High-vacuum treatment apparatus The present invention relates to a high-vacuum treatment apparatus with at least one vacuum pump, an evacuable recipient and a heating unit that can be displaced relative to this. It is characterized by a program control mechanism with a sliding mechanism and two adjustable thermostats for the heating unit,
One of which is used to keep the remuneration temperature T1 constant and the other to keep the standby temperature TZ constant above the remuneration temperature T1, at least one device for measuring the pressure in the recipient and at least one for the remuneration time and one for the cooling time control the time relay, which Program control mechanism is designed so that it, after a release switch has been operated,
the heating unit only moves into a position in which the recipient is heated by the heating unit when the heating unit has the standby temperature T2 and the pressure in the recipient is below an adjustable limit, and which program control mechanism removes the heating unit from the recipient after the remuneration period has expired and after the cooling time has expired, air can flow into the recipient.
An exemplary embodiment of a high-vacuum tempering apparatus according to the invention is described below with the aid of a drawing. In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of parts of the system, of which FIGS. 1a to 1f show the position of the valves during the program sequence, while FIG. 2 shows a schematic representation of the pressure changes in the recipient and the temperature - shows changes in the position of the heating unit.
The in the Fig.l of the drawing schematically presented high vacuum treatment apparatus has a vacuum system with a pre-vacuum pump 1 and a high vacuum pump 2 and a pre-vacuum recipient 3 on. These parts are connected to each other by pipelines and can be connected and separated from each other by electrically controlled valves. In the drawing, these valves are shown in simplified form as three-way valves 4 and 5. The recipient for receiving the objects to be paid for is denoted by 6.
It has a removable, tightly closing cover 7 and contains a frame 8 for receiving the workpieces to be remunerated. The line which connects the recipient 6 to the valve 4 has an inlet valve 9. A measuring device denoted by 10 is used to measure the pressure in the recipient 6. The heating unit is a vertically displaceable pot 12 provided with a cover 11, in which electrical heating coils 13 are placed.
The temperature inside the pot can be measured by means of a remote thermometer 14 and kept at a constant value T1 and T2 ge with the help of the two adjustable thermostats 15 and 16. In the illustrated embodiment, two electrically controlled drives 19 are used for vertical displacement of the entire heating unit suspended from the chains 17 provided with counterweights 18.
With a control device is marked be, which determines the position of the heating unit and is used to control those program levels that are dependent on the position of the heating unit. The motor 21 is used to open and close the cover 11, which is ver by means of the shaft 22 connected to it.
With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. La to 1f, in wel chen neither all details of the program control mechanism with the various switching relays for controlling the valves nor the associated lines, but only the positions of the valves designed here as two- and three-way valves are shown, as well as Fig. 2,
which shows the pressure curve in the recipient and the temperature curve in the heating unit and at the same time shows the position of the heating unit, the mode of operation of the entire apparatus is now described.
As long as the Appa temperature is not switched on, the heating unit closed by the cover 11 is in its lowest position, the valve 9 is open, while the valves 4 and 5 are completely closed, as FIG. 1 shows. By turning on the main switch, the thermostat 16 is put into operation, which controls the heating of the heating coils 13 in such a way that the temperature of the heating unit oscillates around an adjustable standby temperature T2 (see FIG. 2).
Furthermore, the backing pump 1 and the high vacuum pump 2 are switched on. FIG. 1 a shows the associated position of the valves in which the fore-vacuum recipient 3 is evacuated by the fore-vacuum pump 1.
After the workpieces to be remunerated have been placed on the removable frame 8 in the recipient 6 and the latter has been closed again by means of the cover 7, the trigger switch can be operated, which triggers the remuneration program:
First the inlet valve 9 is closed (Fig. 1b), then the recipient 6 is connected to the fore-vacuum recipient 3 and the fore-vacuum pump 1 (Fig.lc). Now the pressure p in the recipient 6 begins to fall (point A in Fig. 2) until the value p1 is reached, at wel chem the high vacuum pump is connected (Fig. 1d)
. When the pressure has dropped to a value p2, the motor 21 is switched on by the pressure measuring device 10, which opens the cover 11 of the heating unit. As soon as this is open, a corresponding limit switch switches the motor 21 off again and switches on the two drives 19 that lift the heating unit.
The control device 20 now separates the furnace heating from the thermostat. 16 and connects it to the thermostat 15, which is used to keep the adjustable remuneration temperature T1 constant, which is below the standby temperature T2. Furthermore, as soon as the furnace has reached its topmost position, it switches off the drives and switches on a second relay to control the compensation time t1.
After an adjustable compensation time t1 on the relay has elapsed, the heating unit is lowered again and closed by the cover 10 after it has reached its end position. The cooling time t2 now begins, which can be set on a second time relay and after which the heating is again controlled by the thermostat 15 and the high vacuum pump 2 is separated from the recipient 6 by the valve 4. Fig. 1e shows the valve position in this regard.
The inlet valve 9 is then opened again (see FIG. 1 f), so that the atmospheric pressure is established inside the recipient 6 and the cover 7 can be opened. Now the tempered workpieces are removed, new workpieces are inserted and the cover 6 is closed again. The remuneration cycle can then start again at point A. Of course, the system could also be designed differently in its details.
In particular, the arrangement of the pumps and the design of the valves could be changed without changing the nature of the device according to the invention. It would also be possible to use a plurality of permanently set time relays, of which the appropriate switch for the workpieces to be remunerated can be switched on.
