Fig. 3 zwei endlose Förderbänder als Belade-und Entladeeinrichtungen,
Forage wagons for vegetable products
The invention relates to a loading wagon for vegetable products, with attached loading and unloading devices.
According to the present invention, a loading wagon of this type is characterized in that the loading and unloading devices are arranged on the same side of the loading wagon. This results in the advantage that parts of these devices can be used for loading and unloading at the same time.
The invention is explained in more detail below in the description, and four exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing, only the part of the loading wagon provided with the loading and unloading devices being shown schematically.
In the drawing show:
1 loading and unloading devices with an endless conveyor belt in the loading, unloading and inoperative positions,
FIG. 2 shows the same conveying element as FIG. 1, in the loading and unloading positions,
FIG. 2 shows the same conveying element as FIG. 1, in the loading and unloading positions,
3 shows two endless conveyor belts as loading and unloading devices,
4 shows a take-up roller and a zinc drum as loading and unloading devices.
The loading wagon has a box-shaped structure 1, the lower end of which forms a drivable roller floor 2. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a single, endless conveyor belt 3 is simultaneously a loading and unloading device. For loading, the conveyor belt equipped with crossbars 4 has 3 rest on the ground and picks up the crop lying on the ground and conveys it to the roller floor 2 in the loading space. According to the accumulation of the conveyed cargo, the floor conveyor 2 is set in motion in such a way that it runs from the front to the rear, whereby the entire cargo space is gradually filled.
This further transport of the load from the delivery point of the conveyor belt 3 into the loading space can also be supported by an additional, essentially horizontally effective conveyor, which is not shown in the drawing for the sake of clarity.
To unload the goods filled into the loading wagon, the conveyor belt 3 is brought into an upwardly inclined position by adjusting means not shown in detail. The floor conveyor 2 and the conveyor belt 3 are set in motion in the reverse direction of rotation compared to the loading process, so that the load can be conveyed by being transported on the floor conveyor 2 and conveyor belt 3 from the loading space into a forage harvester 5 or into a transport system. In FIG. 2, an endless conveyor belt 3 is once again a loading and unloading device. The loading position of the conveyor belt 3 is the same as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1.
In contrast, the conveyor belt 3 has the drawn, vertical position for unloading, and is driven for unloading in the same direction of rotation as during loading. The conveying effect of the conveyor belt 3 is accordingly on its broad side facing the loading space and is directed downwards. In cooperation with the roller floor 2, which is driven counterclockwise, the load is conveyed out of the cargo space through an opening 6 located between the roller floor 2 and the conveyor belt 3.
A slide 7, by means of which the size of the opening can be regulated, is provided for dosing the delivery rate.
In the case of the loading wagon according to FIG. 3, the endless conveyor belt 3 also picks up the crop from the ground and then conveys it to approximately the height of the wagon floor. At this height, the cargo is taken over by a tine belt 8, conveyed up and poured into the cargo space from above in the area of a stripping plate 9.
For unloading, the conveyor belt 3 is put out of operation, and the tine belt 8, which is provided with reinforced prongs 10, operates in the manner of the unloading device according to FIG .
In FIG. 4, a take-up roller 11 and a tine drum 12 are provided as conveying elements, which during loading, rotating in the direction of the arrow, take up the crop from the ground and convey it into the loading space. When the tine drum 12 rotates, its tines penetrate a scraper 13 which is intended to prevent the load from being carried upwards by the tines.
For unloading, the pick-up roller 12 is out of operation and the scraper 13 is pivoted upwards into the dot-dashed position, so that an opening 14 is created through which the tine drum 12, rotating in the same direction of rotation as during loading, conveys the load to the outside. The floor conveyor 2 conveys the material against the tine drum 12.
By arranging the loading and unloading devices on the same side of a loading wagon, the drives of the conveying elements which are very close to one another can advantageously be designed without great structural effort. However, a solution has particular advantages in which a single conveying element is optionally used for loading and unloading.
The arrangement described can be used in a self-propelled vehicle or also in a loading wagon pulled by a separate tractor. A front or rear and also lateral attachment would be conceivable on such wagons.
