Description
Mechanically stepless transmission gear The main patent relates to a method to automatically convert a rotary movement by a mechanical stepless transmission gear into a rotary movement that adapts to the torque imposed a planetary gear are transmitted in such a way that the sum of the two switching movements results in a uniform, continuous rotary movement.
The invention according to the main patent also includes a mechanical continuously variable transmission for carrying out the method, which transmission has at least two units, each with at least one eccentrically mounted, rotating mass, which masses form components of vibrating systems that reduce their vibrations via one-way clutches at least transmit a planetary gear, whereby the masses of the units generate vibrations out of phase by 90.
The present invention is concerned with a further embodiment of the mechanical stepless transmission gear according to the main patent. According to the second embodiment of the transmission according to the main patent, this Ge transmission has the said vibration units in a rotating housing.
The present invention consists in that the revolving housing is driven by the drive shaft via a support.
The accompanying drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
FIG. 1 shows the transmission in longitudinal section, while FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line VII-VII in FIG.
As described in the second exemplary embodiment of the main patent, the rotating housing 122 is freely rotatably mounted in the fixed gear housing 131 and, in the present exemplary embodiment, is driven by the drive shaft 121 via a countershaft gear 133, 134. Otherwise, parts 123, 124, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130 correspond to parts 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 of FIGS. 4 and 5 of the main patent and their function does not need to be described again here to become. Only the reversal of the direction of rotation of the pendulum swing is performed here by the gears 132, which correspond in the We effect to the gears 25 according to FIG. 4 of the main patent.
The shafts 135 of the flyweights 123 can be formed as torsion bars in this embodiment.
