Vorrichtung an Bettgestellen Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung an Bettgestellen zur lösbaren Befestigung der Seitenwände an den Endwänden eines Bettge stelles. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus zwei Teilen, wo von der eine Teil Schlitze und der andere Teil in die Schlitze passende Haken aufweist. Der Teil mit Schlitzen ist an den Endwänden und der Teil mit Haken ist an den Seitenwänden angebracht. Die Ein führung der Haken in die Schlitze erfolgt mittels einer relativen Bewegung einer Seitenwand in bezug auf eine Endwand. Die Teile der Vorrichtung be sitzen U-förmige Querschnitte, wobei der Teil mit den Haken in eine Ausnehmung einer Seitenwand eingesetzt ist.
Es ist bekannt, dass der Befestigungsteil mit Schlitzen in die Endwand eingesetzt wird und einen flachen Querschnitt aufweist. Die für den geschlitz ten Teil der Vorrichtung herauszuarbeitende Aus- nehmung in der Endwand des Bettes erfordert einen grossen Arbeitsaufwand, da diese sauber herausgefräst und an den Ecken rechtwinklig vorgesehen sein muss, wonach der geschlitzte Teil mittels Schrauben an der Endwand befestigt wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung soll es ermöglichen, die Befestigung des geschlitzten Teiles der Vorrich tung auf die genannte Schraub- oder eine ähnliche Befestigung zu beschränken. Die Erfindung ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil U-förmigen Querschnittes mit im Steg vorgesehenen Schlitzen auf der Innenfläche der Endwand des Bettgestelles so befestigt ist, dass sich nur die freien Kanten der Flanschen des U-förmigen Teiles gegen die Innen fläche der Endwand des Bettgestelles abstützen.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführung der Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Teil mit Schlitzen der erfin dungsgemässen Vorrichtung an der Endwand des Bettgestelles.
Fig. 2 zeigt den mit Haken versehenen Teil der Vorrichtung, der am Seitenladen des Bettes befestigt ist. Fig. 3 zeigt einen Vertikalschnitt durch die Be festigungsvorrichtung im zusammengestellten Zustand des seitlichen Bettladens mit der Endwand des Bettes, der Linie A-A in Fig: 1 und B-B in Fig. 2 entspre chend.
Fig. 4 ist ein Horizontalschnitt entsprechend der Linie C-C in Fig. 3.
Die Befestigungsteile 2 und 6 der Vorrichtung bestehen aus U-förmigen Querschnitten, wie das in Fig. 4 dargestellt ist. Der eine Teil 2 enthält Schlitze 4 und der andere Teil 6 Haken 7. Der Befestigungs teil 6 mit Haken 7 ist in einer Ausnehmung mittels Schrauben 32 am Seitenladen 5 befestigt. Der Steg des U-förmigen Teiles 6 liegt an der Bodenfläche der Ausnehmung an, so dass die Flanschen des Teiles 6 die seitlichen Bettladenteile um die Ausnehmung herum verstärken. Der Teil 6 hat einen grösseren Querschnitt als der Teil 2, derart, dass im zusammen gestellten Zustand des Bettgestelles der Teile 6 sich am Teil 2 mittels der Haken 7 festklammert.
Die Haken 7 werden im oberen Teil der Schlitze durch diese hindurchgeführt, und dann auf die unteren Kanten der Schlitze herabgedrückt.
Der U-förmige mit Schlitzen 4 versehene Be festigungsteil 2 ist mittels Schrauben 31 an der Endwand des Bettgestelles so befestigt, dass sich nur die freien Kanten der Flanschen des U-förmigen Teiles gegen die Innenfläche der Endwand oder Fusswand des Bettgestelles abstützen.
Eine Herausarbeitung und Fräsen der Schlitze im Endteil des Bettgestelles ist nicht mehr erforder- ]ich, so dass eine beträchtliche Arbeitsersparnis erzielt wird.

The fastening parts 2 and 6 of the device consist of U-shaped cross-sections, as shown in FIG. One part 2 contains slots 4 and the other part 6 hooks 7. The fastening part 6 with hooks 7 is fastened to the sideload 5 in a recess by means of screws 32. The web of the U-shaped part 6 rests against the bottom surface of the recess, so that the flanges of the part 6 reinforce the side bed drawer parts around the recess. The part 6 has a larger cross-section than the part 2, such that when the bed frame is put together, the parts 6 cling to the part 2 by means of the hooks 7.
The hooks 7 are passed through them in the upper part of the slots, and then pressed down onto the lower edges of the slots.
The U-shaped fastening part 2 provided with slots 4 is attached by means of screws 31 to the end wall of the bed frame so that only the free edges of the flanges of the U-shaped part are supported against the inner surface of the end wall or foot wall of the bed frame.
Machining and milling of the slots in the end part of the bed frame is no longer necessary, so that considerable labor savings are achieved.
