Device for actuating a door combination consisting of sliding leaves and a lifting gate The present invention relates to a device for actuating a door combination consisting of sliding leaves and a lifting gate.
There are door combinations known, which consist of two sliding leaves and one on the wings of an orderly lift gate. Such door combinations are used in particular to close factory halls, factory areas, etc., with only the sliding sashes having to be opened. The lifting gate is only pulled up if the clearance height of the leaves is insufficient or if a suspension crane has to drive through the gate. In known th facilities separate drive motors are used to operate the sliding wing and the lifting gate, which is associated with increased costs.
According to the invention, a solution is proposed, according to which the opening and closing of the sliding sash and the raising and lowering of the lifting gate can be carried out by a common drive.
The aforementioned device for actuating the door combination is characterized according to the invention in that there is a drive-operated cable pull for opening and closing the sliding sash, which carries at least one pulley, the vertically guided axis of which is geared to the lifting door is, whereby the vertical movement of the axis can be unlocked and locked by opening and closing the sliding sash, the whole thing in such a way,
that when the pulley shaft is unlocked, it is moved downwards by the cable in the guide and causes the lifting gate to pull up.
In the accompanying drawing an execution example of the device is shown schematically. The door combination consists of the two sliding leaves <B> 1, </B> l 'and a lifting gate 2 connected to the sliding leaves. The sliding leaves <B> 1, </B> <B> l' </B> are stored on rollers <B> 3 </B> and are moved in the directions of the arrows4 to <B> open </B>. To drive the wings <B> 1, 1 '</B>, a cable pull <B> 5, </B> is used, which is driven by pulleys <B> 6, 7, 7', 8, 9 </B> and <B> 10 </B> and is driven via a cable drum <B> 11 </B> by a drive motor 12.
The sliding leaves <B> 1, 1 '</B> are provided with actuating rods <B> 13, </B> 14 which interact with the deflection rollers <B> 7, 7' </B> in such a way that By rotating the pulleys <B> 7, 7 '</B>, the rods are displaced in the directions of the arrows 4 and the sliding leaves <B> 1, 1' </B> are thus opened. In the movement path of the rod <B> 13 </B> there is a stop <B> 15 </B> against which the end of the rod facing away from the wing 4 strikes when the full opening width of the sliding door is reached. The rod 14 is provided with a latch <B> 16 </B> which follows the movements of the rod 14 and, when the door is open, hits against an analog stop <B> 17 </B>.
A roller <B> 18 </B> is provided to support the bar <B> 16 </B>.
The axes of the deflection pulleys <B> 9 </B> of the cable pull <B> 5 </B> are connected to the lifting gate 2 via a cable <B> 19 </B> and deflection pulley 24 '. The arrangement is such that the connecting rope <B> 19 </B> simultaneously carries a counterweight 20.
A tensioning roller 22 is connected to the rollers 9 via a rigid holder 21, which in the illustrated closed position of the lifting gate is supported against the bolt 16 and thereby a vertical movement of the axes of the Castors <B> 9 </B> locked. With <B> 23 </B> a vertical rod is referred to, which rigidly connects the unit formed by the rollers <B> 9 </B> and 22, as well as the holder 21, to a tensioning roller axle 24. In the position shown, the tensioning pulley 24 serves to guide the cable pull <B> 5 </B> between the two deflection pulleys <B> 10 </B> and is located on the one facing away from the deflection pulleys <B> 10 </B> Side of the cable <B> 5 </B> between these two rollers.
The unit formed from the rollers 9 and 22 as well as the holder 21 is guided together with the rod 23 and roller 24 in a vertical guide, not shown in detail.
The operation of the device described is as follows: It is assumed that the drive motor 12 drives the cable drum 11 in the counterclockwise direction. The pulley <B> 5 </B> drives roller <B> 7 </B> clockwise and roller <B> 7 '</B> counterclockwise. As a result, the rods <B> 13, </B> 14 are moved in opposite directions and the wings <B> 1, </B> 1 'are opened. At the end of the opening movement, the rods <B> 13, </B> 14 push against the stops <B> 15 </B> and <B> 17. </B> As a result, the rollers <B> 9, </B> 22 and 24 and the unit formed from the rods 21 and <B> 23 </B> are unlocked with respect to their vertical movement by the bolt <B> 16 </B>.
As a result of the cable pull <B> 5 </B>, the named unit experiences a downward pull, so that the lifting gate 2 is lifted up. The downward movement of the pulleys <B> 9 </B> shortens the length of the cable pull <B> 5 </B>. However, this is compensated for by tensioning the cable between the rollers 10 by the tension roller 24.
In this way it has been shown that the opening of the sliding sash <B> 1, </B> 1 'and the lifting of the lifting gate 2 is accomplished by a single drive. During the closing process, the drive motor 12 must run in the opposite direction, whereupon the processes described take place in reverse order.
