Device for controlling hydraulic working machines with several press cylinders gmachine produced. The quality of a workpiece placed on a tool C depends largely on the accuracy with which the slide carrying the tool is guided.
Sides are dir cases in which the resistance opposite to the movement is absolutely centered on the guideways of the tool slide. It can also while.
of the work process a shift in the direction of the resistance to be overcome. In order to absorb the tilting moment that occurs, the guide tracks of the slide are proportional to. whose bireite is as long as possible and can be readjusted to readjust the running game.
The canting moments, for example in sheet metal press brakes, are considerable and inherently unavoidable when closed work pieces such as containers are pressed at one end of the press beam, the so-called horn. To protect the ferry tracks of this press beam, mechanical straight-line rollers such as articulated levers with rods or.
Gear racks in which pinions on a common shaft. comb, used, whereby you have to accept the inaccuracies that arise like joints, gears through games in the layers. Hydraulic parallel controls are also used on hydraulic presses.
These work with sensors that scan the run of the press beam and any advance of one or the other end of the same via a rod;
Toothed pinions, articulated levers, etc. are transferred to hydraulic control organs, which for their part cause a throttling of the press liquid biscuit supply to the voiring piston. The initiation of the parallel alignment process can naturally only then from # gDlös;
t are, if tilting has already occurred, d. h. the over-stressed mechanical sliding guides that ver should allow. Games in chants, as well as a certain insensitivity of the hydraulic controls. cause an additional increase in the delay of the occurrence of the parallel position.
The goal! The present invention, which is especially suitable for multi-cylinder hydraulic scrap presses, is first of all to reduce any advance of a piston and at the same time to absorb the, for example, off-center presses, which cannot be avoided when it occurs.
The solution is to be achieved in that each press cylinder is assigned a separate D. return fluid circuit, which one of the press upstream side.
For each cylinder, the same quantity of liquid, as well as the counter pressure, is to be felt, while the pressure difference arising between the liquid pressures on the press passage sides is used to simultaneously reduce the outflows from the retreat sides to form the canting moment odex less heavily loaded cylinder to generate a canting torque equal to
For a two-cylinder press brake, an example of the embodiment of the invention is shown in the two drawings.
Cowardly. 1 shows the. Control device, as far as they. is necessary for the explanation, in price position with eccentric position of the workpiece.
Fig. 2 shows the device in the idle position. C g Fig. 3 shows the pulse-generating device responding to differences in pressure with a different eccentric position of the workpiece, FIG. 4 shows the same device with the workpiece in a z-entrical position.
Fig. 5 shows part of the device in section on an enlarged scale. According to the number of cylinders in the press brake, there are two circuits, which are fed by a six cylindrical piston pump KP equipped with suction and pressure valves, which is expediently provided with automatic stroke adjustment.
The first circuit includes: three Puinpenzylin- der Zl, line 1, control slide S1, press passage line PG1 with laterally connected spiral pipe Ml, retraction line RZ1 with built-in throttle valve Bl and press cylinder P1 with working piston Kl .
The second circuit includes: three pump cylinders Z2, line 2, control slide S2, press passage line PG2 with laterally connected spiral pipe M2, retraction line RZ2 with built-in throttle, slide B2 and press cylinder P2 with working piston KZ.
The following are common to both cycles. Organs: the control lever 3 with position N = neutral ', standstill, the control lever 3 with position PG = Pressing gear and the control lever 3 'with position RZ = Retraction for moving the two control slides S1 and S2, which through each other Adjusting nuts are connected, the return line 4, the gear pump ZP, its pressure line 5 the control slide 6 with a roller 7 rotatably mounted on it, the belt < B> 8,
the ends of which are clipped onto the eyes 9 of the tubular spirals MI and M2 and are tensioned by the compression spring 10 and are permanently placed on the roll 7 is brought, and D.rosselzylinder 11 in which the piston 12 creates two [stroke spaces 13 and 14, t and its, piston rod the throttle slide Bl and B2 carries.
The working pistons Kl and K2 jointly move the press beam 15 which in FIG. 1 presses on the eccentrically placed workpiece 16 . Generating the same workpiece in other positions and with a different load proximity is indicated with 16 ' or 16 ".
The device 17 with three clamping screws 18 is used to bring the elasticity of the two pipe spirals Ml and M2 into line with each other in order to facilitate the adjustment of the apparatus at Mogtagc . Tightening the clamping screws 18 to a greater or lesser extent causes the tube spiral Ml to close in the position shown. The spiral pipe can be opened with the device 17 pivoted through 1800 . The alignment of the two eyes 9 is thus guaranteed.
The mode of operation is as follows: When the vehicle is stationary, the control lever 3 is in the neutral position; N (Fig. 2). The press liquid coming from the piston pump KP flows through the control slides S1 and S2 without pressure and flows back through the return line 4 into the pump reservoir. Likewise, the Zafinrad pump ZP conveys through line 5 without pressure, flowing around the control slide 6 , d, back to the reservoir.
If the control lever 3 is brought into position PG = pressing cycle (Fig. 1), , the pressing cycle spaces are held by the piston Kl and KZ hydraulic fluid, The first circuit works from the three pump cylinders, Zl on the piston KI and the second circuit from the three pump cylinders, er, Z2 on the piston KZ.
If the press beam 15 hits the workpiece 16 , the liquid pressure of the first circuit, i.e. in line PG1, will begin to increase, while the liquid pressure of the line PG2 can theoretically be 0 . However, since each of the two circuits is supplied with the same number of cylinders, three each of the piston pump KP, the amount delivered is the same for each circuit.
Even if one by the way. expedient automatic volume regulation is provided by stroke adjustment on the piston pump KP, because the pump stroke is then probably variable, but always the same for all pump cylinders Z1 and Z2.
The pressure difference occurring between the two press passage lines PG1 and PG2 serves as an impulse to initiate the throttling on the unloaded piston KZ. The raw spiral M1 experiences a heightening due to the increase in pressure, which moves its eye 9 in the direction of the arrow p , while the eye 9 the spiral pipe M2 remains in place.
The strap 8 which is lashed in the eye 9 of the pipe spiral Ml has, via roller 7 , a drive for the control slide 6 and consequently a The press fluid enters from line 5 to the throttle cylinder space 13 (Fig. 1). The throttle slide B2 connected to the piston 12 causes a throttling of the return flow from the line RZ2 which increases with its path and thus generates a force Q. that is opposite to the working direction dc3 press beam 15 you on the,
Press bar 15 the yellowed moment of force Q X b is the displacement generated by the press piston Kl Edge moment P X a - directed in the opposite direction and cancels it.
