Setzt man z.
Push rod with adjustable effective length The invention relates to a push rod with an adjustable effective length, in particular for elec tric switching devices, in which there are six angular openings at the ends, are inserted into the hexagonal disks with eccentric bore to accommodate axle bolts convertible.
There is a rod-shaped ceramic pull rod for operating the switch blade of circuit breakers has become known, in which to produce a certain effective length at both ends of the pull rod metal disks are glued or cemented, the disks having eccentrically arranged holes for receiving the axle bolts for the joint connection. In this way, the relatively large tolerances of the ceramic's insulating body of the tie rod can be compensated for, so that all tie rods can be set to the same pitch as possible during manufacture. However, such tie rods are suitable for.
B. not in the case where you only menbau a switching device when assembling the pull rod on -the resulting differences in dimensions between the joints of the parts to be connected, such. B. the drive levers of the switch poles and the drive device. This requires a rod whose effective length can be adjusted at any time. It has therefore already been proposed a push rod for cutting blades on switching devices, in which the axle bolts arranged at the ends of the rod are mounted in polygonal eccentric discs, which are set in corresponding many angular depressions in the rod a.
In order to obtain a relatively fine adjustment of the effective rod length, the number of corners of the polygons must be large, e.g. B. 8 or more, so that in particular the production of the polygonal disks is complicated and expensive, since you can not use commercially available profiles for this.
The invention relates to a push rod in which a very fine adjustment of its effective length can be achieved in spite of the use of only hexagonal openings and discs of this type. According to the invention, it is proposed that a diagonal of at least one opening is rotated by approximately 7.5 against the central point connection of the two openings and the center of the eccentric drilling of the hexagon washers lies on a straight line which forms an angle of ange with a diagonal close to 15 includes.
The new arrangement has the advantage that when only one type of hexagon washer is used, a fine-grained variation of the effective rod length is possible.
The latter will be explained in more detail using the accompanying drawing, which shows an exemplary embodiment of the new arrangement. In the figure, 1 denotes a push rod, which rod for actuating live parts of a switching device in a known manner consists of an insulating rod with a rectangular cross-section la. At both ends there are hexagonal openings 1b, which are arranged so that a diagonal of the regular hexagon is rotated by 7.5 with respect to the center connection 3a-3a.
Hexagon washers 3, which have an eccentric bore 4, are inserted into the openings 1b in a reversible manner, wherein: the center point 4a of the bore 4 lies on a straight line which includes an angle of 15 with a diagonal. The hexagonal disks 3 take in their bores 4 in a known manner not shown in detail on axle bolts, which the articulated connections to the connecting parts, for. B. levers, produce. The effective length of the push rod is given by the distance between tween the two centers 4a.
By gradually repositioning one or both hexagonal disks 4 by 60 each, there is now a multitude of possibilities for changing the effective length of the push rod according to the mutual positions of the center points 4a. One or both hexagon washers 4 can also be inserted into the respective opening 1b with their backs facing upwards, which increases the possible change in length of the push rod by additional steps, since the straight line on which the center point 4a of the bore 4 is located does not coincide with a hexagonal diagonal. If you put z.
B. one of the hexagon washers 3 with the back side up into its opening 1b, the straight line containing the center point 4a forms instead of an angle of 22.5 one of 7.5 with the center point connection 3a-3a, the center point 4a to the right of the latter comes to rest. Due to the special arrangement of the openings in the push rod and the bores in the hexagonal disks, the effective rod length can be adjusted in a simple and inexpensive manner.
