The invention relates to a device for treating band-shaped textile material, in which the textile material is paneled between two endlessly running conveyor belts through a treatment medium, such as liquids such. B. in washing, bleaching, desizing, boiling, Lau yaw and the like, or others, z. B. gaseous media, for steaming, drying or condensing.
As far as devices of the aforementioned type have become known in which the goods are paneled in a vertical right funnel and with the beginning of a bend between two conveyors, which should lead the good through the bend so that it can be turned off, the folds should be move through the bend as radial rays. This harbors the risk of the folds falling over in the turns, as a result of which the passage of the goods through the treatment medium gets into disorder and the goods have to be laboriously removed from the device in order to repair the damage.
In the case of devices which convey the material through a horizontal shaft from an inlet bend to an outlet bend by means of cell conveying devices, there is the same disadvantage and there is a risk of inhibitions resulting from the cell walls.
A device is also known in which the textile belt is boarded on an endlessly revolving conveyor device that runs obliquely downwards, to which a second conveyor device joins after the boarding, so that the goods move between two endlessly circulating conveyor devices. directions to be withdrawn later from the position in which it was paneled. The path from the boarding point to the withdrawal point is extended by several loops.
The distance between the two conveyor devices is secured by special guides. The respective upper conveying device is intended to prevent the material from being swept up by the treatment liquid. Since the boarded textile belt is only loosely between the conveyors, the boarding in the loop turns can get into disorder. It is also a disadvantage that the goods are pulled off with the lower layer of the board.
According to the invention, a device mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the two conveyor belts running diagonally downward from the single board point or an imaginary level line are less spaced from one another than the board width or, in the case of cross boarding, the width of the goods, the whole thing that the panels are held together in layers and the conveyor belts turn the goods in a full turn and bring them endlessly to the discharge point.
Embodiments of the invention are discussed below: With such a device it is achieved that, with a simple design of the device, the goods are guided through the treatment medium in a secure table and turned with the respective upper table for the purpose of withdrawal.
The one driver belt or cloth forms between tween the boarding point and the end of the bend a wrapping belt striving to approach the other driver belt or cloth.
Boarding in the direction of conveyance is permitted. However, a board perpendicular to the conveying direction is preferred. This offers the advantage that the fold lines necessary for the peeling are not pressed sharply between the towels, which is an advantage especially with finer textiles. In the case of the cross-paneling, the folds can protrude to the side of the carrier sheets so that the fold lines are not subjected to the compressive pressure.
Preferably, only one driving cloth is driven and the other driving cloth is taken along by the goods. In this way there is a guarantee that no relative movement can occur between the goods and one of the driving cloths.
The wrap-around cloth can have a resilient suit against the goods, which has the advantage that on the one hand, the goods are always sufficiently solid stacked on top of one another and, on the other hand, the pressure maintaining the stack automatically adapts to the needs.
It is advisable to guide the wrapping cloth in its load-bearing part over a pad provided with a friction-reducing covering. The pad prevents the looping cloth from sagging in its supporting part.
The driving cloths are expediently made of a glass fiber fabric with a plastic coating on the side facing the goods that is insensitive to attack by the treatment medium. The glass fiber fabric is insensitive to the treated medium, while the plastic coating prevents glass fibers from penetrating the goods.
The drawing schematically illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the invention.
1 shows a device with goods boarded in the conveying direction in elevation.
Fig. 2 shows the device in elevation with goods boarded transversely to the conveying direction.
FIG. 3 is an end view of the device according to FIG. 2 as viewed on the table.
The device, which is located in a suitable container, consists of the two endlessly running conveyor belts or driver cloths 1 and 2, of which the belt 4 is paneled onto the driver cloth 1 through the plate 3 in a known manner. The direction of rotation of the driving cloths is indicated by arrows.
In Fig. 1, the table 3 boards in the direction of rotation of the belts 1, 2, the goods 4 on the driver cloth 1, that is, the table folds are directed transversely to the with taker cloths. In FIG. 2, on the other hand, the table 3 boards the goods transversely to the direction of rotation of the driving cloths on the driving cloth 1, so that the folds 5 of the board protrude laterally on the driving cloths.
Seen from the boarding or boarding point or the level line 12 of a treatment liquid, the driving cloths run downwards at an angle, so that the boarded goods are slanted and thus gently inserted into the treatment liquid if a liquid treatment medium is provided.
The smallest distance between the two driving cloths is smaller, e.g. B. by a multiple of the width of the board in FIG. 1 and, in the case of cross-tabulation according to FIGS. 2, 3, than the width of the goods, so that the boards are held together in layers between the driver cloths.
The driver cloth 2 is guided over the two rollers 6 and 7, of which the roller 7 forms the full turn, while the driver cloth 1 is guided over the rollers 8, 9 and 10 and from the Eintafelstelle or the roller 8 to the completed turn or Forms a free looping belt up to the roller 9, which endeavors to approach the carrier cloth 2. The roller 10 forms a tensioning roller which resiliently pulls the carrier cloth 1 against the carrier cloth 2.
In its load-bearing part, with the taker cloth 1 is guided over a pad 11, which is provided with a friction-reducing coating that is resistant to attacks.
Only one carrier cloth is driven. The other carrier sheet is taken from the goods.
The carrier cloths are made of glass fiber fabric and have a plastic coating that is resistant to attack on the side facing the goods.
As the drawing reveals, the goods are guided from the driving cloths in the paneled stack through the treatment medium and are turned over so that the underside of the goods on the single panel side is the top side on the trigger side. Pulling off takes place by means of the pull-off rollers 13.
