Description

       

  Scharnier mit Arretierung für     Pultdeckel       Gegenstand der Erfindung ist     ein        Scharnier    für       verschwenkbare        Pultdeckel,    mit Arretierung in der  offenen     Stellung,    mit zwei     miteinander    durch     Ösen     und einem Verbindungsstift     verbundenen    Gelenkplat  ten, bei dem auf der Aussenseite der einen     Gelenk-          platte    eine Öse angeordnet ist,

   in der     schwenkbar    .ein       geschlossener    Bügel an dem einen Ende gehalten ist  und auf der     Aussenseite    der andern.     Gelenkplatte        mit     dieser ein Führungsbügel fest     verbunden    ist, in des  sen Schlitz     sich    das     freie    Ende des Bügels bis zur       Arretierungsstellung    verschieben     kann,    derart, dass  die Endstellung des offenen     Pultdeckels    der     Arretier-          stellung    des Scharniers     entspricht,

      in der     ein        weiteres          Ausschwenken    des     Deckels        verhindert    wird.  



  Der     Erfindungsgegenstand    ist auf der     Zeichnung     in einer beispielsweisen     Ausführungsform    dargestellt.       Fig.    1 zeigt eine     Seitenansicht    des     Scharniers    in  Verbindung mit     einem        Pultdeckel    ;       Fig.    2 zeigt .eine     Seitenansicht    des Scharniers in       grösserem        Masstab    ;       Fig.    3 ist     ein    Grundriss zu     Fig.    2.  



  Das     Scharnier    besteht aus     zwei        miteinander    durch  ein Gelenk verbundenen Gelenkplatten 1 und 2, die  an den gegeneinander     liegenden        Innenseiten    um     we-          nigstens        annähernd    900 nach der     gleichen    Seite abge  bogen sind und an den     gegeneinander    liegenden En  den 3, 4 je eine gerollte Öse 5, 6 tragen.

   Die Ösen  5, 6 weisen auf der     Scharnierbreite    Aussparungen  auf, die ermöglichen, die     ösenteile        rechtwinklig    zur  Achse 7 des     Scharmerbolzens        ineinander    zu     schie-          ben    und einen Bolzen durch     die        @Ösenteile    beider Teile    zu schieben. Durch     Einsetzen    des.     Bolzens    8     werden     die Gelenkplatten 1 und 2     gelenkig        miteinander    ver  bunden.

   Auf der Aussenseite der     Gelenkplatten    1  und 2     isst        mit    der einen     Gelenkplatte    1     eine        weitere     -Öse 9 verbunden,     in    der     gelenkig        verschwenkbar    an  dem einen schmalen Steg ein     geschlossener    Bügel ge  lagert ist.

   Der diesem Steg     gegenüberliegende        zweite,          freie    Steg     dieses    Bügels greift     unter    die     Aussenseite     der zweiten     Gelenkplatte    auf     deren        Aussenseite        eine          Bügelführung    angeordnet ist, die     zudem    den Anschlag  für den Bügel bildet,

   welche     Anschlag-Stellung    der       Stellung    des offenen Deckels am Pult     entspricht.    Die       Winkel    der     Abbiegungen    der     Endteile    des. Bügels  sind so gewählt, dass der Schwerpunkt des aufge  klappten Deckels hinter die Drehachse des     Scharniers     zu     liegen    kommt     und        damit    der Deckel     in        dieser    Sage  stehen bleibt.  



  Die eine Gelenkplatte des     Scharniers        wird    auf der  Unterseite des     Tintenfassbretts-    10, die     andere    auf  der Unterseite des     verschwenkbaren        Pultdeckels    11       befestigt.

  The hinge consists of two joint plates 1 and 2 connected to one another by a joint, which are bent on the opposite inner sides by at least approximately 900 to the same side and on the opposite ends 3, 4 each have a rolled eyelet 5, 6 wear.
