Waschtisch mit Ablaufventil Bekanntlich wird die Betätigung des Ablauf ventils an Waschtischen in einem die hintere Abstell- fläche überragenden Kopf untergebracht. Dadurch ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, diesen Kopf selber sauber zu halten, wobei gleichzeitig die Reinigung der Abstellfläche erschwert wird. Zweck der Erfin dung ist nun, einen Waschtisch zu schaffen, bei welchem dieser Nachteil vermieden wird.
Erfindungs gemäss wird dies dadurch ermöglicht, dass das Ablauf ventil mittels eines im Waschtischkörper versenkten Gliedes betätigbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes schematisch dargestellt: Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Waschtisch in Draufsicht und Fig.2 einen Teil dieses Waschtisches mit teil weisem Schnitt von vorn gesehen in grösserem Mass stab.
Bei den nachfolgenden Erläuterungen wird gleich zeitig auf beide Figuren Bezug genommen. Für die Betätigung des gesamthaft mit 1 bezeichneten Ab laufventils ist eine im hinteren Randbereich der Abstellfläche 2 des Waschtisches 3 angeordnete, ver senkte Taste 4 vorgesehen. Diese Kipptaste 4 ist in einem nach unten offenen, ebenfalls in der Abstell- fläche 2 versenkten Kasten 5 um eine Achse 6 zwischen zwei Anschlägen 7 kippbar gelagert.
In jeder Schaltstellung der Kipptaste 4, von denen eine der geschlossenen und die andere der geöffneten Lage des Ablaufventils entspricht, steht jeweils ein als Fingerauflage 8 ausgebildeter Tastenteil an der Abstellfläche 2 des Waschtisches 3 vor. Dadurch kann die Abstellfläche 2 ohne weiteres mit ungehin derten Bewegungen gereinigt, vor allem poliert wer den. Es ist auch nicht notwendig, die obere Fläche des Kastens 5 oder die Kippteile 4 selber besonders zu reinigen, da diese Teile hinsichtlich der Reinigung tatsächlich als Teile der Abstellfläche gelten. Es ist vorgesehen, die Kipptaste 4 oder wenigstens Teile derselben aus einem Kunststoff anzufertigen.
In Frage kommen dabei selbstverständlich in erster Linie die sichtbaren Teile, wodurch der Anteil an schwer zu reinigendem Metall reduziert wird. Es ist ferner vorgesehen, die als Fingerauflage ausgebildeten Teile der Kipptaste 4 mit rauher Oberfläche, z. B. ge- riffelt, auszuführen, um ein Abgleiten von nassen oder mit Seife behafteten Fingern zu verhindern.
Die Kipptaste 4 ist mit einem Schwenkarm 9 versehen, welcher mit einem in einem Widerlager 10 des Kastens 5 abgestützten Federbein 11 einen Knie hebelmechanismus bildet. Im Gelenk dieses Knie hebels ist, in an sich bekannter Weise, eine Verbin dungsstange 12 verankert, welche die Bewegungen der Kipptaste 4 auf das Ablaufventil 1 überträgt. Dieser Teil des Betätigungsmechanismus, aber auch die Form und sonstige Ausgestaltung der Kipptaste 4 selber können im Rahmen der Erfindung mannig faltig abgewandelt werden. Man wird dabei ohne weiteres Lösungen finden, bei welchen wie bei der vorliegenden Ausführung, die Kipptaste in jeder Schaltstellung unter Federdruck gehalten wird.

The toggle button 4 is provided with a pivot arm 9 which forms a knee lever mechanism with a strut 11 supported in an abutment 10 of the box 5. In the joint of this knee lever, a connec tion rod 12 is anchored in a known manner, which transmits the movements of the toggle button 4 to the drain valve 1. This part of the actuation mechanism, but also the shape and other configuration of the toggle button 4 itself, can be varied in many wrinkles within the scope of the invention. One will easily find solutions in which, as in the present embodiment, the toggle button is held under spring pressure in every switch position.
