Mixture suitable for floor care, sprayable under pressure, suitable for floor care The present invention relates to a liquefied mixture of solvents or dispersants, waxes or waxy substances and propellants suitable for floor care and usable for spraying under pressure, which is preferably produced in such a way that a mixture of at least partially solid waxes or waxy substances is liquefied by adding solvents and this liquefied mixture is mixed with propellants.
The mixture according to the invention is characterized in that it contains 5 to 151% at least partly solid waxes or waxy substances that are selected from at least two of the following groups of substances:
a) Esters of saturated and unsaturated aliphatic, aromatic and alicyclic mono- and polycarboxylic acids with at least 10 carbon atoms, with saturated and unsaturated aliphatic, aromatic and alicyelic, monohydric and polyhydric alcohols with at least 2 carbon atoms, b) free, saturated and unsaturated aliphatic mono- and polycarboxylic acids with at least 10 carbon atoms, c)
aliphatic acid amides with melting points above 20 C, d) hydrocarbons solid at room temperature, e) halogen derivatives of hydrocarbons solid at room temperature, f) organosilicon compounds, furthermore 25 to 75% aliphatic compounds that are liquid at room temperature,
contains alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbons or halogenated derivatives of low molecular weight hydrocarbons as solvents or dispersants, and 20 to 60% propellant,
the specific gravity of the liquid phase of the total mixture at room temperature deviating by no more than 5% from the specific gravity of the suspended portion of the solid constituents.
Of the esters defined under a) in the list of waxes or wax-like substances, natural and synthetic waxes and resins, such as esters of high molecular weight aliphatic carboxylic acids with high molecular weight alcohols, also natural or modified natural resins and waxes are suitable.
The carboxylic acids mentioned under b) are preferably stearic acid, oleic acid and other aliphatic fatty acids. Of the acid amides mentioned under c), acid amides of higher aliphatic fatty acids can be cited as examples. The under d) mentioned, at room temperature (or 20 C) solid hydrocarbons include high molecular weight paraffins, z. B. the commercial product melting at about 53 ° C.
As Halo genderivate of hydrocarbons solid at room temperature or 20 C e) come z. B. chlorinated paraffins with a content of 10 to 50% chlorine in question. The products summarized under f) under the name organosilicon compounds are z.
B. Silicone oils with a viscosity of 300 to 1000 centistokes at 25 C.
The solvents used can be hydrocarbons that are liquid at room temperature (or 20 C) and their halogenated derivatives, as well as mixtures of the same, which are able to completely or partially dissolve or disperse the substances listed under a) to f), especially turpentine oil , a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons, etc. boiling between 150 and 260 C.
As propellants, hydrocarbons which are gaseous at room temperature (or 20 C) can be used, as well as halogenated derivatives of hydrocarbons and mixtures thereof, e.g. B. butane, trichloromonofluoromethane, dichlorodifluoromethane etc.
The mixture of the components defined above mainly consists of a solution of the solid and gaseous products in the liquid components; however, the solid fractions as such are partially dispersed in the liquid part. Because of the condition that in the mixture according to the invention the specific weight of the liquid phase at room temperature (20 C)
by no more than 5% from the specific weight of the suspended portion of the solid constituents, it is possible to avoid clogging of the valve of the aerosol bomb in which the mixture is intended for spraying and to obtain a guarantee for the spraying of a uniform mixture .
The following examples explain some typical embodiments of the mixture according to the invention and their preparation.
