Fastening for the end windings of plane stator windings of larger electrical machines The stator windings of larger electrical machines are often designed as plane windings for higher voltages, i. H. Windings whose coil heads are arranged in several parallel planes running perpendicular to the machine axis.
The support of these coil heads is generally done by jointly clamping the overlying and distanzier th winding head planes by means of insulating spacers by means of axially parallel, insulated bolts that are threaded into the pressure plates of the stator iron pallet and linked on the outside with insulating pressure clamps. These bolts thus pierce the coil heads of all winding head planes at suitable points, which must therefore be preformed in such a way that sufficient space remains free for these bolts.
The position of the threaded holes can be determined geometrically and these can be drilled in advance when the press plates are manufactured. Experience has shown, however, that given the scarcity of space and the slightly different coil shape, it is difficult to hit the pre-drilled threaded holes exactly when assembling the bolts. This is particularly the case with windings that are located in inclined grooves, where the winding heads also experience slight bends.
Furthermore, if the press plates suffer a slight deformation out of their plane as a result of strong sheet metal pressure, it can happen that the bolts are slightly inclined if the threaded holes are not drilled after the sheet metal, which is expensive because the thread is then cannot be cut through and a large boring mill is necessary for this work.
The above-mentioned disadvantages of the previous type of fastening are now avoided according to the invention in that the bolts provided for fastening are threaded into threaded nuts which are inserted into concentric grooves of trapezoidal cross-section so that the bolts can be moved tangentially.
Using an exemplary embodiment, the invention will be explained in more detail, namely FIG. 1 shows part of a stator winding in an end view, while FIG. 2 illustrates the attachment of the end windings in plan view or partially in cross section. In FIGS. 3 to 5, details are also shown on an enlarged scale.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, the winding heads of a plane winding, which are arranged here in two planes, are denoted by 1, the stud bolts surrounded by an insulating tube are denoted by 2, the spacers by 3 and the press clamps by 4. In the press plate 7 of the stator iron core, two concentric grooves 5 and 6 of trapezoidal cross-section are screwed into which the nut pieces 9 are inserted via the filling openings 8.
The end winding 1 is fastened by screwing the bolts 2 into the nut pieces 9, the latter being displaceable in the tangential direction.
Another possibility of adapting the nut pieces 9 arises if they are designed with slightly curved flanks, as shown in FIG. As a result of this shape of the nut pieces, the bolts 2 can still be easily pivoted with respect to the press plate 7, whereby a small adjustment of the bolt direction can be achieved. A slight radial adjustment of the bolt position is still possible in that the bolt holes are drilled somewhat eccentrically in the nut pieces 9 so that they can be turned 180, whereby the bolts 2 can be moved radially by twice the eccentricity, as shown in the figure 4 can be seen.
If the thickness of the pressing plate 7 does not allow the concentric grooves 5, 6 to be pierced, concentric rings or ring segments can be welded or screwed onto the plate in which these grooves are provided, as shown in FIG. 5, where such a ring segment is included 11 is designated. Instead of these rings or ring segments, especially in the case of a larger diameter, straight strips can be attached tangentially to the pressure plate, which can be used to attach one or more bolts each. Such a bar is denoted by 10 in FIG.
When using ring elements 11 or strips 10, the recesses 8 for inserting the nut pieces 9 are omitted.
