Jaucheriilirwerk
Nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes ist ein Jaucherührwerk, umfassend einen in einem Durchlaufstutzen angeordneten, motorisch angetriebenen Förderflügel dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des Durchlaufstutzens von dessen Innenwand nach innen abstehende, mindestens annähernd achsparallel orientierte Leitschaufeln angeordnet sind, um die Umwirbelungsbewegungen der Jauche grösstenteils in Axialströmung umzuleiten.
Gemäss vorliegender Zusatzerfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Durchlaufstutzen auf der Ansaugseite und auf der Ausstossseite mit Leitschaufeln versehen ist, die z. B. je aufeinander ausgerichtet sind.
Die Leitschaufeln vor und hinter dem Flügel können aber auch zueinander versetzt angeordnet sein.
Mit Vorteil wird der Durchlaufstutzen auf der Saugseite als Kegeitrichter ausgebildet und auch dort schon mit Leitschaufeln versehen, um das Einströmen der angesaugten Jauche zu erleichtern.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist, schaubildlich und teilweise geschnitten, in der Zeichnung dargestellt.
Mit 1 ist der mit Handgriffen 10 versehene Antriebsmotor bezeichnet, dessen Abtriebswelle 2 in einem langen Stielrohr 3 geführt ist und am Ende einen Förderflügel 20 trägt. Am Stielrohr 3 ist mittels Stegen 31 ein zur Wellenachse koaxialer Durchlaufstutzen 4 befestigt. Er ist auf der Ansaugseite bei 40 als Kegeltrichter gestaltet, und von seiner Innenwandung stehen Leitschaufeln 42 und 43 radial nach innen ab, wobei die Leitschaufeln 42 der Ansaugseite auf die Leitschaufeln 43 der Ausstossseite ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Leitschaufeln aber auch zueinander versetzt angeordnet sein können.
Diese Leitschaufeln sind in erster Liniie dazu bestimmt, die der Jauche vom rotierenden Flügel erteilten unerwünschten Umwirbelungsbewegungen in axial gerichtete Strömungsbewegungen umzuleiten, und sind dementsprechend im wesentlichen achsparallel, unter Umständen mit kleinem Drall angeordnet.
Ausserdem bilden aber die dem Flügel 20 benachbarten Stirnenden der Leitschaufeln 42 und 43 im Zusammenwirken mit dem rotierenden Flügel eine leistungsfähige Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung für in der Jauche enthaltenes Fasergut, wie z. B. Stroh.
Es hat sich in der Praxis gezeigt, dass ein auf diese Weise ausgebildetes Rührwerk mit einem Motor bestimmter Leistungsklasse eine wesentlich intensivere und weit voraus reichende Rührwirkung auf die Jauche auszuüben vermag, als Rührwerke bisher bekannter Art mit glatten Durchlanfstutzenwandungen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Jaucherührwerk nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchlaufstutzen auf der Ansaugseite und auf der Ausstossseite mit Leitschaufeln versehen ist.

1. Jaucherührwerk nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitschaufeln vor und hinter dem Förderflügel aufeinander ausgerichtet sind.
2. Jaucherührwerk nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitschaufein vor und hinter dem Förderflügel zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
3. Jaucherährwerk nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchlaufstutzen auf der Ansaugseite als Kegeitrichter ausgebildet ist.

In addition, however, the front ends of the guide vanes 42 and 43 adjacent to the wing 20, in cooperation with the rotating wing, form a powerful comminuting device for fiber material contained in the liquid manure, such as. B. Straw.
It has been shown in practice that an agitator designed in this way with a motor of a certain power class is able to exert a much more intensive and far-reaching agitating effect on the liquid manure than agitators of the previously known type with smooth flange connection walls.
