Description
Diese Aufgaben werden gemäss der Erfindung gelöst durch die Verbindung folgender Merkmale: a) Der Antriebsmotor der Mischmaschine ist mit einem ersten Untersetzungsgetriebe verbunden, dessen Abtriebswelle radial zur Antriebswelle gerichtet und koaxial zur Welle des Gegenrades des Winkelgetriebes angeordnet ist; b) die im Rohrstück laufende Antriebswelle ist in Wälzlagern gelagert, die zugleich Quer- und Längs kräfte aufnehmen können und von denen das eine Lager in der Nähe der Nabe des topfförmigen Werk zeugträgers und das zweite Lager in der Nähe des Rades des Winkelgetriebes angeordnet ist;
Mixing machine for building materials The invention relates to a mixing machine for building materials with a stationary mixing container and with rotating in this, driven by a drive motor mixing tools, which are resiliently applied by means of support members to a cup-shaped tool carrier, which engages over a coaxially fixed pipe section in the mixing container, in which a drive shaft carrying the work tool carrier is mounted and on the lower side of which a wheel of an angular gear attached to the lower end portion of the drive shaft meshes with a mating gear mounted in a bearing at least indirectly attached to the mixing container and whose internal diameter is a multiple of the diameter of the drive shaft.
In a known mixer, the vertical shaft carrying a bevel gear at its upper end for driving the mixing tools is stored in a bushing on the bottom of the mixing container and up to its edge on the one hand and in the cross strut of a frame arranged above the mixing container on the other. This also serves as a bearing of an overlying shaft parallel to the cross strut, which carries a pulley and a bevel gear käm with the bevel gear on the vertical shaft.
Another known mixing machine has a mixing container with a hollow cylinder in its center, which is used to support a vertical shaft. This carries at its upper end a protruding beyond the hollow cylinder disc, to which the bearing parts for the mixing tools are attached. The vertical shaft is the extension of the output shaft of a motor vehicle differential that is attached to the bottom of the mixer and the other output shaft is blocked. The input shaft of this differential is one output shaft of a second motor vehicle differential, the other output shaft is also blocked and the input shaft carries a pulley.
The mixing machine is driven by an electric motor attached to the bottom of the mixing container and connected to the input shaft of the vehicle differential via a belt.
The invention is based on the task of making the construction of the known mixing machines with relatively moderately fast rotating mixing tools using relatively easy to produce and install parts simpler, more space-saving and yet more resistant, with a low overall height because of the supply of aggregates is essential . The center of gravity of the machine should also be placed as low as possible so that it can be transported over uneven terrain, if necessary on its own chassis, without the risk of tipping over.
These objects are achieved according to the invention by the combination of the following features: a) The drive motor of the mixer is connected to a first reduction gear, the output shaft of which is directed radially to the drive shaft and arranged coaxially to the shaft of the counter gear of the angular gear; b) the drive shaft running in the pipe section is mounted in roller bearings that can simultaneously absorb transverse and longitudinal forces and one of which is a bearing near the hub of the cup-shaped work tool carrier and the second bearing is located near the wheel of the angular gear;
c) the upper bearing located near the hub is supported by a support member on the inner wall of the pipe section.
In the mixing machine designed according to the invention, the drive elements are housed in a simple and space-saving manner.
The available space is therefore used to advantage. The motor transmission arrangement is very short, which contributes to a stable suspension of the motor and / or to a relatively light design of the substructure of the mixing container. A short motor gearbox arrangement is also advantageous in the case of machines to be installed in mixing towers. Because of the described arrangement of the heavy drive organs of the mixer whose focus is very low, which is important for the safety of the machine against tipping during transport and for the good stability of the machine during operation.
When the flexible coupling is switched on between the two gears, even heavy impacts on the mixing tools due to irregularly homogeneous material can be intercepted within certain limits, so that the entire drive mechanism is largely protected. From the support of the upper bearing on the inner wall of the pipe section, a special bearing tube equipped with support members is saved.
As a result of the separation of the mixer transmission into a first and a second transmission, the second transmission can be arranged in such a way that only the relatively slow running drive pinion is immersed in an oil sump and this is therefore not swirled through, which would stir up the wear particles contained in it.
To a significant simplification and improvement of the design Ver still contributes when a hub is guided out on the shaft above the hollow cylinder and carries a hollow cylinder covering, cup-shaped body, which is used together with the hub to attach mixing tools supporting arms.
In the drawing, a mixer for building materials is shown as an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
They show: FIG. 1 a side view, partially in section, FIG. 2 a view from the front.
A hollow cylinder 2 is fitted in the middle of a mixing container 1 provided with a cover 1 '. The distance between the highest point of the cover 1 'and the mixing container 1 is about half as large as its height. In the hollow cylinder 2, supported on a ring 3 attached at the level of the bottom of the mixing container 1, an annular groove bearing 4 and, in a ring 7 attached to a spacer 6, an annular groove bearing 8 is arranged. The bearings 4 and 8 are used to support a shaft 9.
This carries a bevel gear 10 on its end section leading out of the mixing container 1 downwards and a cup-shaped body 12 attached to a hub 11 on its end section leading out of the hollow cylinder 2. A labyrinth seal 13 is arranged between this and the hollow cylinder 2 . A disk 14 clamped between the hub 11 and a collar of the shaft 9 covers this bearing and can touch the ring 7 or an adjacent part with its bent edge for the purpose of better sealing the bearings against dirt.
Arms 15 are inserted through the outer wall section of the pot-shaped body 12 and are also attached to it and to the hub 11. These arms carry mixing tools 16 at their ends, the sections of which are designed to be resilient between the arms 15 and the plates sliding on the bottom of the mixing container.
The bevel gear 10 is given by a housing 18 in which a bevel pinion 19 is mounted. This is connected via a shaft 20 to part of a flexible coupling 23, the other part of which sits on the stub shaft protruding from the housing of the transmission 24. The transmission 24 is flanged to an electric motor 25.
The motor 25 is fastened by means of an angle piece 27 to cross members 28, on which a second electric motor 29 with a gear 30 having a brake is attached. A cable drum 31 is wedged onto the stub shaft protruding from the gearbox 30.
The cross member 28 sits on longitudinal members 34 on which the mixing container 1 is attached, and between which under the mixing container 1 cross member 35 be fastened. At the joints between the longitudinal members 34 and the cross members 35 feet 37 are attached on which the mixer is. A chassis can also be attached to the supports 34 and 35 if the mixer is to be made mobile.
At the end of the longitudinal beams 34 protruding from below the mixing container 1 and on which the cross beams 28 rest, an elevator track, which has two rails 38, is attached for a feeder box 39. The rails 38 are supported on the mixing container 1 via struts 42. A cable 43 is guided from the cable drum 31 to the feeder box 39 via cable pulleys 44 which are mounted on a crosshead 46 connecting the rails 38.
In the side view of Fig. 1, on the left of the mixing container 1 is an emptying device indicated by a lever 47 and a hopper 48 on the right.
The circuit of the motor 25 can be closed or opened by any arbitrarily arranged switch, not shown. The motor 25 located in the circuit drives the bevel pinion 19, which meshes with the bevel gear 10, via the transmission 24 and the flexible coupling 23. The shaft 9 and the over the cup-shaped body 12 with her related mixing tools 16 run due to the order of two reduction gears 10, 19 and 24 at a relatively low speed.
The mixing tools are arranged in such a way that they evenly mix the building materials located between the hollow cylinder 2 and the outer wall of the mixing drum 1.
