Description

  

      Nachstellbarer        Flaschenkorkverschluss.       Gegenstand der Erfindung stellt einen       nachstellbaren        Flaschenkorkverschluss    dar,  dergestalt, dass in einen gewöhnlichen Kork  eine nicht durchgehende Bohrung angebracht  ist, in die ein Dorn mit     Verschlussplatte    ein  gesetzt ist, dessen oberes Ende ein Gewinde  trägt und dessen unteres Ende in einen  umgekehrten Konus ausläuft. Über diesen  Dorn ist eine     Verschlussplatte    gestülpt, die  eine Anzahl federnde Lappen enthält.

   Die       Verschlussplatte    selbst wird durch eine auf  dem Gewindeteil des Dornes sitzende Flügel  mutter, die zu dekorativen Zwecken Fantasie  formen annehmen kann, festgehalten. Ergibt  sich aus dem häufigen Gebrauch des Korkes  eine Abnahme seines Durchmessers, wodurch  sein Lockerwerden im Flaschenhals bedingt  wird, oder soll .aus Transportgründen eine  angebrochene Flasche vorübergehend wieder  fest verschlossen werden, wird einfach die  Flügelmutter angezogen. Dadurch werden  die federnden Lappen der     Verschlussplatte     durch den Konus des Dornes gespreizt und  der Durchmesser des Korkes zwangsläufig    vergrössert. Umgekehrt wird eine fest ver  schlossene Flasche durch Lösen der Flügel  mutter und Druck auf den Dorn gelockert,  so dass der Kork leicht entfernt werden kann.  



  Eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.  Es zeigt       Fig.    1 einen Längsschnitt durch den nach  stellbaren     Flaschenkorkverschluss,          Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt in der Linie  und       Fig.    3 eine Fantasieform der Flügel  mutter.  



  In den Flaschenhals 1 wird eingesteckt  der Kork 2 mit seiner nicht durchgehenden  Bohrung 3. In diese eingesetzt ist der Dorn  5 mit seinem Konus 4, über den die     Ver-          schlussplatte    6 mit ihren federnden Lappen 7  gestülpt wird. Festgehalten wird die     Ver-          schlussplatte    6 durch die Flügelmutter 8 mit  ihren Lappen 9 oder durch eine beliebige  Fantasiemutter 10. Wird nun durch die  Flügelmutter 8 der Konus 4 angezogen, so  gelangt er beispielsweise in die Lage 4',      während die federnden Lappen 7 der     Ver-          schlussplatte    G in die Stellung 7' gespreizt  werden, wodurch eine Vergrösserung des       Korkdurchmessers    2 eintritt.

The subject of the invention is an adjustable bottle cork closure, such that a non-through hole is made in an ordinary cork, in which a mandrel with closure plate is set, the upper end of which is threaded and the lower end of which tapers into an inverted cone. A closure plate containing a number of resilient tabs is placed over this mandrel.

   The closure plate itself is held in place by a wing nut that is seated on the threaded part of the mandrel and can be used for decorative purposes. If the frequent use of the cork results in a decrease in its diameter, which causes it to become loose in the bottle neck, or if an opened bottle is to be temporarily closed again for transport reasons, the wing nut is simply tightened. As a result, the resilient tabs of the closure plate are spread apart by the cone of the mandrel and the diameter of the cork inevitably increases. Conversely, a tightly closed bottle is loosened by loosening the wing nut and pressing on the mandrel so that the cork can be easily removed.



  An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing. It shows Fig. 1 a longitudinal section through the adjustable bottle cork closure, Fig. 2 a cross section in the line and Fig. 3 a fantasy shape of the wing nut.



  The cork 2 with its non-continuous bore 3 is inserted into the bottle neck 1. The mandrel 5 with its cone 4 is inserted into this, over which the closure plate 6 with its resilient tabs 7 is slipped. The closure plate 6 is held in place by the wing nut 8 with its tabs 9 or by any fantasy nut 10. If the cone 4 is now tightened by the wing nut 8, it moves into position 4 ', for example, while the resilient tabs 7 of the Ver - Closing plate G are spread into the position 7 ', whereby an enlargement of the cork diameter 2 occurs.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Adjustable bottle cork closure, characterized in that a mandrel is inserted into a cork provided with a non-continuous bore, the upper end of which has a thread and the lower end of which has a counter-cone, over which mandrel a closure plate provided with resilient tabs is placed is held in place by a wing nut seated on the threaded part of the mandrel, the whole thing in such a way that when the wing nut is tightened, the resilient tabs expand, which increases the diameter of the cork,

so that a tight bottle cap is guaranteed.
