Axially conveying motor fan The subject of the invention is axially conveying the motor fan with coaxial guide vane and rotor vane rings alternating on one another.
What is new, according to the invention, is that at least one motor is present and that one or more rotor blade rings are arranged on a housing part which surrounds the motor and is connected to the motor shaft in a rotationally fixed manner.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing in axial section, namely the Fi; g. 1, 2 and 3 each show a variant of the motor fan, the same parts being denoted by the same reference numerals.
According to FIG. 1, the motor fan has an outer jacket, which is composed of ring-shaped parts 1, 2 and 3 and is designated in its entirety by 4. The parts 1, 2 and 3 are held together by means of anchor bolts 5 which are provided at one end with a thread and anchored in a mounting flange 6 for the motor fan seen on part 3.
The outer casing 4 is provided with three guide vane rings 7, 8 and 9 arranged at axial intervals, the rings 7 and 8 being arranged on part 2 and the ring 9 on part 1 of the casing 4. The guide vanes of the ring 9 are connected at their ends facing radially inward with a ring 10 which is closed at one end by a base part 11 and together with this forms the one stationary part 12 'of the motor housing.
A flange 13, which has a hub-shaped part 14, is screwed onto the bottom part 11. A support tube 15, which surrounds the motor shaft 16, is inserted into this part 14. The motor shaft 16 is supported at its end extending into the part 14 in a ball bearing 17 inserted in the flange 13 and it carries a flange-shaped rotor 18 in a rotationally fixed connection, which is rotatably supported by means of a ball bearing 19 at the end of the support tube 15 .
The stator 20 of the drive motor screwed onto the flange 13 is located between the flange 13 and the rotor 18. At the end of the motor shaft 16, a cup-shaped housing part 12 ″ is keyed, which surrounds the drive motor and carries the rotor blade rings 21 on its cylindrical jacket.
A terminal box 22 is provided on part 1 and bushings 23 for the electrical leads are provided in this.
The motor fan described has an extremely small axial extent, which is actually only due to the number of blade rings.
The flange-shaped parts 18 and 20 of the drive motor are well protected and cooled. It is noteworthy that the motor forms an installation unit which is first attached to one housing part 12 'and then covered with the other cup-shaped housing part 12 ".
