Description

Fig. 1 veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel in perspektivischer Darstellung.

Trucks with a tiltable loading floor The usual tipping trucks are provided with a floor (loading floor) which is only dimensioned against local buckling or bulging and does not fulfill any load-bearing function when tipping. This requires the use of a tilting chassis, which is very heavy and expensive because of the labor-intensive manufacturing; The loading floor is mounted on the tilting chassis.

The present invention now relates to a truck with a tiltable loading floor, in which truck a special chassis for the substantially light metal, e.g. B. aluminum alloy, existing loading floor is not required. For this purpose, the loading floor is designed so that it not only has good resistance to buckling and bulging, but also takes on the supporting function of the tilting chassis that was previously used.

The truck according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the telescopic ram or ram, which acts on the tilting and which are mounted on the driving chassis of the truck, engage directly on cross members via the necessary articulated pieces, which together with longitudinally arranged, parallel light metal planks essentially form the loading floor.

Thanks to the inventive combination of a loading floor made of longitudinally arranged light metal planks and several cross members, which are preferably also made of light metal, with one or more telescopic rams that directly engage the cross member, there is no need to use a special tilting chassis so that, for example, with a 5 m -'- Tipper almost 800 kg can be saved and a correspondingly larger amount of goods can be transported. In the manufacture of the tipper, great savings are also achieved in terms of labor.

Fig. 1 illustrates an embodiment in perspective. On the driving chassis of the truck 1 two telescopic rams 2 are mounted, which act the tilting of the loading floor 3 be. The loading floor shown in Fig. 2 in cross section and in Fig. 3 in longitudinal section is composed of parallel side-by-side longitudinal planks 4 made of aluminum alloy of high strength, which rest on light metal cross members 5.

The ends of the cross members and the longitudinal planks are framed in light metal channel profiles 6. The telescopic stamps 2 act directly on the middle pair of cross members.
