Derartige Kameras sind be reits bekannt.
Elevator device for photographic cameras with built-in electric motor The invention relates to a elevator device for photographic cameras with lens shutter, in which the shutter elevator and film transport is operated by means of an electric motor built into the camera after the exposure of the film has taken place. Such cameras are already known.
According to a known embodiment, the electric motor actuates the film take-up reel via a reduction gear and, independently of this, the shutter elevator by means of a combined crank and rack and pinion gear that can be coupled to the shutter elevator shaft, which locks and racks in the elevator position by means of a camera-side shutter that works together with it is releasable.
The power connection for the electric motor is controlled in such a way that the power connection for the electric motor is switched on via a contact at the end of the sequence movement via a cam disc connected to the shutter elevator shaft and a second power contact is then closed during the elevator movement via a film transport wheel driven by the film by means of a cam disc which interrupts the power connection again after the film transport and shutter lift have been activated.
A camera was also proposed in which the reduction gear operated by the electric motor, in addition to the film take-up spool, simultaneously effects film transport via intermediate gears and the shutter lift by means of a crank arm. The camera-side shutter only triggers the shutter, which in turn closes the power connection for the electric motor to operate the shutter lift and film transport at the end of its sequence via a contact.
The lift of the lock provided hereafter by means of a combined crank and rack and pinion gear operated by the electric motor or a crank arm results in an uneven load and increased effort, since the same is not distributed over the full turn of the lift gear, but with half a turn of the Crank mechanism must be mastered, while the remaining half turn of the crank mechanism is used to reverse. This uneven load has a detrimental effect on the electric motor, its performance and size. the tight space in the camera is determined and limited.
The invention is based on the object for photographic cameras with lens shutters, in which the shutter elevator and film transport are operated by means of a built-in elec tromotors and the power connection for the electric motor is controlled alternately from the shutter running together with the film transport, an elevator device for the To create a shutter that avoids the disadvantages of the known cameras.
According to the invention, this is essentially achieved in that on the reduction gear for the film take-up reel and the film transport operated by the electric motor there is provided a rack and pinion which can be coupled with the clamping ring of the closure and which, after the closure has been wound up, is inevitably decoupled from the reduction gear and through the action of a return spring is moved back to the starting position.
The coupling and decoupling of the rack and pinion drive with the reduction gear operated by the electric motor is preferably carried out by a rotating pawl that is driven by this and engages in a switching tooth of a gear connected to the rack and is forced by a stationary stop after the lock has been lifted - fig can be triggered.
This stop can be adjustable in a further embodiment of the invention concentrically to the drive wheel of the rack, whereby the time of uncoupling of the rack drive from the reduction gear operated by the electric motor is precisely adjustable.
The inventive design of the lock elevator by means of a rack and pinion drive driven by the reduction gear of the electric motor and decoupled from it at the end of the elevator movement ensures that the full rotation of the gear for elevator movement is always used for the lock, so that a uniform Load is reached with less effort for the electric motor.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated schematically in one embodiment. All details that are not required to explain the invention have been omitted in the drawing. 1 shows the principle of the built-in electric motor drive for the film reel and the film transport with the inventive rack and pinion drive for the shutter lift, FIGS. 2 and 3 as a detail, partially in section, in the housing of a photographic camera with a lens shutter Side view and top view of the coupling of the rack and pinion drive.
According to FIG. 1, the batteries 1 which supply the electric motor 2 which drives the film take-up reel 3 with power are provided in the photographic camera as power sources. The electric motor 2 drives the shaft 4, which is guided through the film take-up reel 3 and, through its pinion 5 via the gear drives 6, 7, 8 and 9, drives the gear 10, which is connected in a known manner to the film take-up reel 3 via a friction 11 .
From the gear 9, which passes through the gear 8, the gear 13 is driven via the gear 12 shown in parts in the drawing, with which the gear 14 is connected by a releasable hitch development, the details of which in Fig. 2 and 3 in particular are shown. After this, the gear 13 is firmly connected to the shaft 15, while the gear 14 is loosely rotatably supported on the shaft 15. About the gear 14, a disk 16 is connected to the shaft 15, on which a pawl 17 is mounted around the bolt 18, which is pressed by the action of a spring 19 in the gear tooth 20, which is incorporated in the bearing bush of the gear 14 .
During the elevator movement, the pawl 17 is entrained by the gear 13 through the disc 16 connected to its shaft 15, which engages in the gear tooth 20 of the gear 14 and thereby moves the connected rack 21 in the direction of the arrow .
The rack 21 is guided in two slot guides, of which only one slot guide 22 with the screw 23 is shown in FIG. On the toothed rod 21 a fixed to the housing is attached to the return spring 24 at one end, which returns the rack 21 to the starting position shown in Fig. 1. A flap 25 bent at right angles is also provided on the rack 21, through which the lens shutter is tensioned during the winding movement. At the end of this elevator movement, the driver pawl 16 of the gear wheel 13 strikes with its outer angle arm against a stationary stop 26.
As a result, the driver pawl 16 is moved from the switching tooth 20 of the gear 14 and thus this with the toothed rod 21 decoupled from the gear 13, whereupon the gear 14 with the rack 21 through the action of the return spring 24 we return to the starting position. The stop 26, which can be determined by the screw 27, has a slot 28 concentric to the toothed wheel 14 and a flap 29 bent at right angles, which is guided in a slot 30 provided in the bearing plate, which is also concentric with the gear 14. By appropriately adjusting the stop 26, this design enables precise setting for the uncoupling of the switching pawl 17 and thus the rack 21 from the reduction gear of the electric motor 2.
The gear wheel 13 also drives the drive wheel 31, which drives a clutch releasable in the axial direction through the release pin 33 through the axle 32, which essentially consists of the clutch disc 34, the clutch pin 35 engaging in this, the spring washer 36 and the compression spring 37 consists, the wheel 38 is supported by the film transport. The release pin 33 of the clutch is guided in the hollow shaft 32 and, when it is actuated, moves the clutch pin 35 out of the correspondingly designed grooves of the clutch disc 34 against the action of the compression spring 37.
As a result, the Filmtrans port wheel 38 is decoupled from the drive wheel 31 and the elevator gear, which is connected to the film take-up reel 3. This decoupling immediately enables the rewinding of the film, which is shown in dashed lines in FIG.
With the shaft 32, a locking disk 39 with a cutout 40 and a control cam 41 are also firmly connected, through which, in cooperation with the triggering device, the triggering and the rotation of the gear for the shutter lift and the image-wise film transport are alternately released and controlled. The locking disc 39 is assigned a pivotable about the housing-fixed bearing 42 switching lever 43, which has several arms 44, 45, 46 and is under the action of a spring 47 which seeks to move the switching lever 43 with its locking arm 44 into the cutout 40 of the locking disc 39 move into it, whereby the rotation of the elevator gear is blocked bes.
With its further arm 45, the switching lever 43 rests against a switching rod 48 which carries the trigger 49 and is guided axially movable between the bearings 50, 51 fixed to the housing. The third arm 46 of the shift lever 43 is wrapped down and has a braking part 42 which, when the shift lever 43 with its arm 44 in the cutout 40 of the locking disk 39 is pivoted against the lower side of the high-speed drive wheel 6 by the action the spring 47 is pressed and thereby produces a braking effect.
The shift lever 43 is a pivotable locking lever 54 is assigned to the housing fixed bearing screw 53, which has a right-angled upward locking part 55 which, when the shift lever 43 is moved from the locking position, by the action of the spring 56 under the locking arm 44 of the Shift lever 43 is moved and thereby prevents the latter from returning to the blocking position. The return movement of the locking lever 54 with its locking part 55 from the explained locking position is done by the cam 41, which engages against the rounded end of the locking lever 54 during the elevator movement and thereby pulls the same against the action of its spring 56 from the area of the locking arm 44 of the locking lever 43 emotional.
The same can then fall into the cutout 40 of the rotating locking disk 39 through the action of the spring 47 and thereby limits the elevator movement. In this locking position, the locking lever 54 released again by the control cam 41 rests with its locking part 55 on the side of the locking arm 44 of the shift lever 43 and a re-pivoting of the locking lever 54 with its locking part 55 is thus prevented.
The switch rod 48 with the trigger 49 is actuated by the button 57 attached to the switch rod 48. The explained release device controls the switching device for the elevator gear for shutter and film transport via the switching rod 48 actuated by the release button 57, and simultaneously releases the lens shutter 58 for the purpose of exposure by means of the release 49.
The lens shutter 58 shown schematically has in a known manner a rotatably gelager th clamping ring 59, which is under the action of a spring 60 which tries to move the clamping ring 59 into the end position according to the direction of the arrow. The clamping ring 59, which is known to release a drive ring coupled to the locking sectors 61 during its expiration, which causes the opening and closing of the locking sectors for the purpose of exposure, works together with a spring-acting pawl 62 which is in front of the detent 63 of the Clamping ring 59 latches and thereby holds the same in the elevator position.
The pawl 62 is triggered by the trigger 49 arranged on the switching rod 48. The clamping ring 59 has a clamping arm 64. On the one hand, it actuates a power contact 65 at the end of the locking sequence and thereby closes the power connection for the electric motor 2, so that it then starts up and by means of the reduction gear operated by it, it operates the shutter lift and film transport. The tab 25 provided on the toothed rack 21 engages the clamping arm 64 of the clamping ring 59 and thus clamps the lens shutter 58.
Shortly after the start of this elevator movement, the tensioning arm 64 leaves the Stromkon contact 65 and thus interrupts this power connection. On the other hand, this is closed again by a second Stromkon contact 66, which engages by means of a control pin 67 in a kidney-shaped recess 68 of the drive wheel 31 coupled to the film transport wheel 38. This recess 68 has a curve-like slope which, when the drive wheel 31 rotates via the control pin 67, closes the power contact 66 and thus provides the power connection for the electric motor 9 during the elevator.
The operation of the inventive device according to the illustrated embodiment is as follows: It is assumed that the electric motor completes the shutter lift with the film transport and thus the photographic camera is ready to take pictures. In this position, the individual parts and functional groups assume the position shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in which the current connection to the electric motor is immediately interrupted.
By pressing the release button 57, a photograph can now be triggered whoever. In this case, the release mechanism 49 attached to the switching rod 48 releases the closure 58 via the pawl 62. During the release movement actuated by the release button 57, the switching lever 43 is also pivoted about its bearing 42 by the switching rod 48 in such a way that the locking arm 44 moves out of the cutout 40 of the locking disc 39 and the other lever arm 47 with its braking part 52 is lifted from the gear drive 6.
When the shift lever 43 reaches this position, the action of the spring 56 causes the locking lever 54 with its locking part 55 bent at a right angle to jump under the locking arm 44 of the shift lever 43, so that it cannot initially return to the locked position, even if the release button 57 is moved back prematurely.
At the end of the closing sequence, the clamping ring 59 strikes with its clamping arm 64, as shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1, against the contact 65 and thus closes the power connection for the electric motor 2, which then starts up. As a result, its shaft 4, which is guided through the film take-up spool 3, drives the film take-up spool 3 via the gear wheels 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and the friction 11.
In addition, the gear wheel 13 is driven by the gear wheel 9 via the gear wheel 12, which by means of the pawl 17, which engages in the switching tooth 20 of the gear 14, moves it with the rack 21 against the action of the spring 24 in the direction of the arrow. During this movement, the angled tab 25 provided on the rack 21 strikes against the tensioning arm 64 of the tensioning ring 59 and here, through the locking mechanism, causes the tensioning ring 59 to be held again by the pawl 62. The gear wheel 13 also drives the film transport wheel 38 via the drive wheel 31 by means of the parts 34, 35, 36, 37 which is in a releasable coupling connection and which effects the image-wise film transport.
At the beginning of this elevator movement, the clamping arm 64 actuated by the rack 21 by means of the tab 25 releases the current contact 65. At the same time, the other power contact 66 is closed by means of its kidney-shaped and curve-like recess 68 via the control pin 67 resting on it, so that the Stromver connection for the electric motor 2 remains. At the end of the elevator movement, the pawl 17 of the gear 13 hits against the adjustable stop 26 or its tab 29 and is thereby decoupled from the switching tooth 20 of the gear 14, whereupon the same with the rack 21 returns to the starting position through the action of the spring 24 .
Shortly before the end of the elevator movement, the cam 41 attached to the axis 32 of the film transport has moved the locking lever 54, 55 out of the range of the switching lever 43 and this can now with its locking arm 44 through the action of the spring 47 in the cutout 40 of the switching disk 39, which is also firmly connected to the axis 32. At the same time, the shift lever 43 with its other arm 46 and the braking part 52 come to rest against the gear 6 and thereby brakes the rest of the elevator gear until its rotational movement is limited by the cutout 40 of the shift rod 39 to the locking arm 44 of the shift lever 43 is.
