Fig. 1.
Fig. 2.
Fig. 3. Fig. 4.
Sealing for hermetically sealed room openings The invention relates to a seal for her metically closed room openings with a fixed stop bar surrounding the room opening and a sealant surrounding the outer edges of a door, which is arranged in a plane laid through the stop bar.
The invention consists in that the sealing means, which has the shape of an elastic hose and is accommodated in a fold of the door, effects a seal along the stop strip as a result of expansion by pumping in a gaseous or liquid agent.
The stop bar preferably has the profile of a segment of a circle to which the hose or jacket adapts itself with its outer surface when there is sufficient pressure. The elastic tube can be protected from Lich and to the outside by an elastic jacket, while the remaining part of the hose rests on the bottom of the fold. In another embodiment, the elastic tube can be protected on all sides by an elastic jacket. The arrangement is made so that the ela tical coat is secured against jumping out of the fold.
For this purpose, a rib can be provided on each side of the elastic jacket, which rib is held in the fold by angle rails.
Such a seal can be made in a simple manner and adapted to all required pressures. It is possible to easily change the sealant. The seal is applicable to one-piece and multi-piece doors.
The doors can be operated manually or automatically. The hose is inflated either with a pump or with compressed air. The pumping process can also be controlled automatically. Other profiles of the stop bar or of the elastic hose and jacket are also conceivable.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. 1 shows a cross section through a door with the hose not inflated, FIG. 2 shows a cross section like FIG. 1 with the hose inflated, FIG. 3 shows a cross section through a double door with a different arrangement of the hose in the non-inflated state, 4 shows a cross-section like FIG. 3 in the inflated state, FIG. 5 shows a detail of the front view of a double door.
1 and 2 show a section of a lock gate 1 and the surrounding frame. The lock gate 1, which has two walls 2, 3, carries a rail 5 on the outer edge 4, which forms a fold 6 running all around. The fold 6 is filled by a jacket 7 made of elastic material which encloses an elastic tube 8. By means of a valve not shown in the drawing, air can be pumped into the hose 8.
For assembly, the hose 8 is inserted into the jacket 7 that can be opened at the separating point 9. The casing 7 is then inserted into the fold 6. Lateral ribs 10, 11 enable the casing 7 to be fastened in the fold 6 by means of the angle rails 12, 13 which can be screwed onto the outer edge 4
The door 1 is surrounded by a frame 15 embedded in the wall 14. The stop bar 17 attached to the frame 15 projects beyond the wall plane 16. The stop bar 17 has the profile of a segment of a circle. When the hose is empty, there is an intermediate space 19 between the stop bar 17 and the rounded surface 18 of the jacket 7 so that the door can move freely, cf. Fig. 1.
The seal is effected by pumping air into the hose 8, cf. Fig. 2. Here, tube 8 and jacket 7 stretch in the direction of the stop bar 17 until the surface 18 covers the stop bar on a certain area. As a result of the elastic material property of the man means 7, the surface 18 adapts to the shape of the stop bar 17 and thereby causes a particularly good seal.
A Schleu sentor consisting of two wings 20, 21 is sealed in a similar manner as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The wings 20, 21 have on their outer edge circumferential rails 22, 23 in their fold coats 24, 25 with hoses 26, 27 aufneh men. The jackets 24, 25 surround the hoses 26, 27 laterally and on the outside, while the remaining part of the hoses is supported against the bottom of the folds.
On the wings 20, 21 hinge straps 28 are attached, which are rotatably mounted in the Bol zen 29 attached to the wall. The protruding stop bar 30, which is flat over the wall, has the profile of a segment of a circle. In order to achieve a perfect sealing device at the abutting corners 31, 32 of the wings 20, 21, these are strongly rounded according to FIG. In the stop bar 30 ent speaking wedge picks 33 are used.
The sealing takes place at the edge of the passage opening between the stop strip 30 and the jackets 24, 25 while the jackets come to lie directly on top of one another in the separation plane 34. The arrangement is created in such a way that even with evacuated hoses 26, 27 a certain seal is already given by the elastic jackets applied with light pressure, cf. 3. After air is pumped into the hoses 26, 27, the required seal is achieved, cf. Fig. 4.
