Device for the production of hardening water-binder mixtures, in particular water-cement mixtures
It is already known that liquids and binders, such as water and cement, are put together and mixed with one another in measured quantities and in a certain ratio on the one hand to one another and on the other hand to the totality of the mixed material before they are introduced into the mix required to produce a material such as concrete mix so that the material can then be added to the rest of the mix as a pulp. The proportions are measured out by weighing or determining the room size, and mixing in a stirrer.
Up to now, this measure was tied to stationary or difficult to move facilities, such as the high-rise silo systems with built-in concrete machines, which are usually referred to as concrete towers.
It is also known to use screw conveyors fed from small undivided tall silos with attached semi-automatic scales for dry weighing of the binding agent. Although this resulted in an exact binder weight, when the ES emptied the weighing bunker into an open receptacle belonging to or functionally assigned to the machine, it caused considerable dust generation, which was due to the height of the fall of the dry binder. In addition, these known, so-called weighing augers are often difficult to adapt to the operating conditions on a construction site because of their rigid construction
So-called compressed air conveyors are also known with which pulpy substances, such as concrete or cement mortar, are conveyed through pipes over short distances by means of compressed air blasts.
It is the object of the present invention, while avoiding the disadvantages of the known arrangements, to provide one which is adapted to the technical requirements and requirements of the average construction site
Device for the production of hardening water
To create binder mixtures.
The device according to the present invention is characterized by a with a balance in
Connected weighing container, to which a supply device for the binding agent is connected practically dust-tight, and by one to the
Weighing container connected practically dust-tight
Mixing container with a water supply device, an emptying device and an agitator.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. Show it:

Fig. 7 is a section of the ball valve in the outlet clip in the closed state, and
Fig. 8 is a section of the ball valve in the off let socket in the open state.
In a sheet metal clad, on rollers 1, 2 sliding, frame-like frame 3 are a ver closable, pressure-resistant mixing container 4 with From let nozzle 5 and a ball valve 6 closing this, an air compressor 7 with compressed air container 8, a compressor 7 and the agitator 9 of the mixing container 4 driving motor 10, a lockable weighing hopper 11 with automatic scales 12 and a screw conveyor 13 as well as the control and actuating elements 14-21 necessary for the work process. During operation, the inlet opening 22 of the screw conveyor 13 is connected to the outlet opening 23 of a binding agent storage container 24 and the outlet nozzle 5 is connected to the ball valve 6 by a pipeline 25 to a mixing machine 26.
To compensate for height differences in the outlet openings 23 of the various types of storage containers 24, the screw conveyor 13 is provided at its front end with a bracket 27 which is fastened to the frame 3 in pivot bearings 28, 29.
This ensures that the screw conveyor can be pivoted independently of the weighing hopper and that the weighing hopper is covered in a dust-tight and watertight manner in every position of the screw conveyor without influencing the weighing accuracy. The spherical cap-shaped cover 30 of the weighing bin 11 is accordingly provided with an elongated hole 31 for the movement of the screw conveyor outlet 32, which is kept covered over its entire extent in every position 33, 34 of the screw conveyor 13 by a likewise spherical cap-shaped cover plate 35 connected to the outlet nozzle 32 . The arrangement of sealing elements (not shown) ensures that no dust can escape to the outside.
The outlet opening 36 of the weighing bunker 11 freely suspended in the cutting bearings 37 of the scales 12 protrudes into the inlet funnel 38 of the mixing container 4 and is closed by a segment closure 39 which is hinged at 40 to the weighing bunker 11 so that it opens in the Position 39a with both edges on the bunker wall 11a. The connection of the weighing container 11 to the funnel 38 is secured by sealing elements (not shown), e.g. B. a bellows in such a way that no dust can escape when the cement passes from the weighing container into the mixing container.
The opening 41 located under the outlet opening 36 in the spherical shell-shaped cover 42 of the mixing container 4 is closed from the inside by a convex closure lid 45 connected to the opening lever 44 by a hinge 43 so that the lid 45 is closed when the U-shaped and a double circular segment forming crank 46 provided lever 44 slides around its articulation point 47 on the inlet funnel 38 in the position 45a under the cover 42 and completely exposes the inlet opening 41 and rests in its end position on the bunker wall.
This locking arrangement makes it possible to move the weighing bunker outlet close to the inlet opening of the mixing container located under the weighing bunker and to have it encompassed by a comparatively narrow inlet funnel of the mixing container, so that the outflow of the binding agent, which tends to generate dust, is already in the water that is moved by the agitator partially filled mixing container is practically dust-free.
The mixing container 4 takes on a pipe 48 for water, 49 for compressed air and 50 for a contact manometer 16 and is provided on its removable base 53, which is fastened by screws 51, 52, with an agitator 9, which via a conical drive 54 and the stepped disk 55 from Motor 10 is driven. The shaft 57 carrying the mixing blades 56 of the agitator 9 is mounted in a frustoconical protuberance 58 of the mixing container bottom 53, which in the direction of rotation 59 of the mixing blades 56 has a helical channel 60 with a slope, which continues outside the bottom 53 through the tangentially arranged outlet connection 5 becomes.
The ball valve 6, formed by a cross-sectional constriction 61 and a closing ball 62, serves as a closure for the outlet nozzle 5, the closing ball 62 of which slides from its position according to FIG. 7 into the escape chamber 64 according to FIG. The weight and diameter of this locking ball 62 are appropriately dimensioned so that the ball keeps the valve securely closed against the static pressure of the mix in the mixing container, but that it leaves its seat and slides into the evacuation chamber as soon as the mix is pressurized with compressed air.
The ratio between the weight and diameter of the ball on the one hand and the cross-sectional constriction of the valve housing on the other hand means that a certain minimum pressure is required to open the valve, which when the valve is open can fall below the value of the maximum pressure held by the closed valve without the A closing ball carried by the mixture or air flow closes the valve. As a result, the mixing container is completely emptied of the mix, and the compressed air flow following the mix flow expands suddenly before the valve is closed.
The binding agent falls dry from the storage container 24 into the screw conveyor 13 driven by a motor 65 and is conveyed through the outlet nozzle 32 into the weighing hopper 11, which is closed by the segment lock 39, until the intended binding agent weight is reached and a pointer 66 of the scales 12 interrupts the circuit to the motor 65 by touching an adjustable contact 21. When the mixture in the mixing container 4 is called up by triggering the solenoid valve 15, a sudden drop in pressure occurs after the mixed material exits the pipeline 25 into the mixing machine 26 in the mixing container 4, which causes the contact manometer 16 to respond, which in turn controls the solenoid valve 14 and the automatic water meter 17 triggers.
Through the pipe 48, the mixing container 4 is filled with a predetermined amount of water, which is set in motion by the constantly rotating mixing blades 56. The compressed air flowing simultaneously from the compressed air tank 8 through the compressed air lines 67, 68 into the working cylinders 18, 19 for the opening lever 44 and the closure 39 causes the closures 45, 39 to open, and the binding agent in the weighing hopper 11 falls through the outlet opening 36, the inlet funnel 38 and the inlet opening 41 into the water moving in the mixing container 4, with which it is mixed by the agitator 9 to form an emulsion.
The emptying of the weighing hopper 11 causes the pointer 66 of the scales 12 to return to its zero position, in which it closes the closures 39, 45 and the screw conveyor motor 65 is switched on by touching the empty contact 20 via the solenoid valve 14. When the mixture is called up by triggering the solenoid valve 15, the material to be mixed in the mixing container 4 is pressurized with compressed air through the pipe 49 from the compressed air tank 8, so that the valve ball 62 is pressed into the escape chamber 64 and the material to be mixed in through the outlet connection 5 and the pipe 25 the mixer 26 is conveyed. The exit of the last mixed material from the pipeline 25 in turn causes the pressure drop in the mixing container 4, which triggers the contact manometer 16, and the closing of the ball valve 6, so that the work sequence begins again.
