Bei der gezeigten Konstruktionhegen die Bedienungsgewinde und Gleitflächen ausserhalb des Einflussbereiches des Fördergutes und können daher geölt werden.
Valve for liquids and gases The object of the invention is a valve for liquids and gases, which is characterized in that a multi-stage valve body with a cylindrical part as a support for the sealing elements is arranged in a cylindrical bore in the housing attachment, and that another part of the valve body is guided in a corresponding bore in the cover plate and is designed in such a way
that a co-rotation of the valve body with the spindle standing with it in the left-hand threaded connection is prevented, and that the cover part has an inner guide flange that absorbs the pressure that occurs on the spindle, and that an operating handle is attached to the spindle with which the opening and closing movements of the valve body can be effected.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the deficiencies inherent in the usual valves, to simplify fabrication and to bring cheaper fittings onto the market for a longer period of use.
The drawing shows an embodiment. The invention can be used with equal success in all known closure types.
They show: FIG. 1 a view of the valve with the operating handle removed, FIG. 2 a section through the entire valve, along line II in FIG. 1, FIG . 3 a section through the housing along the line 11-II in FIG. 1 with the sealing sleeve, FIG. 4 the valve body with the sealing members, FIG. 5 a section through the cover part,
with the spindle and the screwed-out cup handle.
In the partition, 1 of the expediently shaped housing 2, a sealing height 3 is sealed with a thread. In the same axis, in the housing extension 4, which has an external thread 5 , there is an outwardly sealed cylindrical bore 6 which is inserted into the insertion cone 7 on the outside > for the one, Abdibhtungso # rgan passes.
The valve body 8 with a cylindrical part 9 working in the bore 6 of the housing extension 4 is the carrier of the sealing element, 10 in order to close off or release the flow and the sealing sealing element 11 in order to effect the sealing against the outside, is formed. Another, arbitrary, e.g.
B. as a square shaped part 12 of this valve body 8 is guided non-rotatably in the corresponding bore 13 of the cover part 14 screwed onto the housing extension 4 in order to, eül Nh, * td, # to prevent the valve body 8 from coming into contact with the spindle 15 which is in close thread connection with it.
The guide extension 16 of the cover part 14 has an inner guide flange 17 which centers the spindle 15 , the one on its collar 18 </ B > absorbs pressure from the inside and, in cooperation with the operating handle 19 screwed onto the spindle 19 , prevents axial movements of the same.
When the operating handle 19 is turned to the left, the valve body 8 is lifted from the sealing gland 3 , releasing the flow; turning it to the right closes it .
There are no elements that make operation difficult, calcify easily or leak, that can be easily damaged or cause vibration noise in the lines, such as base sleeves, stuffing boxes, cover sleeves and valve dealers. In the construction hedge shown, the operating threads and sliding surfaces are outside the area of influence of the conveyed goods and can therefore be oiled.
