  Abnehmbare Vorrichtung an einer Transportpalette zur Bildung von Seitenwänden
Die Erfindung betrifft eine abnehmbare Vorrichtung an einer Transportpalette zur Bildung von Seitenwänden für das zu transportierende Gut.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung hat zwei an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Palette lösbar anliegende und je mit einer Seitenwand lösbar verbundene Leisten mit abgewinkelten Enden, die an den Enden der anderen Seiten der Palette anliegen und mit den anderen Seitenwänden lösbar verbunden sind. Dabei stehen die Mittel für die Verbindung der Seitenwände mit den Leisten und deren abgewinkelten Enden höchstens teilweise über diese Leisten und abgewinkelten Enden nach aussen vor.



   In der Zeichnung sind wesentliche Teile eines Ausführungsbeispiels des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.



   Fig. 1 zeigt in aufgegliederter Darstellung eine perspektivische, teilweise Ansicht einer Transportpalette und der Vorrichtung, wobei diese teilweise auseinandergenommen und von der Transportpalette entfernt dargestellt ist.



   Fig. 2 zeigt einen teilweisen Grundriss der Vorrichtung an einer Transportpalette, ohne die Seitenwände.



   Fig. 3 zeigt die Transportpalette in kleinerem Masstab.



   Die Transportpalette, an welcher die dargestellte Vorrichtung abnehmbar anzubringen ist, hat neun Füsse. In Fig. 3 sind die Füsse 1 bis 5 sichtbar. Je drei in der Längsrichtung der Transportpalette fluchtende Füsse sind unten mittels eines Brettes 6, 7, 8 miteinander verbunden. Die Füsse tragen einen die Ladefläche bildenden Bretter-Rost, welcher aus im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Brettern 12 bis 16 und diese miteinander verbindenden Latten 9, 10, 11 besteht.



   Die Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Seitenwänden an dieser Transportpalette hat zwei gleiche und in übereinstimmender Art verwendete Befestigungseinheiten für die Seitenwände. In Fig. 1 und 2 ist eine dieser Einheiten, deren Teile mit 17 bis 23 bezeichnet sind, teilweise dargestellt. Dabei bezeichnet 17 eine aus Rechteckrohr bestehende Leiste, die an einer der Seiten der Transportpalette anliegt, an welchen sich die Enden der Bretter 12 bis 16 befinden.



  An jedem Ende der Leiste 17 ist ein ebenfalls aus Rechteckrohr bestehendes, kurzes Endstück 18 im rechten Winkel angeschweisst, welches am Ende einer der anderen Seiten der Transportpalette anliegt.



  In Fig. 1 und 2 ist nur eines dieser Endstücke dargestellt. Ausserdem sind auf jede Leiste 17 mehrere obere Laschen 19 und untere Laschen 20 aufgeschweisst. Die oberen Laschen sind so angeordnet, dass sie auf der Latte 9 bzw. 11 je in einem der Zwischenräume zwischen den Brettern 12 bis 16 aufliegen. Diese Laschen haben höchstens die Dicke der Bretter 12 bis 16. In Fig. 1 und 2 ist nur eine obere Lasche 19 gezeigt, welche zwischen die Bretter 12 und 13 hineingreift. Die unteren Laschen liegen unten an der Leiste 9 bzw. 11 an. In der Zeichnung ist nur eine untere Lasche 20 gezeigt. Der obere Rand der Leiste 17 und ihrer Endstücke 18 liegt etwas höher als die Ladefläche der Transportpalette, welche durch die obere Fläche der Bretter 12 bis 16 gebildet ist.



   An jeder zwischen einem Ende der Leiste 17 und dem an dieses Ende angeschweissten Endstücke 18 gebildeten Ecke ist innen ein L-Profilstück 21 (Winkel) eingeschweisst, welches über den oberen Rand der Leiste 17 und des Endstückes 18 vorsteht, und dessen untere Stirnseite auf oder über der oberen Fläche des Brettes 12 (bzw. 16) liegt. An jedem der vorstehenden Teile der Schenkel des L-Profilstückes  21 ist aussen ein U-Profilstück 22, 23 so angeschweisst, dass ein oben offener Hohlraum gebildet ist. Die U-Profilstücke 22, 23 stehen nicht über die Aussenfläche der Leiste 17 bzw. des Endstückes 18 vor. Beide Befestigungseinheiten können in der beschriebenen Lage an die Transportpalette angesetzt und von der Transportpalette abgenommen werden.



   Die Seitenwände sind mit Stecklaschen versehen, deren jede in Gebrauchslage in einem der zwischen einem L-Profilstück 21 und einem U-Profilstück 22, 23 gebildeten Hohlräume steckt und zum Zerlegen und Entfernen der Vorrichtung von der Transportpalette aus diesem Hohlraum herausgezogen werden kann. In Fig. 1 sind zwei Seitenwände teilweise gezeigt. Jede Seitenwand besteht aus einem Rahmen 24, 25, in dessen lichten Raum ein Drahtnetz 26, 27 gespannt ist. An der unteren Seite der Rahmen 24, 25 ist an jedem Ende eine der erwähnten Stecklaschen angebracht, welche in Fig. 1 mit 28 und 29 bezeichnet sind. Auf diese Weise sind die Seitenwand 24, 26 und die ihr gegenüberliegende, nichtdargestellte Seitenwand je mit einer der Befestigungseinheiten, die Seitenwand 25, 27 und die dieser gegenüberliegende, nichtdargestellte Seitenwand je mit beiden Befestigungseinheiten verbunden.

   An den vertikalen Teilen der Rahmen 24, 25 sind am oberen Ende nichtdargestellte Mittel vorhanden, welche dazu dienen, die Seitenwände miteinander lösbar zu verbinden. Auch diese Mittel stehen nicht über die Ebenen vor, welche durch die äusseren Flächen der Leisten 17 und deren Endstücke 18 bestimmt sind.



   Die U-Profilstücke 22, 23 könnten auch teilweise über die Leisten 17 und Endstücke 18 nach aussen vorstehen.

   Fig. 3 shows the transport pallet on a smaller scale.



   The transport pallet, on which the device shown is to be detachably attached, has nine feet. In Fig. 3, the feet 1 to 5 are visible. Three feet each, aligned in the longitudinal direction of the transport pallet, are connected to one another at the bottom by means of a board 6, 7, 8. The feet carry a board grate which forms the loading area and which consists of boards 12 to 16 arranged at a distance from one another and slats 9, 10, 11 connecting them to one another.



   The device for forming side walls on this transport pallet has two fastening units for the side walls that are identical and used in a matching manner. 1 and 2, one of these units, the parts of which are denoted by 17 to 23, is partially shown. Here, 17 designates a bar consisting of a rectangular tube which rests against one of the sides of the transport pallet on which the ends of the boards 12 to 16 are located.



  At each end of the bar 17, a short end piece 18, also made of a rectangular tube, is welded at a right angle, which rests on the end of one of the other sides of the transport pallet.



  In Fig. 1 and 2 only one of these end pieces is shown. In addition, several upper tabs 19 and lower tabs 20 are welded onto each strip 17. The upper tabs are arranged in such a way that they rest on the lath 9 or 11 in one of the spaces between the boards 12 to 16. These tabs have at most the thickness of the boards 12 to 16. In FIGS. 1 and 2, only one upper tab 19 is shown which engages between the boards 12 and 13. The lower tabs are at the bottom of the bar 9 or 11. In the drawing, only a lower flap 20 is shown. The upper edge of the bar 17 and its end pieces 18 is slightly higher than the loading surface of the transport pallet, which is formed by the upper surface of the boards 12-16.



   At each corner formed between one end of the bar 17 and the end piece 18 welded to this end, an L-profile piece 21 (angle) is welded on the inside, which protrudes over the upper edge of the bar 17 and the end piece 18, and its lower face on or above the top surface of the board 12 (or 16). On the outside of each of the protruding parts of the legs of the L-profile piece 21, a U-profile piece 22, 23 is welded so that a cavity open at the top is formed. The U-profile pieces 22, 23 do not protrude beyond the outer surface of the strip 17 or the end piece 18. Both fastening units can be attached to the transport pallet in the position described and removed from the transport pallet.



   The side walls are provided with tuck-in tabs, each of which is in the position of use in one of the cavities formed between an L-profile piece 21 and a U-profile piece 22, 23 and can be pulled out of this cavity to disassemble and remove the device from the transport pallet. In Fig. 1 two side walls are partially shown. Each side wall consists of a frame 24, 25, in the clear space of which a wire mesh 26, 27 is stretched. On the lower side of the frames 24, 25, one of the above-mentioned push-in tabs is attached at each end, which are designated by 28 and 29 in FIG. In this way, the side wall 24, 26 and the opposite, not shown side wall are each connected to one of the fastening units, the side wall 25, 27 and the opposite, not shown side wall are each connected to both fastening units.

   At the upper end of the vertical parts of the frames 24, 25 there are means (not shown) which serve to releasably connect the side walls to one another. These means also do not protrude beyond the planes which are determined by the outer surfaces of the strips 17 and their end pieces 18.



   The U-profile pieces 22, 23 could also partially protrude outwardly beyond the strips 17 and end pieces 18.

PATENTANSPRUCH Abnehmbare Vorrichtung an einer Transportpalette zur Bildung von Seitenwänden für das zu transportierende Gut, gekennzeichnet durch zwei aneinander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Palette lösbar anliegende und je mit einer Seitenwand (24, 26) lösbar verbundene Leisten (17) mit abgewinkelten Enden (18), die an den Enden der anderen Seiten der Palette anliegen und mit den anderen Seitenwänden lösbar (25, 27) verbunden sind, wobei die Mittel (28, 22, 29, 23) für Verbindung der Seitenwände mit den Leisten und deren abgewinkelten Enden höch- stens teilweise über diese Leisten und abgewinkelten Enden nach aussen vorstehen.
