Blueprint and developing machine The invention is directed to a combined blueprint and developing machine, in which the tracing good with the original is fed to a rotating tracing cylinder or a fixed part-cylindrical tracing surface and after exposure separated from the original by means of negative pressure and to a transport device of the developing device is forwarded.
The separation (separation) of original and traced material by means of negative pressure has hitherto been carried out by two screen rollers forming an insertion slot, each rotating around a partially cut-out hollow cylinder in opposite directions, which are placed under negative pressure by an exhaustor.
Here, the arrangement has so far been made so that the original lying on the traced material before it is inserted into the exposure device is also at the top between the screen rollers when it is inserted and the upper screen roller captures the original and the lower screen roller captures the exposed traced material and up to the screen rollers tangential fixed removal devices transported,
which are arranged at the end of the Ausnit tes of the hollow cylinder and prevent the possible sticking of the original and traced material to their screen cylinder and strip off both.
The disadvantage is the use of a cumbersome system of two screen rollers, which is difficult to accommodate on a closely built, combined pause and development machine, and the need also to use scrapers, since the existing game between the hollow cylinder and screen roller still has a certain negative pressure on right can be maintained, which would lead to entrainment along the circumference of the rollers, in particular with light paper, without the scraper.
Such Ab strippers are generally undesirable because they can damage the front edge of the often sensitive papers and originals and also do not rule out congestion if the front edge gets stuck.
The invention has set itself the task of avoiding these disadvantages and separating the Paus good and original by only a single suction roller, without scrapers are necessary for the valuable originals and fixed scrapers are avoided for the Pausgut.
A further object of the invention is to be able to use the suction roller for the suction of any ammonia development gas that has escaped from the development chamber.
According to the invention, a single rotationally driven suction roller provided on its whole circumference with open suction openings is arranged with its lower surface line approximately at the level of the material coming from the exposure device and has narrow annular grooves at its circumference for driven endless elastically stretchable Pesen which the Lift off the traced material sucked in by the suction roller alone and pass it between guide plates to the development device.
This arrangement and training of be any drive means, z. B. tapes, chains, Reibrol len or Pesen rotation-driven suction roller results in a significant simplification and improvement of the structure and operation of the combined blueprint and development machine.
The object of the invention is shown in the drawing for example, namely Fig. 1 shows the overall structure and drive of the Ma machine schematically, Fig. 2 the left side of the suction roller and the pause cylinder with their conveyor belts, Fig. 3 the arrangement of a spiral wire Pese cut in an annular groove of the suction cylinder and in view,
4 shows the part of a development of the circumferential surface of the suction roller provided with suction holes and an annular groove, approximately on a natural scale, and FIG. 5 shows the view of the machine schematically.
The system table 1 is in front of the introduction slot 2 forming rollers 3 and 4, which are arranged at a distance in front of the rotatably ge superimposed tracing cylinder 6 by means of rollers 7 in the frame 5, inside the high-pressure mercury tube 8 and the cooling tube 9 are supported. Endless belts 11 run over the upper infeed roller 3 and the rear roller 10, which are tightly opposed to the likewise endless conveyor belts 12 which partially loop around the tracing cylinder 6.
The conveyor belts 12 lying next to one another are guided over the lower infeed roller 4, the rear infeed roller 13, the deflection roller 14, the tension roller 15 and the drive roller 16. On the drive roller 16 sits the chain wheel 17 for the chain 18, which is driven by the chain wheel 19 of the drive and also on the sprocket 20 with the drive roller 21 for the Trans port cover 22 of the developing tank 23 drives,
which is guided over deflection rollers 24 and 25. In the developing tank 23 is evaporated on the monia liquid in a known manner.
Pausing cylinder 6 and developing tank 23 are arranged at a slightly greater distance than the diameter of the suction roller 26, in the vertical above one another. The suction roller is laterally advanced between the two and is mounted on the left and right of the frame in bearing bushes 27 by means of ball bearings 28. For the rotary drive of the suction roller, the two drive belts 12a arranged at the ends, which partially loop around the suction cylinder 26 and the pause cylinder 6 and are endlessly guided over the rear roller 13, the deflection rollers 14 and 29 and the tension roller 30.
The belts 12 and 12a have one and the same length, which is desirable for reasons of manufacturing and storage. The suction roller 26 has in Abstän the narrow annular grooves 31 and between these the peripheral surface is provided with suction openings 32 of about 1 mm diameter, which are arranged in oblique rows and in vertical rows, the oblique rows from section to section expediently by about half Pitch are offset. This results in a very favorable distribution of all suction openings over the entire length of the suction roller, which means that practically every paper format is evenly recorded.
In the annular grooves 31, the Pesen 33 are inserted, which, according to the embodiment of FIG. 3, consists of a tightly wound helical spring, the ends of which are connected to one another by twisting. Instead of the coil spring 33, endless rubber cords can also be used. The expenses run over the rear deflection roller 34 and the drive roller 16, the deflection roller 34 being arranged in such a way that the upper train of all expenses runs approximately horizontally through openings 35 which are located in the rear guide plate 36. The guide plate 37 is located above the fees and the guide plate 38 is at a distance from it.
The three guide plates 36, 37 or 37 and 38 form two feed channels which open into the insertion slot of the developing device.
The distance between the upper surface line of the tracing cylinder 6 and the lower surface line of the suction roller 26 is bridged by air-permeable longitudinal guides 39, which can consist of a bar grid or a sieve or the like and end in a collecting basket 40 for the ejected originals.
Against disruptive light failure, the cover plate 41 is on the front side of the pause cylinder 6 is arranged. The developed traced material passes from the developing device into the front or rear discharge basket 42.
At the bottom of the machine frame is the exhaustor 43 driven by the drive motor, not shown, with its double suction port 44 and pressure port 45. The two suction ports are connected by hoses 46 to both sides of the suction roller 26, as indicated by the dashed line 46a . The hoses 46 appropriately have the same diameter as the suction roller and are men 47 of the bearing bushes 27 attached in inner cylindrical Aufnah. The air sucked in through the tubes 46 in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 5) or any developing gas that has escaped is diverted to the outside air through the pipe 45a and a white pipe insert, not shown.
The original 48 (Fig. 1), shown in dash-dotted lines, lies on the feed table 1 on which the traced material 49 is to be exposed and is pushed into the insertion slot 2 between the rollers 3 and 4 and fed to the tracing cylinder 6 between the conveyor belts 11 and 12, both of which leave the top line again, the original 48 then being at the bottom, while the now exposed traced material 49 is at the top. The material 49 to be traced is sucked in and the original 48 is pushed by the conveyor belts 12 of the tracing cylinder into the collecting basket 40 and finally ejected.
The distance between the upper surface line of the pause cylinder and the lower surface line of the suction cylinder is kept as small as possible. In practice, it is possible that the longitudinal guide 39 bridging the distance between the tracing cylinder and the suction roller is only about 3 cm long. So if the rear edge of the original comes out of the conveyor belts 12, the last end of the original slips easily into the collecting basket. The exposed traced material 49 sucked in is carried along the upper surface line of the suction cylinder by the horizontal upper train of the pesheets between the guide plates 36 and 37 and inserted into the insertion slot of the transport device of the developing chamber.
For any post-development, the traced material caught in the collecting basket 42 can be pushed in again by hand between the guide plates 37 and 38. Such post-development is not necessary in normal operation, but only, for example, if there is not enough fresh ammonia gas in the development chamber.
