Description
Elektrohydraulisches Aggregat zur Erzeugung linearer Kraftbewegungen Für die Betätigung der ferngesteuerten Klappen, Schieber und sonstigen Einrichtungen in Fabrikanla gen wurden bisher Elektromotoren mit übertragungs getrieben oder hydro- oder pneumatische Einrichtun gen mit langen Rohrleitungen gebraucht. Wegen ihrer hohen Anschaffungspreise wurden diese Steuerungen nur selten in den Fabrikanlagen installiert.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist ein elektrohydrauli sches Aggregat, welches eine sinnvolle, gedrängte Bauweise aufweisen soll, so dass es raummässig über all anzuwenden ist und wegen der wenigen Bauteile und billiger Herstellungskosten in vielen Betrieben die Anschaffung und die Montage ermöglicht.
Das elektrohydraulische Aggregat zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass ein ferngeschalteter Elektromotor, eine durch diesen direkt oder mittels einer Kupplung angetriebene hydraulische Pumpe und ein in Abhän gigkeit von der Drehrichtung des Elektromotors ohne Umschaltung gesteuerter Kolbenmotor zu einer Ein heit zusammengebaut sind.
Die Zeichnung zeigt beispielsweise Ausführungen des elektrohydraulischen Aggregates in schematischer Darstellung. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Einheit in Tandemaus- führung und Fig. 2 eine solche in Parallelausführung. Es bedeuten: 1 Elektromotor, 2 Verbindungsstück, 3 hydraulische Pumpe, 4 Rohrleitungen, 5 Kolben, 6 hydraulischer Zylinder, 7 Verbindungsstück und 8 und 9 Anschlusspunkte der Einheit.
Bei beiden Beispielen sind der ferngesteuerte Elek tromotor 1, die durch diesen angetriebene hydrau lische Pumpe 3 und der in Abhängigkeit von der Drehrichtung des Elektromotors 1 direkt gesteuerte Kolbenmotor 5, 6 zu einer Einheit zusammengebaut.

Because of their high purchase price, these controls were seldom installed in the factory.
The subject of the invention is an electrohydraulic unit, which should have a meaningful, compact design, so that it can be used in terms of space and because of the few components and cheap manufacturing costs in many companies, the acquisition and assembly.
The electrohydraulic unit is characterized by the fact that a remotely controlled electric motor, a hydraulic pump driven by this directly or by means of a clutch and a piston motor controlled in dependence on the direction of rotation of the electric motor without switching are assembled into one unit.
The drawing shows, for example, embodiments of the electrohydraulic unit in a schematic representation. FIG. 1 shows a unit in a tandem design and FIG. 2 shows a unit in a parallel design. They mean: 1 electric motor, 2 connecting pieces, 3 hydraulic pumps, 4 pipes, 5 pistons, 6 hydraulic cylinders, 7 connecting pieces and 8 and 9 connection points of the unit.
In both examples, the remote-controlled elec tric motor 1, the hydraulic pump 3 driven by this and the piston motor 5, 6 directly controlled depending on the direction of rotation of the electric motor 1 are assembled into one unit.
