Description
Einrichtung zum Hindurchführen von flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medien durch eine Textilstoffbahn Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Hindurchführen von flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medien durch eine Textilstoffbahn, z. B. zwecks Ent- wässerns, Imprägnierens oder Färbens.
Es ist bekannt, das Entwässern von Textilstoffbah- nen durch Hindurchsaugen von Luft durch die Bahn herbeizuführen. Dieses Hindurchsaugen kann dadurch erfolgen, dass die Warenbahn über einen Schlitz (den Saugschlitz) eines unter Unterdruck stehenden Kessels hinweg geführt wird. Auch gelochte Trommeln, in de nen ebenfalls ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, können zum Entwässern dienen.
Diese Art des Hindurchführens von Luft durch die Warenbahn und das dadurch erfolgende Mitreissen von Feuchtigkeit hat eine gleichmässigere Entwässerung zur Folge, als es das Ausschleudern der Flüssigkeit inZentri- fugen ergibt.
Während nun das Absaugen mittels einer Einrich tung mit Saugschlitz nicht für alle Warenarten günstig ist, weil z. B. bei Streichgarnwaren der Strich der Ware beeinträchtigt wird oder bei dünnen Baumwoll-, Zell- woll- oder Kunstseidengeweben die Spannung der Wa renbahn sehr gross sein muss, damit das Gewebe nicht in den Schlitz hineingezogen wird, entwässern die ge lochten Trommeln nicht genügend, da jeweils nur an den Lochstellen eine Luftdurchtrittsmöglichkeit besteht.
Die Erfindung bezweckt eine Verbesserung einer Einrichtung, bei welcher die Textilstoffbahn über den Saugschlitz einer Vakuumkammer bewegt wird.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass unter dem Saug schlitz ein Stützelement für die Textilstoffbahn ange ordnet ist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, das Hineinsau- gen der Textilstoff bahn in den Schlitz zu verhindern.
Als Stützelement kann beispielsweise eine Bürsten walze dienen, deren Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der För- dergeschwindigkeit der Warenbahn am Saugschlitz ent- spricht. Der Bürstenbelag kann dabei aus einem leicht zu reinigenden Material wie natürliche Borsten, Borsten aus Kunststoff oder einem nichtrostenden Metall bestehen.
Über den Schlitzkanten können Förderelemente in Form von Walzen vorgesehen sein, die ebenfalls eine luftdurchlässige Oberfläche besitzen.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform einer Einrich tung nach der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung schema tisch dargestellt.
Die Textilstoffbahn 10 wird an dem Saugschlitz 11 eines Unterdruckkessels 12 spannungsfrei gestützt. Die Abstützung geschieht durch eine Walze 15 mit einem durchlässigen Borstenbelag 16, der mit den Schlitzplat ten 13,14 zusammenarbeitet. Die Umfangsgeschwindig keit der Bürstenwalze entspricht z. B. der Förderge schwindigkeit der Warenbahn 10 am Saugschlitz 11. Die Warenbahn 10 läuft über einen Kamm 17, wobei die Warenbahn von der Bürstenwalze 15, 16 über die Oberseite der Schlitzplatten angehoben wird.
Die Stelle 17a des Kammes 17 liegt also unterhalb der obersten Stützstelle. Zwecks sicherer, spannungsfreier Führung vor und nach dem Schlitz sind Bürstenwalzen 18, 19 oberhalb der Warenbahn vorgesehen. 18 ist eine Zu führwalze, 19 ist die Abführwalze.
Die Stützung kann ausser durch Bürstenwalzen auch durch andere Stützelemente erfolgen. Beispielsweise wäre es möglich, die Walze 15 mit Stützfedern oder elastischen Platten auszurüsten.

It is known to bring about the dewatering of textile fabric webs by sucking air through the web. This suction can take place by guiding the web of material over a slot (the suction slot) of a vessel under negative pressure. Perforated drums, in which a negative pressure is also generated, can also be used for dewatering.
This type of passage of air through the web and the entrainment of moisture resulting from it results in a more even dewatering than would result from being thrown out of the liquid in centrifuges.
While the suction by means of a device with a suction slot is not favorable for all types of goods, because z. B. in the case of carded yarn goods, the grain of the goods is impaired or in the case of thin cotton, cellulose or rayon fabrics the tension of the web of goods must be very high so that the fabric is not pulled into the slot, the perforated drums do not drain sufficiently, since air can only pass through at the perforation points.
The invention aims to improve a device in which the fabric web is moved over the suction slot of a vacuum chamber.
The invention consists in that a support element for the fabric web is arranged under the suction slot, which is intended to prevent the fabric web from being sucked into the slot.
A brush roller, for example, whose peripheral speed corresponds to the conveying speed of the material web at the suction slot, can serve as a support element. The brush covering can consist of an easy-to-clean material such as natural bristles, bristles made of plastic or a rustproof metal.
Conveying elements in the form of rollers, which also have an air-permeable surface, can be provided over the slot edges.
An example embodiment of a device according to the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
The textile fabric web 10 is supported tension-free on the suction slot 11 of a vacuum vessel 12. The support is done by a roller 15 with a permeable bristle coating 16, which th cooperates with the Schlitzplat 13,14. The peripheral speed of the roller brush corresponds to z. B. the Förderge speed of the web 10 at the suction slot 11. The web 10 runs over a comb 17, the web of the brush roller 15, 16 is raised over the top of the slotted plates.
The point 17a of the comb 17 is therefore below the topmost support point. For the purpose of safe, tension-free guidance before and after the slot, brush rollers 18, 19 are provided above the material web. 18 is a feed roller, 19 is the discharge roller.
The support can also be provided by other support elements in addition to brush rollers. For example, it would be possible to equip the roller 15 with support springs or elastic plates.
