Haushalts-Laufgewichtswaage
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Haushalts Laufgewichtswaage mit einem als Standplatte dienenden Gehäuse und mit einem vor der Frontplatte des Gehäuses angeordneten Laufgewichtsbalken, der an den Enden über Verbindungsarme mit dem innenliegenden Mechanismus der Waage gekoppelt ist.
Bei den bekannten Haushaltswaagen dieser Gattung bestehen die Seitenwände des Gehäuses aus über ihre ganze Ausdehnung hin ebenen, also glatt durchlaufenden Flächen. Die vorerwähnten Verbindungsarme des Laufgewichtsbalkens mit dem inneren Waagenmechanismus verlaufen in einem gewissen Abstand ausserhalb dieser Gehäuseflächen, ragen also über deren Ebenen ziemlich erheblich hinaus. Infolge dieses Umstandes wird die Gesamtbreite der Waage grösser als die Gehäusebreite, wobei die herausragenden Verbindungsarme nicht nur in bezug auf das Aussehen und die Unterbringung stören, sondern auch bei den Hantierungen durch Gegenstossen gefährdet sind. Schliesslich verteuern die vorspringenden Arme auch die Verpackung und den Versand solcher Haushaltswaagen.
Gemäss der Erfindung wird hier dadurch Abhilfe geschaffen, dass am Gehäuse der Waage beiderseits Nischen zur Unterbringung der Verbindungsarme vorgesehen sind.
Vorteilhaft werden die erwähnten Nischen derart bemessen, dass die Verbindungsarme seitlich nicht über das Gesamtprofil des Waagengehäuses hinausragen.
Auf diese Weise sind die Verbindungsarme und damit der ganze Waagenmechanismus gegen Stösse von aussen gut geschützt. Der Raumbedarf in der Breite wird erheblich verringert, so dass sich entsprechend niedrigere Verpackungskosten und Versandspesen ergeben und schliesslich erhält auch die Waage als Ganzes ein sehr vorteilhaftes, in sich geschlossenes Aussehen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung perspektivisch veranschaulicht, wobei der vor der Frontplatte des Gehäuses angeordnete Laufgewichtsbalken 6 und die Verbindungsarme durch strichpunktierte Linienzüge angedeutet sind. Man erkennt zunächst, dass in dem als Standplatte dienenden Waagengehäuse, und zwar an dessen Stirnseitenwänden, Nischen 1 und 2 vorgesehen sind. In diesen Nischen finden die bei 3 und 4 angedeuteten Verbindungsarme Platz. An diesen Verbindungsarmen 3 und 4 sind die Enden des Laufgewichtsbalkens 6 befestigt. Die mit dem innenliegenden Mechanismus der Waage gekoppelten Verbindungsarme 3, 4 und der Laufgewichtsbalken 6 sind zum Wiegen in einer vertikalen Ebene schwenkbar.
Das Gehäuse selbst hat im wesentlichen ovale Grundform, ebenso auch die zur Aufnahme der Ware bestimmte Waagschale 5, so dass letztere gleichzeitig auch als Tablett benutzt werden kann.
PATENTANSPRUCH Haushalts Laufgewichtswaage mit einem als Standplatte dienenden Gehäuse und mit einem vor der Frontplatte des Gehäuses angeordneten Laufgewichtsbalken, der an den Enden über Verbindungsarme mit dem innenliegenden Mechanismus der Waage gekoppelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäuse beiderseits Nischen (1, 2) zur Unterbringung der Verbindungsarme (3, 4) vorgesehen sind.

Haushalts-Laufgewichtswaage nach dem Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nischen (1,2) derart bemessen sind, dass die Verbindungsarme (3, 4) seitlich nicht über das Gesamtprofil des Gehäuses herausragen.

In the known household scales of this type, the side walls of the housing consist of surfaces that are flat over their entire extent, that is, surfaces that run smoothly. The aforementioned connecting arms of the weight bar with the inner balance mechanism run at a certain distance outside of these housing surfaces, so they protrude quite considerably beyond their planes. As a result of this fact, the total width of the balance is greater than the width of the housing, the protruding connecting arms not only disturbing in terms of appearance and accommodation, but are also endangered by pushing against them when handling. Finally, the protruding arms also make the packaging and shipping of such household scales more expensive.
According to the invention, a remedy is provided here that niches are provided on both sides of the housing of the balance to accommodate the connecting arms.
The mentioned niches are advantageously dimensioned in such a way that the connecting arms do not protrude laterally beyond the overall profile of the scale housing.
In this way, the connecting arms and thus the entire scale mechanism are well protected against external impacts. The space requirement in the width is considerably reduced, so that correspondingly lower packaging costs and shipping costs result, and finally the scale as a whole also has a very advantageous, self-contained appearance.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated in perspective, the weight bar 6 arranged in front of the front panel of the housing and the connecting arms being indicated by dash-dotted lines. It can first be seen that niches 1 and 2 are provided in the scale housing serving as a base plate, specifically on its end walls. The connecting arms indicated at 3 and 4 can be found in these niches. The ends of the weight bar 6 are attached to these connecting arms 3 and 4. The connecting arms 3, 4 coupled to the internal mechanism of the scales and the running weight bar 6 can be pivoted in a vertical plane for weighing.
The housing itself is essentially oval in shape, as is the weighing pan 5 intended for receiving the goods, so that the latter can also be used as a tray at the same time.
