Electric miniature motor The invention relates to a miniature electric motor with a cylindrical armature winding arranged in the air gap between a stationary core magnet and a likewise stationary, magnetic yoke surrounding the armature with diagonally to: the surface lines running windings, especially on the training and Manufacture of this armature winding.
According to the invention: the armature winding at least in every position from a single wire running back and forth in a zigzag shape and winding next to winding in two or more layers, this wire with its beginning and end to a common power supply element and is led with one or more taps to other power supply organs.
The winding can in particular be designed as a self-supporting drum winding and fastened on one side by means of a disk on the armature shaft, which then simultaneously carries the power supply lines.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment of the drawing, namely Fig. I shows a spread out in the plane winding with the pole pieces indicated below, while Fig. 2 shows schematically a section through the motor to be assembled.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, 'the motor has a cantilevered drum winding 19, which is fastened with its edge on an insulating disk 2 and is led with certain tapping points via lines 119 to the lamellae 20, a collector, with the feed (not shown) and dissipation brushes work together. The Sdheibe 2, and thus the drum armature, is attached to the shaft of the. Motor, which the fixed, cylindrical permanent magnet 15 penetrates.
The motor housing is formed by the iron yoke jacket 18.
In the development of FIG. 1, the south pole 14 and the north pole 13 are indicated at the lower edge. The development is shown extended beyond the true length, from line A-A to line B-B. The winding has taps 6 to 12, which lead to small collector segments. Fig. 1 mainly reproduces the current flow without taking into account the arrangement of the conductors in the individual layers.
If one follows the course of the current from the lamella 6, where an arrow: represents the incoming current, to the lamella 9, which straight leads the outgoing current, one recognizes that there is current within the inclined wires - bel: form agzones within which the currents flow either from top to bottom or from bottom to top.
In order to make this particularly clear, the winding wire, insofar as it carries current flowing downwards, is strongly drawn out and insofar as it carries current flowing upwards, it is shown in broken lines.
One can also see the formation of the winding on a Widkel machine from FIG. 1, the circumferential mandrel having at least a length which corresponds to the width of the winding. If you start winding to the right at the power supply point 6, the wire on the mandrel is long in the form of a helix.
to the bottom edge and then back to the top edge. The resulting winding step is then almost as large as the pole pitch and only differs from it by half the wire thickness. The distance between the winding wires is equal to their thickness across the pole pair division, that is, the next following winding is immediately next to the one before. In the course of this winding process, this results in a cylindrical wire winding that is stacked in two or more layers and growing in the outer diameter with each layer.
You can stop swaddling at any point. In a practical embodiment, however, you will stop after entire layers have been completed and: Then electrically connect the beginning and end of the winding by routing them to the same power supply point. In addition, points 7, 8, 9 ... 12 are led to the lamellae 20 (Fig. 2).
In the case of the at least two-layer armature according to the invention, it is possible to wind all layers with one and the same wire without interruption, and in other cases such that each individual layer consists of a special wire, as in the last mentioned th embodiment is given.
