Mirror return gear for single-lens reflex cameras The invention relates to a mirror return gear for a single-lens reflex camera with a mirror bearing axis fixed to the housing, in which a spring for pivoting the mirror is tensioned into the receiving position by the film transport gear, which then; in turn, during this pivoting process, a spring tensions to return the mirror to the viewfinder position.
Known mirror return gears of this type have the disadvantage that they require a relatively large gear effort, especially multi-armed levers, in order to achieve the said technical effect of returning the mirror to the viewfinder position. These mirror return gears are therefore intended exclusively for use in large format reflex cameras.
For 35mm SLR cameras, especially for those with an image format of 18, X 24 mm, the task now arises of creating a return gear consisting of a minimum of individual parts and taking up the least space, with the mirror bearing axis in particular also being arranged in this way that as little space as possible is required for the mirror movement.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the spring returning the mirror to the viewfinder position is fastened to a segment lever mounted on the housing side, which on the one hand is frictionally connected to a toothed segment and on the other hand is actuated by a film transport gear,
the spring for pivoting the mirror into the receiving position tensioning lever can be decoupled and the toothed segment is in engagement in a known manner with a gear wheel carrying the mirror bearing axis.
In a preferred embodiment, the mirror bearing axis is arranged in the pivot of the two mirror positions. The double-armed lever preferably has a pawl which can be decoupled from a nose of the segment lever.
According to an exemplary embodiment, a torsion spring mounted coaxially with the segment lever, the tooth segment and the double-armed lever is connected to the tooth segment and to the segment lever. This torsion spring strives to arrange the toothed segment against a pin of the segment lever.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the segment lever has a projection which, via an intermediate lever, actuates the plunger located in the taking lens and controlling the aperture to the full and preselected opening.
A resilient lever which projects into the path of the mirror carrier and controls a resilient cover screen for the viewfinder beam element can be mounted coaxially with the mirror bearing axis. The closure can be triggered in a known manner by the mirror or mirror holder pivoting into the receiving position.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. 1 shows the design according to the invention of a mirror return gear with the mirror in the viewfinder position, FIG. 2 shows the mirror return gear according to FIG. 1 with the mirror in the receiving position.
A double-armed lever 2, a toothed segment 3 and a segmented lever 4 are rotatably mounted about an axis 1 fixed to the housing (see FIG. 1). The tooth segment 3 is in engagement with a gear 6 mounted about an axis 5 fixed to the housing.
A mirror carrier 7 and a lever 9 acting under the action of a spring 8 are arranged coaxially with this gearwheel 6, this lever actuating a cover panel 10 to which a spring 11 is attached for the viewfinder beam path. The double-armed lever 2 is coupled to the segment lever 4 via a pawl 13 mounted around the pivot pin 12 and a nose 14 located on the segment lever 4.
A torsion spring 15, which is fastened on the one hand to the toothed segment 3 and on the other hand to the segment lever 4, is mounted around the axis 1. A spring 16 is attached to the segment lever 4, it also has a pin 17 and a projection 18 which, via an intermediate lever 19, actuates the plunger 20 which is located in the not-shown receptacle and controls the aperture to the full and preselected opening. The double-armed lever 2 is connected to a web 21 which protrudes into the area of a web 22 of a rack 23.
The rack 23 is in engagement with the gear 24 of the film transport gear. A spring 25 is attached to the double-armed lever 2; it is blocked by the pawl 26 in the position shown in FIG. The lock, not shown, is triggered via the bolt 27 (see FIG. 2). With 28 the stop for the mirror carrier 7 and with 29 the stop for the segment lever 4 is designated.
The operation of the inventive Ge transmission is as follows: the pawl 26 (see FIG. 1) is actuated in the direction of the arrow via a release gear, not shown, so that the double-armed lever 2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow due to the tensioned spring 25. The segment lever 4 is carried along via the pawl 13 and the nose 14, which in turn pivots the toothed segment 3 in the direction of the arrow through the pin 17.
By engaging the tooth segment 3 with the gear 6 this and thus the mirror carrier 7 is moved in the direction indicated by the arrow. After a certain pivoting path, the mirror carrier 7 hits the lever 9, so that it is pivoted against the action of its spring 8 and the cover panel 10 resting against it pivots in the direction of the arrow.
The projection 18 of the segment lever 4 leaves the intermediate lever 19 as a result of said pivoting movement, whereby the diaphragm plunger 20 moves in the direction of the arrow and the diaphragm closes on the preselected opening. As a further consequence of the movement of the segment lever 4, the spring 16 is tensioned. When the receiving position is reached, the mirror carrier 7 triggers the lock (not shown) in a known manner via the bolt 27 (see FIG. 2).
After the lighting process is finished, the pawl 13 is actuated by a locking element in the direction of the arrow so that it separates from the nose 14 and the segment lever 4 swings back clockwise due to its tensioned spring 16, via the torsion spring 15 the toothed segment 3 takes with and thereby returns the mirror through the mirror carrier 7 in the viewfinder position. At the same time through the projection 18 and the intermediate lever 19 of the diaphragm plunger 20 is actuated and the diaphragm is set to full opening again.
The mirror carrier 7 is released from the lever 9 during the said return movement, so that, as a result of the springs 8 and 11, the latter and the cover panel can again assume their initial position as shown in FIG. H. the viewfinder beam path is open again. During the pivoting movement of the mirror into its viewfinder position, only the force of the torsion spring 15 acts on the toothed segment 3 and thus on the mirror carrier 7, with which the mirror carrier 7 also reaches its stop 28 (see FIG. 1).
The segment lever 4 hits its stop 29 only after the mirror carrier 7 rests against its stop 28.
When the film is transported again, the toothed rack 23 is displaced via the toothed wheel 24, which in turn moves the double-armed lever 2 clockwise via the webs 21, 22 into its starting position according to FIG. As a result of this pivoting movement, the spring 25 is tensioned, and the pawl 13 rests against the nose 14 of the segment lever 4 again.
