  Aus mindestens einem Behälter bestehende Versandpackung, insbesondere für Uhren
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine aus mindestens einem Behälter bestehende Versandpakkung, insbesondere für Uhren, welche gekennzeichnet ist durch zum Behälterboden senkrechte und das Behälterinnere in Fächer unterteilende Zwischenwände von geringerer Höhe als die Behälterwände.



   In der Beschreibung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen
Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Darstellung einer aus zwei Behältern bestehenden Versandpackung mit abgehobener Einlage und abgehobenem Deckel und
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1, teilweise in Ansicht.



   Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Versandbehälter aus Schaumpolystyrol besteht aus zwei Behältern 1 und 2, welche übereinandergestapelt und von welchen der obere mit einem Deckel 3 abgeschlossen ist. Jeder der beiden Behälter 1 und 2 besitzt eine Anzahl von zu den Seitenwänden parallelen Zwischenwänden 4 von geringerer Höhe, durch welche reihenweise angeordnete, längliche Fächer 5 gebildet werden. Über diesen Fächern ist in jedem Behälter eine elastische, vorzugsweise aus Polyäther Schaumstoff bestehende Einlage 6 lose angeordnet, welche im wesentlichen den Raum zwischen den Oberrändern der Fächer 5 und dem Boden des jeweils oberen Behälters 1 bzw. des Deckels 3 ausfüllt.



   Jeder Behälterboden besitzt längs seines gesam  ten    Randes eine einspringende Schulter 7, deren Breite um weniges grösser ist als die Dicke der Seitenwände, so dass eine beliebige Anzahl von Behältern zur Bildung einer Versandpackung derart aufeinander aufgestapelt werden können, dass die oberen Ränder der Behälterseitenwände des jeweils unteren Behälters in die durch die Schulter gebildete   Ausspan.ng    des oberen Behälters eintreten können.



  Dadurch sind die einzelnen Behälter einer Versandpackung gegen seitliches Verrutschen gesichert.



   Des weiteren besitzt jeder Behälterboden sowie der Deckel 3 parallel zu den kurzen Behälterwänden verlaufende, rinnenförmige Ausnehmungen 8, von welchen jede zum mindesten angenähert in der Mittelebene einer zu den betreffenden kurzen Seitenwänden parallelen Fächerreihe angeordnet ist.



   Die beschriebene Versandpackung eignet sich besonders zum Verpacken und Versenden von Uhren 9, welche einzeln und aufrecht in die Fächer gestellt werden, wie dies aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. Die Höhe der Zwischenwände ist dabei so bemessen, dass die Uhrenkronen 9a über diese Wände vorstehen, so dass, bei aufgesetztem oberem Behälter bzw. Deckel, diese Uhrenkronen und damit die verpackten Uhren durch die elastische Einlage 6 gehalten werden. Dabei treten die dadurch bedingten Ausbuchtungen der Einlage in die rinnenförmigen Ausnehmungen 8 des jeweils oberen Behälters bzw. Deckels ein.



   Zur Sicherung des Verschlusses bzw. der gegenseitigen Lage des Deckels und eines oder mehrerer Behälter sind im Deckel 3 zwei nutenförmige Ausnehmungen 10 vorgesehen, welche dazu bestimmt sind, je ein, beispielsweise metallenes, Schliessband 11 aufzunehmen, welches um den Deckel sowie den betreffenden Behälter herumgelegt und dessen Enden auf der Unterseite des untersten Behälters durch eine nicht dargestellte Klammer miteinander verbunden sind.



   Des weiteren können die Fugen zwischen dem Deckel und dem obersten Behälter bzw. zwischen zwei benachbarten Behältern, durch ein Klebeband   12    abgedichtet sein, zum Zwecke, den Behälterinhalt gegen Feuchtigkeitseinfluss zu schützen.



   Die beschriebene Versandpackung gestattet die schonende und gut isolierte Verpackung und Ver  sendung einer Vielzahl von Uhren auf engstem Raum.

The subject of the present invention is a shipping package consisting of at least one container, in particular for watches, which is characterized by partition walls which are perpendicular to the container bottom and which divide the inside of the container into compartments and are less high than the container walls.



   In the description, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely show

   The shipping container made of expanded polystyrene shown in the drawing consists of two containers 1 and 2 which are stacked on top of one another and of which the upper one is closed with a lid 3. Each of the two containers 1 and 2 has a number of intermediate walls 4 which are parallel to the side walls and are of lower height, by means of which elongated compartments 5 arranged in rows are formed. Above these compartments an elastic insert 6, preferably made of polyether foam, is loosely arranged in each container, which essentially fills the space between the upper edges of the compartments 5 and the bottom of the respective upper container 1 or the lid 3.



   Each container bottom has along its total edge a re-entrant shoulder 7, the width of which is slightly greater than the thickness of the side walls, so that any number of containers can be stacked to form a shipping package in such a way that the upper edges of the container side walls of each lower container can enter the Ausspan.ng formed by the shoulder of the upper container.



  As a result, the individual containers of a shipping package are secured against slipping sideways.



   Furthermore, each container bottom and the cover 3 have channel-shaped recesses 8 running parallel to the short container walls, each of which is arranged at least approximately in the center plane of a row of compartments parallel to the short side walls in question.



   The shipping package described is particularly suitable for packing and shipping watches 9, which are placed individually and upright in the compartments, as can be seen from FIG. The height of the partition walls is dimensioned such that the watch crowns 9a protrude over these walls so that, when the upper container or cover is in place, these watch crowns and thus the packaged watches are held by the elastic insert 6. The resulting bulges of the insert enter the channel-shaped recesses 8 of the respective upper container or lid.



   To secure the closure or the mutual position of the lid and one or more containers, two groove-shaped recesses 10 are provided in the lid 3, which are intended to each receive a, for example metallic, fastening strap 11, which is placed around the lid and the container in question and the ends of which are connected to one another on the underside of the lowermost container by a clip, not shown.



   Furthermore, the joints between the lid and the uppermost container or between two adjacent containers can be sealed by an adhesive tape 12 for the purpose of protecting the container contents against the influence of moisture.



   The shipping package described allows the careful and well-insulated packaging and shipping of a variety of watches in a confined space.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Shipping packaging consisting of at least one container, in particular for watches, characterized by partition walls which are perpendicular to the container base and which divide the inside of the container into compartments and are less high than the container walls.

SUBCLAIMS 1. Shipping package according to claim, characterized in that the container bottom has along its edge an inwardly re-entrant shoulder, the width of which corresponds at least approximately to the thickness of the container side walls.

2. Shipping package according to claim, characterized in that the bottom of the container has on its underside to a container wall parallel, trough-shaped recesses which run at least approximately in the center plane of rows of compartments parallel to the container wall in question.

3. Shipping package according to claim, characterized by an elastic insert loosely arranged over the compartments.
