Dans la première forme d'exécution, illustrée aux fig. 1 à 5, le panneau de construction comporte un élément présentant une certaine élasticité cons titué par une feuille 1 de matière translucide, tein <I>tée ou</I> opaque qui présente, vus en bout, des cin tres, plis ou ondulations 4 présentant la forme géné rale d'oméga se succédant et dont les parois 2 con vergent vers le plan axial du pli correspondant et sont élastiquement déformables. De cette manière les parois 2 adjacentes de deux plis voisins forment des logements 3 dont la largeur maximum x es;

<B> Construction </B> panel The present invention relates to a construction panel characterized in that it comprises an element having a succession of folds, the side walls of which converge towards their respective axial plane defining elongated parallel housings between them and by the fact that said walls are deformable
elastically so that the building panel can elastically hold elements trapped in these housings.
The accompanying drawing illustrates schematically and by way of example several embodiments of a building panel according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is an end view of the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is an end view illustrating the manner in which the construction panel works during compression.
Fig. 3 illustrates a first way of introducing a pipe into a housing of the construction panel.
Fig. 4 illustrates a second way of inserting a pipe into a housing of the construction panel.
Fig. 5 is an end view of a construction element illustrating the attachment of a pipe by elastic pinching.
Fig. 6 is a side view of the second embodiment of the construction panel. Fig. 7 is a side view of the third embodiment of the building panel. Fig. 8 is an end view of the fourth embodiment of the building panel.
Fig. 9 illustrates a variant of the fourth embodiment.
In the first embodiment, illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the construction panel comprises an element having a certain elasticity consisting of a sheet 1 of translucent material, dyed <I> ted or </I> opaque which has, seen at the end, bends, folds or undulations 4 having the general shape of a successive omega and the walls 2 of which converge towards the axial plane of the corresponding fold and are elastically deformable. In this way, the adjacent walls 2 of two neighboring folds form housings 3 whose maximum width x es;
greater than the distance, taken near the top of the folds 4, separating the adjacent walls 2 from two neighboring folds. These housings 3 therefore have a shape such that they are able to elastically retain captive elements formed by fixing elements or conduits 6, of generally prismatic or cylindrical shape.
Fig. 3 illustrates a first way of inserting a fixing element or pipe 6 consisting in placing the latter between two folds 4 and then exerting a thrust in the direction of arrow f. This thrust causes the two adjacent folds 4 to separate and the pipe 6 is housed inside the housing 3, while the folds 4 tend to approach and occupy their initial rest position under the action of the forces. caused by the elastic deformation of the walls 2. The pipe 6 is positively held in position by said elastic forces applying the walls 2 against the outer surface of this pipe.
Fig. 4 illustrates a second way of introducing a pipe 6 into a housing 3. In this case, the pipe is introduced laterally, one end of this pipe is introduced into a housing 3 and then this pipe is moved. in the direction of the arrow g. Here. also, the diameter of the pipe 6 must be chosen so that when it is introduced into a housing 3, the pipe elastically deforms the adjacent walls 2 by two neighboring folds 4.
The forces tending to replace these walls 2 in their initial or rest position make it possible to maintain the position of the pipe 6 positively.
Fig. 5 illustrates the shape taken by the walls 2 when a pipe 6 is located inside a housing 3. It is noted that, on the one hand, there is a deformation of the walls 2 in contact with the pipe 6, these matching the shape of the outer surface of the pipe 6, and, on the other hand,
a deformation of the walls 2 'of the neighboring housings 3 due to the fact that the folds 4 are moved away from each other by the pipe 6.
The construction panel described with reference to Figs. 1 to 5 is capable of absorbing pressures or pulls exerted perpendicular to the folds and parallel to the plane of the panel by changing the length of the building panel in the direction perpendicular to the folds.
Indeed, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a traction or a compression exerted on the ends of the construction panel causes by bending of the folds, a modification of the total length of the construction panel according to the forces which are applied to it.
On the other hand, an arching effect occurs when the lower parts of the walls 2 of each ply come to rest against each other under the action of a longitudinal compression of the panel, this which gives this construction panel. great resistance to compression.
In the second embodiment illustrated in FIG. 6, the building panel comprises a sheet 1 corrugated in the manner described with reference to the first embodiment, fixed by gluing on a facing sheet 7 planar.
This building panel is more rigid than that of the first embodiment, the facing sheet constituting a stiffening.
In the third embodiment, illustrated in FIG. 7, the construction panel comprises two facing sheets 7 and 8 each glued on either side of the corrugated sheet 1.
The construction panel shown in fig. 7 therefore comprises a pleated sheet taken in sand wich between two flat sheets. The thickness of this panel can be varied at will while keeping constant the distance between two folds 4. This is an important result resulting from the omega shape of the corrugations, which cannot be obtained with elements having undulations. sinusoidal for example.
In this embodiment, the housings 3 are only open at their ends opening onto the lateral sides of the panel and a honeycomb panel is obtained.
In an alternative embodiment, the flat facing sheets 7 and 8 could be replaced by layers of wire. Indeed, the construction panel could consist of a series of

<tb> traction <SEP> can, <SEP> after <SEP> deformation, <SEP> present <SEP> 1.

<tb> the <SEP> panel <SEP> of <SEP> construction <SEP> which can <SEP> undergo <SEP> longitudinal and transverse deformations.
In other variants, not illustrated, it is possible to obtain building panels of generally curved shape.
Indeed, it suffices to hold the corrugated sheet during the operation of the lamination of the facing sheets 7 and 8 in the desired bent position.
It is thus possible to obtain a construction panel having a radius of curvature located in a plane perpendicular on the one hand to the facing sheets 7 and 8 on the other hand, to the folds 4.
In the case where the facing sheets 7 and 8 are replaced by layers of <B> yarn, </B> it is also possible to produce a construction panel whose radius of curvature lies in the plane or the surface formed by said sheet of wire.
The shapes that can be given to these construction panels are multiple and determined by the intended use.
In the fourth embodiment, illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, the construction panel is constituted by a corrugated sheet 1, the walls 2 of which have two neighboring plies 3 are laminated along their lines of contact. This also gives a honeycomb panel. In this
case, only the bending of the walls 2 occurs during the introduction of a captive element in a housing 3 as well as for the maintenance in position thereof.
The construction panel described has many uses. Indeed, it can, for example, be used as a door, a partition, curtain walls, a ceiling, a floor, a sandwich core, reflective panels.
Depending on the requirements of the different uses of the construction panel, some of which have been cited by way of example, some of the folds 4 and / or of the housings 3, that is to say at least part of the folds and housings not to receive trapped elements, can be lined with expanded plastic foam, expanded clay, fibrous, powdery or ga zous products.
Such fillings can consist of sand, vermiculite, glass fibers, sodium sulphate crystals, in particular for the accumulation and retention of calories, calcium oxalate for refrigeration, nitrogen or helium, etc.
It is also possible, by an appropriate treatment of the sheet 1, to make the latter suitable for reflecting light, heat or sound. Thanks to the omega profile of the construction panel, intangible foci are formed.
By its structure, the described construction panel is a good sound and heat insulator. The building board can be made from a flat flexible sheet which hardens after it is shaped.
This sheet can comprise a textile, metallic or other reinforcement capable of absorbing a concrete impregnation product fast enough to allow technically feasible and economically competitive manufacture (cement, plaster, pitch, resin, etc.). However,
Preferably, a frame of glass strands impregnated with a low pressure resin is used.
