With product supports supporting stand provided frame The invention relates to a particular for Ge business purposes, provided with product supports supporting stands, which can be formed as a showcase, sales gondola, wall shelf, sales mushroom, etc. from. There are already showcases with front glass panels designed as a supporting component of the showcase and at a distance behind them. known from the orderly stands connected to them. The front glasses are held with their lower edge in a profile piece having a groove.
On the upper edges of the front glasses are the top adjoining glass plates with their one longitudinal edge, while they are supported with their other longitudinal edge on the spaced behind the front glasses on orderly stands. To fix the glasses in their position, holding shoes that engage at their corners are preferably provided. The holding shoes that engage at the top at the joints between the front and cover glasses are connected to the uprights by means of tensioning elements made of wires.
By tightening these clamping organs, which is possible with the help of screw nuts placed on threaded pieces of them, the glasses can be clamped against the stand, so that the glasses are prevented from vibrating when shaken. Furthermore, the showcase only receives the necessary stability through the prestressing: The main disadvantage of this design is that the cover glasses are exposed to great bending stresses when subjected to stress, to which glass is known to be extremely sensitive. It is therefore necessary to make the cover slips very thick.
Furthermore, the front glass is also subjected to unfavorable bending stresses during tensioning, as mentioned. In most cases, the front glass is also inclined inwards like a desk, so that the already existing bending stress is increased when one of the glass plates breaks. Finally, the entire showcase can collapse, causing of course there is significant damage.
For the reasons given, showcases of the type mentioned have so far hardly been used, although they would be extremely favorable per se for the display of goods etc. because of the unobstructed view. Up to now, a display case construction has been used almost exclusively for this purpose, in which the front supports are provided, on which glass plates can be attached to form the front wall of the display case. The stands used in all designs can have height-adjustable consoles that support the goods. The last-mentioned construction requires very stable stands, since the stands also carry the goods supports and these are loaded by the goods.
Since the load takes place at a distance from the stand, moments of force act on the stand base which must be absorbed by the stand fastening. It is therefore necessary to make the stand extremely massive, which results in a large material expenditure for their production and, moreover, the overall appearance of the showcase suffers as a result of the massive stand, and the view of the goods on display is impaired. The same also applies to other business facilities, such as sales gondolas, sales mushrooms, wall shelves, etc. Even with these components, the support stands are usually arranged on the front of the goods stand that carry the shelves and goods supports.
Especially in the case of wall shelves, it has been necessary to date to re-produce the stands for themselves and for each business facility, and there is also the disadvantage; that when both showcases as sales gondolas or wall shelves are used in a shop, hardly any correspondence between these device parts can be achieved in terms of the structural style.
All of these disadvantages can be eliminated by the invention. This relates to a frame provided with uprights carrying goods, which is characterized in that the uprights fixed with their lower ends have cross members rigidly connected to them above, with which they are additionally supported on a wall part or on the cross member of a second stand , and that the stands are arranged on the back of the frame and carry the goods supports facing forwards or outwards.
Since the stands are supported with both their upper and lower ends, no more bending moments occur at the stand base, and it is therefore possible to form the stand in its entirety as well as the fastening elements for the intended loading relatively weak. The arrangement is usually made in such a way that the stands in showcases are supported on a continuous or also subdivided front glass panel with the cross members, which are advantageously designed as brackets for holding product supports. In the case of wall shelves, etc., the uprights are also attached to the rear wall with the cross beams.
In the case of mushrooms or gondolas, on the other hand, symmetrically arranged Kon solen are preferably connected to one another in pairs via the cross members. Since the product supports are attached to the stands facing outwards, the stand neither obstructs the view of the goods nor, for example, in the case of sales gondolas, the removal of the goods on display.
Further details of the subject matter of the invention emerge from the following description of the drawings.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example, in the drawing. 1 shows a showcase according to the invention, intended for business purposes, in a diagram, FIG. 2 shows a stand of the showcase partially cut in side view, FIG. 3 shows a cross section through the stand along the line III-111 in FIG. 2, FIG 4 a fixation of the cover glass serve the holding piece in the diagram, FIG. 5 a clamping shoe for the front glass also if in the diagram, FIG. 6 a part of the stand with a height-adjustable console fastened to it, partly in section,
Fig. 7 is a plan view of a certain angle piece for holding the front glass, Fig. Ss shows a possible type of console attachment in view, Fig. 9 shows a piece of a console and a cross bar forming part of the product supports, pushed apart in the diagram, Fig. 10 shows a part a console with a cross bar attached to it of the goods support in view, Fig. 11 a possible design of the end of a showcase in the diagram, Fig. 12 a cross section through the end stand on a larger scale,
13 shows a possible final configuration of a ver adjustable console, FIG. 14 shows an intermediate stand of the showcase in cross section through the showcase, FIG. 15 shows a wall shelf according to the invention in side view, FIG. 16 shows a side view of a sales mushroom and FIG. 17 shows another showcase seen from the end in the diagram.
For the showcase according to FIG. 1, a base plate 1 is provided, which for example at the same time the top plate provided with a hardboard cover of a box, desk, etc. can be. On the back of the base plate are fixed supports 2 at a distance from each other, which are bent in one piece with brackets adjoining them at the top from a light metal tube having a trapezoidal cross-section (preferably anodized on the outside). As a result, welding, soldering and riveting work that would otherwise be required to connect these parts is avoided and a new surface treatment after bending is avoided.
It can also Ge bodies with different dimensions from the same profile tubes are made, which significantly simplifies storage for the manufacturer ver. According to FIG. 2, the supports 2 are fastened to the desk by means of a screw 5 having a conical head 4. This screw is guided through a hole in a fitting piece 6 pushed into the tube 2 from below. The inside of the bore is also kept conical. Longitudinal slots are provided in the fitting piece in this area. The screw 5 continues through a hole in the base plate accessible from the bottom.
When the screw is tightened by means of a nut, the parts 6a of the fitting piece 6 separated from one another by the slots 7 are pressed apart and spread against the inner wall of the pipe, so that on the one hand the fitting piece is clamped immovably in the pipe and on the other hand the fitting piece is reattached using the screw the base plate is fixed. At the end of the bracket 3, the profile tube is cut out in a stepped manner, with a longer tab 9 remaining at the top, the end 9a of which is bent up.
If the base plate is not accessible from the underside of other racks, then the stand can also be attached in a conventional manner by means of screws that engage in bent up, angled tabs from the lower stand edge.
The showcase has a front glass plate 10 and side glass plates 11. These plates are attached to the Kon-Solen 3 with the help of clamping shoes 12, which sit a protruding into the tube flap 13 be, which has a longitudinal slot 14 into which a guided in the console Clamping screw 15 engages. As a result of this longitudinal slot, the clamping shoe 12 can be adjusted and thus adapted to different glass thicknesses. The clamping shoe is still sitting a lateral tab 16 running parallel to the side wall of the console 3 for holding the side wall glass plate 11.
On the bottom side, to hold the front and side wall glass plates 10 and 11 on the base plate 1 by means of screws 17, angle pieces 18 made of sheet metal are attached, which have tabs 19 in their flange attached to the base plate, which against the flanges 20 of the angle pieces adjacent glass plates 10 and 11 can be bent. The consoles 3 are thus based with their ends on the front glass plate 10 from.
The showcase is closed at the top by a cover glass 21, which is arranged liftable and between the bent end tabs 9 a of the Kon solen and tabs 22 of the uprights 2 be fastened holding pieces 23 is clamped. The holding pieces are in the shape of an angle and are attached to the stand 2 at a distance from the glass support so that they spring somewhat and thereby clamp the cover glass 21. With this type of holder, sufficient fixation of the cover glass is achieved even if inaccuracies are present in its cut. A lateral angle part 24 of the holding pieces simultaneously forms a holder for the side wall glass plate 11. Further brackets 25 are attached to the uprights 2 in a height-adjustable manner.
For this purpose, the stand 2 have spaced-apart holes 26 through which a loading screw 27 for the consoles 25 can be inserted. The consoles are made of light metal and have reinforcements 28 made of sheet steel, which are fastened to the console by means of screws 29 be. According to FIGS. 1 and 6, a glass plate 30 is provided as goods support. With longer showcases, more than one support can of course be provided, and the front glass can consist of several glass panels.
It is also possible to connect the brackets 25a, which are height-adjustable on the uprights 2, via cross bars 31, which are preferably also designed as downwardly open light metal hollow profiles, in a grate-like manner instead of a goods support made of glass. For the purpose of this connection, the brackets have incisions 32 in the wall thickness of the bars and the cross bars have cutouts 33 selected according to the bracket cross-section. By plugging the brackets together with the bars, where practically the bars of the brackets form the support surfaces for the bars of the cross bars, the rust-like goods support is produced.
The stands themselves can be attached either vertically or in different inclined positions, depending on the requirements. So that the same consoles can also be used with different inclined stands, a wedge-shaped chuck 34 is provided according to FIG. 8, which is inserted between the console 25a and stand 2a and between the stand 2a and the fastening screw 35 of the console. If you have chuck pieces 34 with different wedge angles available, the same brackets can be attached with the help of this chuck for all slopes of the stand.
In a modification of the embodiment according to FIG. 9, according to FIG. 10, only incisions are provided in the grate crossbar 31 which are spaced apart in the width of the console 25a, so that tabs 36 remain between them. After these tabs have been inserted through the slots 32, they are bent over and thus hold the cross bar 31 firmly on the bracket 25a . .
According to Fig. 11, the end stand 37 of the Vi trine below a with him from one piece of an inside a channel 38 having a pipe profile bent and seated on the base plate of the showcase on support 39, with which it is attached to the base plate. The front wall 40 of the showcase made of glass is pushed into the channel 38 of the stand 37 of the carrier 39 and the console 41. The showcase itself is designed as a refrigerated showcase. The refrigeration units are accommodated in the substructure 42 or in a box 43 adjoining the display case at the rear.
As FIGS. 11 and 13 show, the height-adjustable brackets 44 can be beveled at their free ends and incisions aufwei sen from above, in which incisions an angled extension 45 of a C-profile rail 46 with its one leg can be hung. The rear surface of the profile rail 46 rests against the ends of the consoles 44. Labeling plates or price boards etc. can be inserted into the rail.
According to FIG. 14, an end support 37 can also be used as a central support of a showcase. The support 37 is preferably provided when the showcase is to be divided into a certain area. The support 37 accommodates a partition 47, possibly mirrored. The arrangement of such a support is advantageous, for example, when a normal display case is attached to a refrigerated display case.
In addition, such supports can also be used when, for example, in the case of foodstuffs, a transmission of odor from goods contained in a certain display case part to the goods contained in the adjacent display part is to be prevented. The height-adjustable brackets provided are divided according to their width, so that a bracket half 48 comes to rest on each side of the partition wall.
In the case of the wall shelves according to FIG. 15, bent stands 50 are used with cross members 49, which are fastened on the one hand with their foot to a base frame 51 and on the other hand with the cross member 49 on a rear wall 52. The stands again carry consoles 53 and 54 on which goods rests 55 are supported.
In the mushroom sales according to FIG. 16, the stands are 56 similar to the stands 49 according to FIG. 15 and are arranged symmetrically offset by 90 about a central axis, with the stands lying in one plane at the ends of their upper cross members 57 connected to one another are. On the cross members 57 a basket 58 intended for receiving goods is supported. The lower ends of the stands 56 are again attached to a base frame 59. Furthermore, the stands carry consoles 60 on which product rests 61 and holding rails 46 for receiving price labeling boards, etc. are supported.
In a manner similar to the sales mushroom according to FIG. 16, a sales gondola can also be constructed. In this case, however, several pairs of stands are arranged one behind the other, each pair being attached to the stand provided at the end only by a further stand offset from it by 90 °.
In the case of the refrigerated showcase according to FIG. 17, the stand 63, again made in one piece with a console 62 holding the front glass 10, carries a further console 65 in the area of the cold sump, in addition to a ver adjustable console 64, on which console a grate-like support is supported. Furthermore, a cover plate 67 for the refrigeration unit and a bracket 70 and 69 holding a goods support 68 are attached to the outside of the stand.
It should also be mentioned that wall constructions, shop window stands, pocket racks, straight desk wall supports, etc. can also be constructed according to the principle of the invention. Furthermore, different in the Ausführungsbei play not shown variants are conceivable that fall within the scope of the present invention.
