide, 1- (a- chlorocrotonoyl) - aminobenzene-4-carboxylic and sulfonic acid chloride.
The condensation with a mono- or binuclear acid halide of the formula (1I) is preferably carried out in an aqueous medium if the dyes are water-soluble. These acid halides can be used as such in the solid or liquid state or dissolved in an organic solvent. Depending on the reactivity of the starting products, these condensations can be carried out in a weakly alkaline, neutral or acidic pH range.
To neutralize the resulting hydrogen halide, an acid-binding agent, such as sodium acetate, or during the reaction in small portions or continuously z. B. sodium or potassium carbonate or bicarbonate can be added in solid, powdered form or as an aqueous solution. However, aqueous solutions of sodium or potassium hydroxide are also suitable as neutralizing agents. The addition of small amounts of a wetting or emulsifying agent to the reaction mixture can accelerate the reaction.
The new dyes are suitable for dyeing, padding and printing a wide variety of fibers, e.g. B. of fibers made of cellulose, such as cotton, linen or regenerated cellulose, e.g. B. Viscose rayon or rayon, but especially of nitrogenhalti gene Fwsern, z. B. wool, silk, synthetic Polyami, [z. B. Nylon, Perlon >> (registered trademark)] and all types of textile products made from these fibers. as well as vo: i leather.
The most favorable conditions for the application of the new dyes can be easily determined depending on the type of fiber and the dyes used. Animal fibers and synthetic polyamide fibers are preferably dyed or printed or fixed in an acidic, neutral or slightly alkaline medium, e.g. B. in the presence of acetic acid, formic acid, sulfuric acid, ammonium sulfate or sodium metaphosphate. You can also in the presence of leveling agents such.
B. polyoxäthylierten Fettami nen or mixtures of the same with alkyl polyglycol ethers, color acetic acid to neutral and towards the end of the dyeing process the bath by adding small amounts of an alkaline agent, eg. B. ammonia, sodium bicarbonate or carbonate or of compounds which react alkaline in the heat. B. hexamethylenetetramine or urea, dull to neutral or weakly alkaline chemical reaction.
The dyeings on wool are particularly distinguished by their excellent wash, perspiration and milled fastness properties. These are based on the formation of a chemical bond between the dye molecule and the fiber. Often not the entire amount of dye takes part in the chemical reaction with the fiber. The unreacted dye is used in these cases, e.g. B. removed from the fiber by rinsing and / or soaps, synthetic detergents, e.g.
B. alkylarylsulfonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl polyglycol ether sulfate or mono- and dialkylphenol polyglycol ether, use can fin the.
The parts given in the example are parts by weight. The temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
Example 1 250 parts of the dye which is obtained when 1 mol of diphenyl-3,3'-dimethyl-4,4'-diamino-6,6'-disulfonic acid is tetrazotized and 1 mol of 1 -Hydroxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 1 1-1o1 hydroxybenzene are coupled, are dissolved in 7000 parts of water at 30 and mixed with 120 parts of sodium bicarbonate. Within 2 hours, 110 parts of 1-chloroacetylaminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid chloride are now entered in small portions at 30.
The mixture is stirred for a further 3 hours and then salted out at 15-20 parts with 280 parts of sodium chloride, the dye is filtered off, washed with 500 parts of 4 "sodium chloride solution and dried in vacuo at 40.
For dyeing, 2 parts of this dye can be dissolved in 4000 parts of water and the solution heated to 40 =. Then 2 parts of acetic acid (100cj, #), 1 part of oleyl polyglycol ether with 20 to 25 ethylene oxide groups and 0.2 parts of stearoylaminopropyl-N, N-dibutyl-N-benzylammonium chloride are added and 100 parts of a woolen fabric are placed in the bath. It is heated to the boil within 30 minutes, held at the boiling temperature for 60 minutes and then the fabric is rinsed. A level, bright scarlet dyeing of very good fastness to washing, perspiration, milling and light is obtained.
A lightfast and wetfast dyeing on wool is also obtained if the disazo dye of the formula is used
