Fig. 4 und5 zeigen Ausführungsvarianten der Türzarge.
Door frame The present invention relates to a door frame, in particular made of light metal.
With the metal frames used up to now, there was a disadvantage that depending on the wall thickness, different profile sizes were necessary, which had to be precisely adapted to the wall thickness and possibly still had to be reworked in a laborious manner. In addition, an adaptation and subsequent assembly was not easily possible, so that either there was a risk of damage to the enclosure during construction or delays in the completion of the construction had to be accepted.
The invention eliminates these disadvantages. The invention is characterized by two profile rails forming a paragraph of different cross-sectional shape and by several fastening tabs held on the masonry or by a fastening frame also held on the masonry, the two profile rails being interchangeably held together with the fastening tabs or the frame by releasable screw members.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a cross-section through a mounted door frame including the brickwork and door.
Fi, g. 2 and 3 is each a cross-section through the profile rails.
Fig. 4 and 5 show design variants of the door frame.
The door frame according to F.lg. 1 has two light metal profile rails 1 and 2 of different cross-sectional shapes, which are supported by fastening straps 3 on the masonry 5 </ B> be supported and form a paragraph. These fastening straps 3 are relatively narrow steel girders with a U-shaped cross section, which are at a small distance from the masonry 5 by means of screws 6 or wall plugs in a horizontal position Able to be made fixed at a distance from each other.
An intermediate piece 4 is fastened to the middle part of each fastening tab 3 by welding or in another suitable manner, this intermediate piece 4 away from the masonry 5 with respect to the mentioned middle part protrudes. The two profile rails 1 and 2 rest against these intermediate pieces 4, and the three parts 1, 2 and 4 are fastened with screws 7. </ B >
The larger profile rail 1 has, in cross section, two legs la and lb (FIG. 2) which are at right angles to one another, of which the shorter one carries a tab lc which runs parallel to the other leg and which supports the fastening lugs 3 reaches behind and fits snugly against it.
The longer leg la has a projection ld extending in the direction towards the fastening tabs 3 and resting on the latter, so that the limb la is separated from the fastening tabs 3 in a predetermined Distance remains distant. In the front third of the leg la there are further legs lf, le, which run parallel to the legs lb and le.
The extension formed as a result is designed as a hollow box profile, open on one long side, for receiving screw nuts 8 (compare FIG. 1) and lies with the open side against the. Between pieces 4 at.
The profile rail 2 also has two legs 2a, 2b, which are at right angles to one another (FIG. 3). The leg 2a carries one to the leg 2b parallel shorter tabs 2c, which engages behind the fastening straps 3 and is supported against them. The leg 2b on the other hand carries an extension 2d which runs parallel to the leg 2a and rests against the intermediate pieces 4.
The parts 2, -, 2f, which are angled to this extension 2d , are designed in such a way that a cavity with a trapezoidal cross-section is created for a hollow sealing profile 9 which in the assembled state the heads of the screws 7 are covered.
The door hinge 10 for the door leaf 11 is fastened to the leg 2a of the profile rail 2, where when the door leaf 11 < / B> this rests against the sealing profile 9 . The tabs 2g of the profile rail 2 serve to accommodate a reinforcement plate, which is rectangular in cross-section, and is not shown.
In order to be able to compensate for smaller differences in the wall thickness in a simple manner, the thickness of the intermediate pieces 4 is variable. In practice, this can either be carried out in such a way that depending on the measured wall thickness, afterwards - the determined dimension according to - intermediate pieces 4 of different thicknesses on the Fastening straps 3 are welded to or the difference is compensated for by intermediate layers to the intermediate pieces 4.
In FIGS. 4 and 5, design variants of the door frame are shown in which, instead of the tabs 3 , frames 12, 13 are present to be bricked. Appropriately, the frame 12 or 13 surrounds the door opening, but it would also be conceivable that the frame is interrupted in places. The frame 12 -or. 13 is pressed from sheet steel for reasons of price.
The profile rail 1 made of pressed light metal is pushed over the frame 12 according to FIG. 4 and fastened to it by means of the screws 18. One end of this profile rail 1 is received by a cranked attachment 19 of the profile rail 14, which is held on the frame 12 by means of screws 17 . In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the frame 13 is provided with a flat central part, to which intermediate pieces 4 are attached at a distance one above the other. The intermediate pieces 4 are screwed together with the profile rail 2 and the tab 21 of the profile slot 1 by means of the screws 16 .
One end of the profile rail 1 is received by a groove in the bead 20 of the profile rail 15 . Both in the execution example according to FIG. 4 as well as in that. According to FIG. 5, the two profile rails 1 and 14 or 1 and 15 also form a shoulder and are of different cross-sectional formats.
As indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 5, a non-rectangular arrangement of the legs would also be a, 1 b of the profile rail 1 < / B> possible.
The profile rails are mitered where they form the corners of the door frame and their surface is expediently anodized. As he can see, the profile rails with the fastening tabs or with the frame are held together by the detachable screw members interchangeably in all the embodiment described. In addition to doors, such frames can also be used for other building openings.
With a very small number of profile rail types, most door frames can be produced, with very little adjustment work and little assembly time required, so that the profile rails can be attached shortly before the building is covered, which means that the light metal profiles can be damaged be avoided during construction.
