Description
Blendenregulierschieber Aperture control slider
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Blendën regulierschieber zur DurchfhiBregelung von flüs.sigen, k & rnigen Oder gasfdrmigen Medien. Bei verschiede nen Medlien stellt sich das Problem, aufeinander gleitende Organe der Reguliervorrichtung und die Blendenelemente gegen allmâhliche Verschmutzung zu schützen, die schliefich so weit gehen kann, dal die Reguliermë>glichkeiten eingeengt od'er überhaupt jede Regulierbewegung verunmbglicht wird. Da die Blen denelemente von Blendenschiebern ganz bestimmte Bewegungen ausführen müssen, besonders wenn sie in Biner Ebene liegen und sich nur mit den Schmal seiten berilhren, bedarf es je mindestens Biner genauen Führung für jedes Blendenelement und, aul3erdem je mi.nde,stens Bines Mitnehmers für jedes Blendenele ment. Es sind daher an vielen Stellen ineinandergrei fende erhühte und vertiefte Teile vorhanden, wo durch allmâhliche Verunreinigungen Stdrungen entstehen künnen, wenn nicht GegenmaBnah:men getroffen werden. Beim Blendenregulierschieber gemâl3 der Erfindung wird, nun dén erwâhnten Schwierigketen mit Erfolg dadurch begegnet, da(3 aile erwâhnten ver tieften Teile auf ih@rer eanzen Lânge gleiches Profil aufweisen und beidseitig frei in -qohlrâume münden, derart, daB sich in den vertieften Ireilen ansammeinde Verunreini;gungen durch die erhühten Teile beidseitig durch die En.den der vertieften Teile in die erwâhnten Hohlrâume ausgestoBen werden kônnen. Die Nuten 12 .sied durchgehend gefrâst, das hei8t, sie laufen mit unverminderter Weite bis an die Innen- und AuBenflâchen des Regulierringes, wo- bei die âuBeren Nutenenden in einen Ringraum 15 des Gehâuses 1 münden. Die erwâhnte Lagerschuiter 14 für den Regulierring 13 weist geringere axiale Breite auf, als die Tiefe der Nuten 12 betrâgt, so da13 sich in den Nuten 12 ansammelnde feste. Oder faserige Stoffe durch die in den Nuten 12 laufenden Rollen 11 beidseitig in den Raum 15 ausgestol3en werden kdn- nen und daher die Nuten 12 automatisch stets sauber gehalten werden und Hemmungen der Regulierbewe- gungen nicht vorkommen kônnen. Um das AusstoBen nach innen zu erleichtern, sind an den inneren Enden der Nuten 12 flache Quernuten 12' eingefrâst, deren scharfe AuBenkanten 12" auch als Abstreifer zur Rei- nigung der Lagerschulter 14 wirken. Wâren dagegen die Mitnehmernuten 12 nicht durch:gehend- offen, wie es bei bekannten Schiebern oft der Fall ist, so kijnn- ten in den Nuten sich sammelnde Feststoffe durch die hin und her gehendë Relativbewegung der Rollen 11 in den Nuten 12 langsam an die Nutenenden gescho- ben werden, wo sie schlieBlich zu festen Pfropfen zu- sammengedrückt werden und die voue Regulierbewe- gung hindern. In diesem Falle gab es oft keinen an- deren Ausweg mehr, als den Schieber auszubauen, zu dffnen und gründlich zu reinigen. Es kdnnten übrigens am Lagerkdrper des Regulierringes auch Lüeken vorgesehen sein, welche immer dann die inneren Enden der Nuten 12 vollstândig freigeben, wenn die Rollen 11 bei ganz geschlossenem Schieber in ihre innerste Stellung gelangen. Diese Nuten 19 durchbre- chen die Wand 20 volistândig und stehen -daher mit einem Ringraum 21 des Deckels 2 in Verbindung, und sie laufen auch nach'beid'en Seiten jebis an die âul3ere Begrenzungsflâche 22 d ier Wandung 20, wie Fig. 1 in punktierten Linien andeutet. Diese Nuten 19 werden daher durch d e praktisch spielfrei in ihnen geführten Klôtze 18 stets sauber nach beiden Seiten ausgesto- Ben, und eventuelle Feststoffe werden ohne Schwie- rigkeiten entweder radial nach auBen in den Ring raum 15 Oder aber seiflich in den Ringraum 21 aus- gestol3en. Eine Verklemmung oder Hemmung der Führungskldtze 18 in ihren Nuten 19 ist daher auch praktisch ausgescblossen. Dabei gleiten ihre Schmalseiten in der erwâhnten Weise aufeinander ab, wobei die verbleibende DurchtluBôffnung, die stets polygonale Form aufweist, je nach der radialen Lage :der Elemente 7 verschieden groB ist. Der Blen- denregulierschieber kann mit beliebig vielen Blenden- elementen geba:ut werden, wodurcb sich Bine viel- eckige Durchflul3dffnung mit entsprechend vielen Sei- ten ergibt.
