So würde z.
Fig. 4).
Kit for the production of a pipe fitting made of plastic, consisting of a tubular core and at least one branch connection, in particular for sewage and sewer pipes The present invention relates to a kit for the production of a pipe fitting made of plastic, in particular for waste water, consisting of a tubular core and at least one branch connection - and sewer lines.
Known pipe fittings have a fork, often a multiple fork, such as. B. a so-called double, triangular or square fork, and serve to bring together pipeline strands, especially in sewage and sewer lines.
When laying sewage and sewerage lines, the greatest possible freedom of movement of the line with regard to the diameter, number and inclination of the lines to be introduced into the main line, as well as with regard to the arrangement of the latter on the circumference of the main line, is very important he wishes. This wish, however, is opposed to the expense for the models of the pipe fittings required in each case, which significantly influences the costs of such fittings, but would be prohibitively large with regard to the numerous variants of their design, whereby it must also be taken into account that each of these Variants in the common sizes (nominal widths) should be available.
To eliminate this disadvantage, sleeves have already become known, the middle, spherical part of which is provided with appropriately arranged and dimensioned threaded holes, depending on the laying situation at hand, into which pipe sockets which are then provided with matching external threads and which serve as branch connections are screwed will. This measure, in which the required pipe fitting is assembled from a kit consisting of a core and from branch pipe, but has the disadvantage of the cumbersome assembly and relatively high Montageko costs.
The invention is now based on the object of avoiding this disadvantage as well; H. To create a kit for the production of a pipe fitting made of plastic consisting of a tubular core and at least one branch pipe, which not only eliminates the need for a large amount of expensive models and at the same time allows a great deal of freedom in laying cables, but also an effortless and cheap assembly of the molded piece guaranteed.
The kit according to the invention is characterized in that the jacket surface of the core piece is provided with several flat boundary surfaces distributed on the jacket circumference, which are arranged in a raised manner compared to the outer jacket surface, and that the boundary surface bil Dende part of the core piece as well that part of the pipe socket which forms the bearing surface on the boundary surface is strengthened compared to the remaining wall thickness of the core piece or pipe socket, the pipe socket on one of the boundary surfaces being permanently fastened and its passage opening by drilling through the part of the boundary surface forming the The core piece can be connected to the through opening of the latter.
In the drawing, embodiments of the kit according to the invention are schematically Darge. 1 shows a fully assembled shaped piece with two opposite branch connections in cross section, Fig. 2 shows the core of the shaped piece of Fig. 1 in a plan view according to arrow 11, of Fig. 1, half in cross section, and 3 shows another embodiment of the core piece, in a side view, half in cross section, Fig. 4 shows a core piece with markings for Mon days of the pipe socket,
in a side view, partially in cross section, Figure 5 a straight pipe socket with markings ments, in plan view, Figure 6 the pipe socket of Figure 5, in longitudinal section, Fig. 7-12 different versions of the marking of the pipe socket of Fig. 5 and 6, in cross section, Fig. 13 shows a curved pipe socket with markings, in longitudinal section, and Fig. 14 shows the pipe socket of Fig. 13, in cross section along the line XIV XIV of Fig. 13.
In Fig. 1, a molded piece 1 consists of a cylindrical core piece 2 made of plastic and two opposing A-or branch pipe sockets 3 and 4, the latter also made of plastic Herge and with flat bearing surfaces 5 and 6 on circular, flat boundary surfaces 7 and 8 of the core piece 2 are glued or welded on. The boundary surfaces 7 and 8 run parallel to each other and also to the main axis 2 'of the core piece 2. The bearing surface 5 and 6 of the pipe socket 3 and 4 are relative to their axes 3 'and 4' ge inclines, both at the same angle A.
Since the boundary surfaces 7 and 8 of the core piece 2 run parallel to the core piece main axis 2 ', the pipe socket axes 3' and 4 'are also inclined at the angle A against the main axis 2' ge. The parts of the core piece 2 which form the two boundary surfaces 7 and 8 are reinforced with respect to the remaining wall thickness of the core piece. In a corresponding manner, that part of the pipe sockets 3 and 4 which forms the bearing surface 5 and 6, respectively, is reinforced with respect to the remaining wall thickness of the pipe sockets. The outer diameters of the two boundary surfaces 7 and 8 are equal to one another, while the two pipe sockets 3 and 4 and thus also their bearing surfaces 5 and 6 have diameters that differ from one another.
The inner diameter of the pipe socket 3 is the same size as the inner diameter of the core piece 2, i.e. it corresponds to the nominal width of the shaped piece 1. The parts of the core piece 2 forming the boundary surfaces 7 and 8 are after the assembly of the shaped piece 1 according to the inner diameter of the pipe socket 3 or 4 has been pierced, so that the through openings of the pipe socket 3 and 4 are connected to the through opening of the core piece 2 via these bores.
The size of the boundary surfaces 7 and 8 is chosen so that the boundary surface 7, which receives the larger pipe socket 3,. The inside diameter of which is the same as the inner diameter of the core piece 2, after drilling against the remaining normal wall thickness of the core piece 2 still is reinforced so that this reinforcement corresponds to that of the pipe socket 3.
According to FIG. 2, the core 2 has two further circular boundary surfaces 9 and 10, which have the same shape and size as the boundary surfaces 7 and B already described. The four boundary surfaces 7 to 10 are arranged in such a way that adjacent boundary surfaces, e.g. . B. 7 and, 10 or 8 and 9, are perpendicular to each other. The boundary surfaces 9 and 10, which, like the two boundary surfaces 7 and 8, run parallel to the main axis 2 'of the core piece 2, are not provided with pipe stubs and are therefore not drilled through.
In Fig. 3, another embodiment of the core piece is illustrated. Here a core piece 2a is provided with four limiting surfaces 7a-10a of the same shape and size, which, as in the case of core piece 2 in FIGS. 1 and 2, are evenly distributed on the circumference of core piece 2a and offset by 90 relative to one another.
The two opposing boundary surfaces 7a and 8a, however, are inclined here with respect to the main axis 2a 'of the core piece 2a, but the inclination of the boundary surface 7a is greater than the inclination of the boundary surface 8a, so that the axes of the Pipe sockets to be fastened to these boundary surfaces, the bearing surface of which, in contrast to FIG. 1, is perpendicular to the pipe socket axis, are given different inclinations with respect to the main axis <I> 2a '</I> of the core piece <I> 2a </I>.
Also with the core 2a of Fig. 3, as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the pipe socket to be ordered on it have different diameters and here too the inner diameter of the pipe socket or sockets can be the same as the inner diameter of the core piece, i.e. . H. correspond to the nominal diameter of the assembled fitting. Instead of giving the boundary surfaces 7a and 8a different inclinations relative to the main axis 2a 'as in Fig. 3, these two inclinations could also be equal to each other.
The on the boundary surfaces Be 7a and 8a glued or welded pipe socket would then, as in Fig. 1, be inclined at the same angle of inclination, for example at the angle of 88, which is often preferred in sewer construction, relative to the main axis 2n '. The two other opposing boundary surfaces 9a and 10a can also be inclined with respect to the main axis 2a '.
The parts of the kit described above for the production of a multi-part Rohrleitungsformstük- kes can be seen ver with various assembly markings for the assembly of this fitting, which not only an angular, twist-free attachment of the pipe socket to the core without the aid of gauges and Mon day angles, but also a ensure quick and perfect centering of the different sized pipe sockets on the boundary surface of the core piece.
In addition, curved pipe sockets, which can be formed in the same way as the straight pipe sockets described above and attached to the core piece, can be quickly and flawlessly connected to the core piece with the help of a line division attached to them so that certain inclinations of the bent pipe socket are compared in advance the main plane, which goes through the main axis of the core and the central axis of the limita- tion area, can be adhered to precisely and without effort. These assembly marks are described in more detail below.
In Fig. 4, the four to the main thing 2b 'of a core piece 2b running parallel, circular boundary surfaces 7b to 10b each have four concentric circular markings 11 to 14, which for example in the form of thin colored rings, for. B. with the aid of a template, surfaces are attached to these surfaces. The different diameters of these circular markings agree with the outer diameter of the supporting surface bil Denden reinforced part of pipe sockets of different nominal sizes and are used to center these pipe sockets.
If, for example, the core piece 2b and thus the pipe fitting produced with it has a size of NW 100, pipe sockets in sizes NW40, NW50, NW60 or NW80 can easily be centered quickly and reliably on the boundary surface if the diameter of the four marking rings 11 to. 14 match the outer diameter of these four pipe socket sizes. Larger core pieces, for example with NW125, can be provided with a correspondingly larger, smaller with a correspondingly smaller number of differently sized marking circles.
So z. B. a distance piece with NW125 five concentric marking circles, ge staggered for NW40, 50, 60, 80 and 100, and a core piece with NW60 only two marking circles, ge staggered for NW40 and 50 received.
In Fig. 5, a pipe socket 4b, which belongs to the core piece 2b of Fig. 4 and whose support surface 6b relative to the pipe socket axis 4b 'is inclined by a certain angle be (see. Fig. 6), at its flange-like reinforced end two rib-shaped markings 15 and 16, which are arranged in pairs in the two mutually perpendicular main axes 17 and 18 of the inclined support surface 6b.
On the four boundary surfaces 7b to 10b of the core piece 2b, a corresponding marking in the form of a cross axis 19/20, for example by means of color, is attached in their mutually perpendicular main axes (see FIG. 4). As a result, when assembling the fitting, the correct attachment of the pipe socket 4b to the core piece 2b is facilitated by only the markings 15 and 16 with en corresponding branches of the axes cross 19/20 need to be brought to cover, which then cut the inclination of the pipe 4b runs exactly in the desired direction.
In Fig. 7 to. 12 are .in a different arrangement ver different embodiments of the markings 15 and 16 of the pipe socket 4b of FIGS. 5 and 6 are illustrated. These markings are designed either as projections of different shapes or as beads with different cross-sectional shapes. The markings could, however, also be attached in the form of narrow colored stripes to the end of the pipe socket 4b that is reinforced in the manner of a flange.
Conversely, the axles 19/20 on the core piece 2b, instead of being applied with paint, could be marked, for example scratched, by corresponding beads or grooves in the boundary surfaces 7b to 110b.
In FIG. 13, a curved pipe socket 21 which, like the straight pipe sockets described above, is provided with a reinforced end forming a support surface 6c, is provided with markings 15a and 16a formed by colored stripes, projections or beads, which Mark the two mutually perpendicular main axes 17 'and 18' of the support surface 6c and, as with the straight pipe socket of FIGS. 5 and 6, ensure that the pipe bend 21 is correctly positioned on the core piece 2b of FIG.
In addition, line divisions 22 are arranged on the pipe bend 21, with which one can also, here by appropriate choice of the bend angle, adapt any inclinations of the branch pipes within the main plane of the core piece.
Depending on which tick marks of these bar pitches are made to coincide with the corresponding branches 19 or 20 of the axis cross on the core piece 2b, a predetermined inclination of the pipe bend 21 relative to the main plane through the main axis <I> 2b '</I> of the core <I> 2b </I> and the central axis of the boundary surface is exactly one.
Notwithstanding the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, the boundary surfaces could also be distributed in other ways on the circumference of the core piece, eg. B. could be three boundary surfaces, inclined at 60 to each other, be seen before, or, if more than four boundary surfaces are required, these could be arranged in a corresponding equilateral outline polygon.
Notwithstanding the drawing, the boundary surfaces could be offset from one another with respect to the main axis of the core piece.
Instead of, as shown in Fig. 1, the bearing surfaces of the pipe socket to give the same angle of inclination A ge compared to the pipe socket axis, the bearing surfaces could also have different inclinations from each other.
Since all the individual parts of the kit are made of plastic, the easiest way to attach the Rohrstut zen to the core piece is by gluing. The pipe sockets could also be welded to the core.
As can be seen from the above description of the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, the kit according to the invention is by no means bound to the forms of execution shown in the drawing, rather the details can be varied in many ways within the scope of the invention.
In all embodiments of the kit described, the diameter, number and inclination of the pipe sockets can be chosen arbitrarily within wide limits, in addition, the diameters and inclinations of the pipe sockets can be different. This creates a kit for the production of a pipe fitting, which allows a quick, and cheap, and, thanks to the markings, also precise production of the fitting with extensive adaptation to the respective, situation-related requirements.
