Device for stuffing dyed material in dyeing cylinder It is known to stuff dyed material into dyeing cylinder by hand or to stamp it with your feet. This primitive method requires a great deal of work, and the dye good is easily damaged or pressed unevenly, which leads to incorrect dyeing.
It is also known that the material to be dyed can be pressed into the dyeing cylinder by special, stationary hydraulic presses. Such facilities are very expensive and require trained service personnel.
The device according to the invention avoids the disadvantages mentioned. It is characterized by a plunger operated via a lever in the axial direction of the dyeing cylinder, the pressing surface of which captures a part of the dyed material to be pressed, where the plunger and cylinder can be moved relative to one another in such a way that the plunger acts on any part of the dyed material .
In the drawings, two Ausführungsbei are games of the device according to the invention provides Darge. 1 shows a side view of a first device, FIG. 2 shows a view from above of the device according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a side view of a second device, FIG. 4 shows a view from above of the Vorrich device according to FIG. 3.
In Fig. 1 and 2, a dye cylinder 3 is Darge provides, which takes the dyed material 13 to be filled and which has a tubular insert 3a. At the top of the latter there is a bead 3b on which the plate 1 rests and is attached to it by means of clamps 2. Slots 1a in the plate allow the clamps 2 to be displaced in the radial direction and thereby enable the plate 1 to be inserted easily. In the center of the plate 1, a pin 4 is attached, on which a sleeve 5 formed above as a fork with ball bearings 14 is rotatably mounted.
At right angles through the fork a screw bolt 6 is mounted on which a lever arm 7 is ge superimposed. This lever arm can be moved up and down and can be rotated together with the sleeve 5 about the axis of the pin 4.
At a certain distance from the screw bolt 6, the lever arm 7 is designed so that a plunger 9 with an easily removable bolt 10 can be attached.
The plunger 9 can be set at different heights with the help of the holes 11 drilled in certain th intervals and the Bol zen 10.
A press plate 12 made of wood, metal or rubber is attached to the bottom of the ram 9.
The device is clamped to the dye cylinder 3 in the manner described. A certain amount of dyed material 13 is brought into the cylinder 3 and stuffed with the aid of the device in that the lever arm 7 is pressed down at its outer end 7a. During the subsequent lifting, the lever arm 7 with the plunger 9 is rotated a little about the central axis of the pin 4 and pressed down again.
When a layer of the material to be dyed is firmly pressed, the plunger 9 is raised a hole 11 with the aid of the bolt 10. A new layer of dyed material is filled up and stuffed. This is repeated until the whole dye cylinder is filled with tightly packed material and is ready for dyeing.
3 and 4 show the same device according to dependent claim 3. Here the lever arm 7 is articulated to a fixed point 15 outside the dyeing cylinder. The dyeing cylinder 3 stands on a turntable 16.
