Circuit for controlling a reversible electromotive drive over four wires for actuators in railway systems Among the known circuits for the Steue tion of a reversible electromotive drive over four wires for actuators in railroad systems are those of particular interest in which the drive with a multi-phase motor is equipped, the windings of which is connected to the control device with three wires serving as phase lines during the run. In the rest position, a circuit for the monitoring current is created with the help of the fourth wire, which serves as a monitoring line, by forming two conductor loops in series over the four wires.
The monitoring not only serves to determine that the lines are OK, but also to determine at the same time when a drive is cut open, ie. i.e. when it is moved from its rest position to an intermediate position by applying an external force. Circuits are known in which the conductor loops are switched by means of contacts in the drive so that at least the monitoring device is short-circuited when the drive is cut open, whereby the monitoring current increases. Due to the increased monitoring current, an on-cutting signaling element, for example a relay, is controlled which, when energized, detects the fact that the drive has been cut open.
Since the two conductor loops in the drive must be separated in the rest position, the drive cannot start up when three of the wires are connected to the phase voltages of a three-phase network; the fourth wire must also be used for startup, i.e. H. The monitoring line can be used by supplying two alternating voltages to the motor via the two conductor loops, which include an angle that is greater than zero. If there is a corresponding winding part of the motor in each conductor loop, the flowing actuating currents generate a torque, whereby the start takes place.
However, as soon as the motor has started and its windings have been interconnected to form a multi-phase system, the monitoring line must be disconnected so that three lines alone carry the actuating current and the monitoring line is ready to actuate a triggering device at the end of the actuating process, which in turn switches over worried from running state to monitoring state. This temporary connection of the monitoring device to the AC voltage during start-up requires a special start-up device that separates the conductor loops in series when the drive starts up and applies the monitoring line to an AC voltage.
The present invention relates to a scarf device for controlling a reversible elektromotori rule drive over four wires for Stellvorrichtun conditions in railroad systems, the drive is equipped with a polyphase motor, the windings of which verbun during the run with three wires serving as a phase line with a control device and the multiphase motor in the rest position is flowed through by a monitoring current via two series-connected conductor loops formed by the three phase lines and the fourth wire as a monitoring line, which loops are connected by means of contacts in the drive,
that when the drive is cut open at least the monitoring device is bypassed, and the control device has both a cutting signaling device controlled by this increased monitoring current and a start-up device which separates the conductor loops in series when the drive starts up and the monitoring line is connected to an alternating voltage which, with the alternating voltage in the other conductor loop, includes an angle that is greater than 0, which is characterized by:
that in the control device the controlled by the monitoring current Aufschneidmelde organ and the starting element are combined in a single relay.
The fact that in the control device controlled by the monitoring current Aufschneidmelde organ and the start-up device are combined in a single relay, one not only achieves the advantage of saving relays in the control device, but also achieves that the Aufschneidmessorgan cooperate with every start-up must, so is constantly checked for functionality. In order to bring about the normal running state after the start, the start-up element, for. B. can be switched on via a transformer. The starting element is expediently energized during start-up by the alternating current flowing in the monitoring line.
The disconnection of the monitoring line in the drive motor after start-up indicates the termination of the start-up organ, and this allows the slicing and start-up relay to return to the basic position and thus initiate the connection of the triggering device to the monitoring line.
The start-up device can, however, also be designed in such a way that the start-up element remains in the start-up position for a given time. This can e.g. B. by means of a th member connected in parallel to the coil, consisting of a capacitor and opposing stand, or another timepiece be acts.
When the relay performs its function as a cutting reporting device, it indicates the cut open state of the drive when it is energized. This display must also be retained if the drive is brought back into the end position by an external force and its contacts thereby restore the normal current path for the monitoring current. The monitoring current must also no longer flow until the switch has been checked for functionality. It is also desirable that the fact that the cut has been made is recorded, even if all parts of the drive are again in working order.
This can be achieved in that the relay, which works as a start-up and slicing alarm device, remains energized via a self-holding contact after each slicing process until it is brought into the basic position by a consciously initiated process. This consciously initiated process can, for. B. be the actuation of a key that causes both the basic position and the progression of a counter, whereby the slicing is registered. Based on the drawing, a Ausführungsbei will be explained game of the inventive subject.
In Fig. 1, the circuit of the drive is made visible together with the part of the control, which is necessary for the explanation of the processes. In space A of FIG. 1, the three windings X, Y, Z of the drive motor assumed to be a three-phase motor can be seen (in another example it could also be a two-phase motor, in which case the winding Z would be missing). The contacts 11, 12 and 21, 22 are actuated by the movement of the drive, wherein in the drawn state, the contacts 11, 12 change their position at startup and 21, 22 at the end of the actuating movement.
In the room B of Fig. 1, the control device is recorded, with R, S, T, the connections to the Dreipha sennetz assumed in the present example are designated, while plus and minus the connections to a direct current source are provided, which supplies the monitoring current . The monitoring and tripping device is located in field U. The four lines to the drive are labeled L1, L2, L3, L4, where L4 is the monitoring line that is used during start-up for final tripping and for monitoring.
In the end position shown, a current flows from the positive pole of the direct current source via the closed contact 515 of the relay 5 via the coil of the relay 2, which is simultaneously Aufschneidmeldeorgan and start-up organ, to the closed contact 111 on the line L3. Since the contact 22 is closed in the motor, the line L3 is connected to the line L2 via the windings Z, contact 22 and winding Y. The current flows back via line L2 into the control device via contact 312 to the monitoring device U and from here via the closed contact 211 to line L4.
The line L4 is connected in the drive motor via the closed contact 11 and the winding X of the motor to the line L1, from where the current via the contacts 311 and 511 finds the negative pole of the battery. Since the relay windings present in the monitoring device U and through which current flows are high-resistance, the current is limited so that the relay 2 cannot attract its armature.
If, however, the drive is cut open by an external force, the contacts 11 and 12 change their position so that the monitoring circuit with contact 11 is interrupted, but at the same time between the line L3 via the winding Z, the now closed contact 12 and the winding X in the motor there is a direct connection to line L1. As a result of the loss of the large resistance in U, the current rises so high that it attracts relay 2, the contacts 212 and 213 of which close, while contact 211 opens.
In the example shown, the relay 2 is provided with a double winding, the second high-resistance winding now receiving voltage through the closed contact 213 via the contact 516 and the valve V1. Of course, relay 2 can be a multi-core relay with a common armature in which the windings are applied to its cores. As long as nothing else happens, the slicing process is indicated by the energized relay 2.
The valve V1 is used to block the parallel circuit to the capacitor C.
In Fig. 2, the circuit of the relay 1 is shown, which must work first when the actuating process is to be initiated. From the work of this relay, the other relays 3, 4 and 5 are dependent, but they are not shown in the drawing in detail. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that in the circuit of the coil of this relay 1 three contacts are connected in parallel, namely a separate self-holding contact 113, the contact 611 of an auxiliary relay 6, both contacts interrupted, and the closed contact 214 of the Aufschneidmeldeorgans. Since the relay 2 is excited as a result of the slicing, the contact 214 is now also interrupted, so that the relay 1 receives no current, even if the command contact K is actuated.
Even if the drive is brought back to the original position by external influence, in which the contacts 11 and 12 again assume the position shown, the monitoring no longer comes about because the contact 211 separates the monitoring device from the wire 4 . The short circuit is interrupted in this case, however, but at the same time the monitoring current is also interrupted with the aid of contact 211. Thanks to the latching of relay 2 via contact 213, however, it remains energized.
So that the drive can be operated again, the relay 2 must be thrown off, i. H. the opening message must be replaced by another message. In the example, this is done by loading the Aufschneidmelltaste WA, the contact of which is in the circuit of the auxiliary relay 6 in FIG. For example, this key can be sealed so that its actuation requires permanent marking by tearing the seal. The coil 6 receives voltage via the contact of the individual key W 1 of the relevant switch, which is to be actuated at the same time, and the now closed contact 215 of the relay 2; whereby the contact 611 closes.
Since the two buttons WA and W 1 also operate the command device in a manner not shown here, contact K also closes (FIG. 2). Relay 1 is energized and the next cycle can take place when relays 3, 4 and 5 change their position. With the change of position of the relay 5, however, the contacts 515 and 516 are interrupted so that the relay 2 drops out as soon as the time given by the capacitor C and the resistor R for the relay 2 (Fig. 1) has expired.
Instead of the sealed key WA in Fig. 3, it is also possible to use a non-sealed common slicing key for all switches, but to train relay 6 as a counter, so that the marking by the progress of the counter takes place around one digit.
For normal start-up, relay 1 is initially excited by contact K, since in the normal state of the relay, contact 214 is closed when relay 2 has dropped out. The contacts 111 and 112 of the relay 1 change their position so that the monitoring current with contact 111 is interrupted, while at the same time the coil of the relay 2 is connected to voltage directly via contacts 515 and 112. The relay 2 is energized, but this has no effect on the relay 1, since the latter with contact 113 has already bridged the now breaking contact 214.
Relay 1 now also stimulates relays 3, 4 and 5 to work. The relays 3 and 4 change the polarity of the lines L1 and L2 relative to the connections R and S with the contacts 311, 312 or 411 and 412; so that the torque of the motor is reversed relative to the previous run. The relay 5 now switches off the direct current source through the contacts 511, 515 and 516 to the next. However, since the relay 2 remains energized via the delay element C, R for a predetermined time, the contact 212, which connects the phase R to the line L4, also remains closed.
Thus, the winding X receives voltage between R and S via the closed contact 512, contact 212 and line L4, as well as contact 11 and via line L1 and the closed contact 412 and contact 513, via the contacts 512 and 411 and line L2 and contact 514 and line L3, however, the two motor windings Y and Z are connected to voltages R and T in series via contact 22, so that the motor starts: As soon as the motor has started, contacts 11, 12 work, so that on the one hand line L4 is switched off while the motor is connected to R, S and T in the star.
The process according to FIG. 4 takes place in a similar manner. Instead of the delay device R, C, one of the relay windings is fed by a transformer Tr via a valve V2. The primary winding of the transformer is located in the connection line between L1 and L4, so that it is only fed by the starting current of a motor part and not by the monitoring current. The relay 2 is held in the working position by the starting current until the current is switched off by actuating the contacts 11, 12.
As soon as the motor reaches the other end position, the contacts 21, 22 also work, so that there is now a circuit from phase R via contacts 512 and 411 on line L2 and winding Y as well as the now more closed contact 21 on line L4. Since the relay 2 meanwhile. has fallen off again, the contact 211 is closed, so that the triggering device in U via the closed contact 513 responds. As a result of this triggering, the relay 1 is initially returned to the basic position, so that the contact 112 is interrupted and 111 closes again.
At the same time, relay 5 also drops out, so that contacts 511 to 516 fall back into the position shown and the monitoring circuit is now formed again: positive pole of the battery - contact $ 1 $ - coil relay 2 - contact 111 - line L3 - winding Z contact 12 - winding X - line L1 - contact 412 - monitoring device U - contact 211 line L4 - contact 21 - winding Y - contact 411 - contact 511 - negative pole of the battery.
As can be seen from the description of the processes, the relay 2 is also used as a start-up device, which has to connect the line L4 to the phase R, with every start-up, and its functionality is thus checked. If the relay did not pick up, it would not start because line L4 is not receiving any voltage. If the relay did not drop out, tripping would not occur at the end of the cycle because contact 211 does not close. Thus, its functionality as a Aufschneidmelde organ is constantly checked.
PATENT CLAIM Circuit for controlling a reversible electric motor drive via four wires for actuating devices in railway systems, the drive being equipped with a multiphase motor, the windings of which are connected to a control device with three wires serving as phase lines and the multiphase motor is in the rest position A monitoring current flows through two conductor loops in series, formed by the three phase lines and the fourth wire serving as the monitoring line, which loops are connected by means of contacts in the drive so that at least the monitoring device is bridged when the drive is cut,
and the control device has both a cutting signaling device controlled by this increased monitoring current and a start-up device which separates the conductor loops in series when the drive starts up and connects the monitoring line to an alternating voltage that loops an angle with the alternating voltage in the other conductor which is greater than 0, characterized in that in the control device the opening reporting device controlled by the monitoring current and the starting device are combined in a single relay.
