Hosenschoner Die als Hosenschoner zum Schutze der Kanten der Hosenbeinenden verwendeten Bänder mit wulst artiger Längskantenverstärkung haben auf Dauer nicht die gewünschte Haltbarkeit. Während der Ge samtlebensdauer einer Hose müssen daher diese Bänder-Schoner mehrmals erneuert werden, da sie durch Berührung mit den Schuhen ausfransen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Hosenschoner, bei welchem dieser Übelstand behoben wird. Er- findungsgemäss zeichnet sich der Hosenschoner da durch aus, dass die den Kantenschutz der Hosenbeirr enden übernehmende Längskante des aus Gewebe bestehenden Schonerbandes mit einer in bezug zum letzteren teilweise vorstehenden Armierung versehen ist.
Diese Armierung kann eine zusätzliche Verstär kung des Schonerbandes bilden. Sie kann aus Metall- oder Kunststoffteilen bestehen, und zwar kann die Verstärkungskante durch Einweben oder Umwickeln mit einem Metallfaden oder Metallband bzw. durch Anbringen von Kunststoffteilen oder durch Imprä gnierung von Bandteilen mit Kunststoff armiert sein.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 bis 7 je eine Teilansicht einer Ausführungs form des Hosenschoners mit zugehörigem Quer schnitt.
Nach Fig. 1 besteht der Hosenschoner aus einem Stoffband 1. 2 ist eine faden- bis bandförmige Metall- armierung, welche am unteren Längsrand in doppel ter Umwindung angeordnet ist. Zur Erreichung einer besonders grossen Geschmeidigkeit des Schonerban- des 1 kann die Armierung in Form von einzelnen Metall- oder Kunststoffteilen 2a gebildet sein, die mit Zwischenräumen voneinander angeordnet sind,
und gemäss Fig. 2 in reissverschlussartiger Aufreihung mit einem wulstförmigen Längsrand 1' des Schonerban- des verpresst sind.
Nach Fig. 3 ist der verstärkte Rand 1' des Schonerbandes durch Aufpressen von klammerartigen Kunststoff- oder Metallgliedern 2b, die den Verstärkungsrand reiterartig im Bereich des letzteren umschliessen, armiert. Fig.4 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des Hosenschoners, bei welchem die wulstartige Verstärkung 1' mit einer Metallfaden- armierung 2c umwebt ist.
Statt eines Metallfadens kann auch hier ein Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus thermoplastischem Material, verwendet werden.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 5 ist der den Kantenschutz der Hosenbeirrenden übernehmende Rand 1' des Schonerbandes 1 mit einer Kunststoff imprägnierung oder mit einem Kunststoffüberzug 2d versehen. Nach Fig. 6 ist lediglich der Verstärkungs wulst 1' des Bandes 1 mit einer einen erhärteten Überzug abgebenden Imprägnierung z. B. aus Kunst stoff 2e versehen.
Fig.7 zeigt eine Armierung aus Metall- oder Kunststoffgliedern 2f, welche in Zwischenräumen voneinander in schräger Stellung auf dem Verstär kungswulst 1' einzeln, und im Abstand zueinander aufgepresst sind.
Bei allen Ausführungsformen des Schoners bilden die Armierungen auch an der Unterkante des Bandes vorstehende Teile, die nicht nur dem Schonerband selbst, sondern vor allem der Kante der Hosenbeirr enden eine lange Lebensdauer verleihen.

According to FIG. 3, the reinforced edge 1 'of the protective band is reinforced by pressing on clip-like plastic or metal members 2b which enclose the reinforcement edge like a rider in the area of the latter. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the trouser protector in which the bead-like reinforcement 1 'is woven around with a metal thread reinforcement 2c.
Instead of a metal thread, a plastic, preferably made of thermoplastic material, can also be used here.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the edge 1 'of the protective tape 1 which takes over the edge protection of the trouser straps is provided with a plastic impregnation or with a plastic coating 2d. According to Fig. 6, only the reinforcement bead 1 'of the tape 1 with a hardened coating donating impregnation z. B. made of plastic 2e.
Fig. 7 shows a reinforcement made of metal or plastic members 2f, which are individually pressed in spaces between each other in an inclined position on the reinforcement bead 1 'and at a distance from one another.
In all embodiments of the protector, the reinforcements also form protruding parts on the lower edge of the tape, which not only give the protector tape itself, but above all the edge of the trouser harness, a long service life.
