Electronic vibrator The present invention relates to an electronic vibrator.
This vibrator is characterized by the fact that it comprises on the one hand a vibrating ferromagnetic membrane, closing a magnetic circuit comprising a permanent magnet, and on the other hand an electronic maintenance circuit, with transistor, comprising two windings of which the one, supplied when said transistor is conductive, produces a magnetic field opposite to that of said permanent magnet, thus causing said membrane to vibrate, and the other of which applies to the transistor a signal induced by variations in the magnetic field.
The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
The figure is an axial section of an electronic vibrator.
The present vibrator comprises a housing 1 carrying, embedded by its periphery, a vibrating ferromagnetic membrane 2, held in place and protected by a perforated cover 3. This housing, made of soft iron, also constitutes the cylinder head of a magnetic circuit. , closed by the membrane 2, comprising a permanent magnet 4, perpendicular to the membrane and disposed opposite the center thereof. This permanent magnet is surrounded by a winding 5, intended to produce a magnetic field opposite to that of the magnet 4; a winding 6, called a sensor, is arranged coaxially with the winding 5.
The electronic maintenance circuit of this vibrator, supplied by a source 7 of direct current, comprises a transistor 8 whose emitter is connected, on the one hand to one of the poles of the winding or coil 5, and d 'on the other hand to one of the poles of the coil 6. The second pole of these two coils is connected respectively to the collector and to the base of the transistor. The pulses induced in the coil 6 by the variations in the magnetic field unblock the transistor which then lets the current from the source 7 pass into the coil 5. The latter then produces the variations in the magnetic field which deform the membrane 2.
It should be noted that a capacitor 9 is mounted in parallel with the coil 5. Its purpose is to protect the transistor 8 by limiting the overvoltage which occurs at the terminals of the coil 5, due to the self-induction, when the Current is cut in this coil by blocking the transistor.
