Selbstschliessender Tuben- und Plastikflaschen - Verschluss
Die zur Zeit gebräuchlichen Schraubverschlüsse, insbesonders Tubenverschlüsse haben den Nachteil, dass das Gewinde des Schraub-Deckels vom Inhalt verschmutzt und verklebt wird und der Deckel zum Gebrauch immer wieder losgeschraubt werden muss.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss. Dieser Verschluss ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein federndes, geschlitztes Verschluss-Plättchen in die Verschluss öffnung eingesetzt ist, das sich infolge der Eigenspannung des Materials nur solange öffnet, als vom Tuben- oder Flascheninhalt herausgedrückt wird. Das Verschlussplättchen kann geradlinig oder sternförmig geschlitzt sein.
Die Zeichnung zeigt zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung. In Fig. 1 bedeutet 1 den Verschlusshals, einer Tube oder Plastikflasche, in dessen Öffnung das geschlitzte Verschlussplättchen 2 aus federndem Material eingesetzt ist. In Fig. 1 und 2 ist das Verschlussplättchen mit einem sternförmigen, in Fig. 3 und 4 mit einem geraden Schlitz versehen. Der Schlitz ist derart ausgeführt, dass bei dessen Herstellung kein Material abfällt, sondern dasselbe nur sauber durchgescheert wird. Fig. 2 und 4 zeigen den Verschluss im Schnitt. In Fig. 4 ist der Verschlusshals mit einem Gewinde versehen, auf welches ein aufschraubbarer Deckel gesetzt werden kann, um für den Transport und während der Lagerung der gefüllten Tube oder Flasche die Öffnung auch bei Druck dicht zu halten.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein federndes, geschlitztes Verschlussplättchen in die Verchlussöffnung eingesetzt ist, das sich infolge der Eigenspannung des Materials nur solange öffnet, als vom Tuben- oder Flascheninhalt herausgedrückt wird.
UNTERANSPRüCHE
1. Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussplättchen geradlinig geschlitzt ist (Fig. 3 und 4).
2. Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussplättchen krummlinig geschlitzt ist.
3. Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussplättchen sternförmig geschlitzt ist (Fig. 1 und 2).
4. Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss gemäss Unteransprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsschlitze in der entspannten Lage des Verschlussplättchens dicht schliessen.
5. Tuben- und Plastikflaschen-Verschluss gemäss Unteransprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlusshals ein Gewinde aufweist, auf welches eine Schraubkappe aufgesetzt werden kann (Fig. 3 und 4).

The screw caps currently in use, especially tube caps, have the disadvantage that the contents of the screw cap's thread become soiled and sticky and the cap has to be unscrewed again and again for use.
The present invention relates to a tube and plastic bottle closure. This closure is characterized in that a resilient, slotted closure plate is inserted into the closure opening which, due to the internal tension of the material, opens only as long as the tube or bottle contents are pushed out. The locking plate can be slotted in a straight line or in a star shape.
The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the invention. In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the closure neck, a tube or plastic bottle, in the opening of which the slotted closure plate 2 made of resilient material is inserted. In Fig. 1 and 2 the closure plate is provided with a star-shaped, in Figs. 3 and 4 with a straight slot. The slot is designed in such a way that no material falls off during its production, but rather is only sheared cleanly. 2 and 4 show the closure in section. In FIG. 4, the closure neck is provided with a thread onto which a screw-on lid can be placed in order to keep the opening tight even when the filled tube or bottle is being stored and transported.

1. Tube and plastic bottle closure according to claim, characterized in that the closure plate is slotted in a straight line (Fig. 3 and 4).
2. Tube and plastic bottle closure according to claim, characterized in that the closure plate is slotted in a curvilinear manner.
3. Tube and plastic bottle closure according to claim, characterized in that the closure plate is slotted in a star shape (Fig. 1 and 2).
4. Tube and plastic bottle closure according to dependent claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the opening slits close tightly in the relaxed position of the closure plate.
5. Tube and plastic bottle closure according to dependent claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the closure neck has a thread on which a screw cap can be placed (Fig. 3 and 4).
