Spielzeug-Projektionsapparat Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Spielzeug-Pro- jektionsapparat, welcher sich besonders zur Unter haltung und Belehrung für Kinder eignet.
Erfin- dungsgemäss zeichnet sich derselbe dadurch aus., dass er ein kastenartiges Gehäuse mit einem Bild fenster aufweist, um dem Betrachter die Illusion zu vermitteln, vor einem wirklichen Fernsehapparat zu sitzen, wobei hinter dem Bildfenstcr ein von einer Spule auf eine andere aufwickelbares, von hinten be leuchtetes, auswechselbares, sich auf ein fortsetzen des Geschehen beziehendes Bildband vorüberführbar ist,
wobei ferner zur Begleitung des Bildband-Ab- laufes ein Musikwerk vorgesehen ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Aus- Führungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen Fig. 1 einen Aufriss des Apparates mit Vertikal- schnitt nach Linie 1-I in Fig. 2 durch Gehäuse, Grundplatte und Spulenträger ; Fig. 2 einen Seitenriss des Apparates mit Verti kalschnitt nach Linie 11-II in Fig. 1 durch Gehäuse, Grundplatte und Spulenträger ;
Fig. 3 einen Grundriss des Apparates mit Hori zontalschnitt nach Linie 111-III in Fig. 1 ; Fig. 4 den aus dem Gehäuse ausgebauten Bild fensterrahmen mit Spulenträger im Seitenriss, und Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 4 bei der Aus wechslung der Bildrollenspule.
Der dargestellte Spielzeug-Projektionsapparat weist ein mit Gummifüssen 2 versehenes Gehäuse 1 auf, welches hinten mit einer abnehmbaren Rück wand 3 und vorn mit einem abnehmbaren Bildfen sterrahmen 4 versehen ist. Auf der Innenseite des Rahmens 4 ist eine unzerbrechliche, durchsichtige Schutzscheibe 5 befestigt. Als Bild dient ein Bild band 6, welches sich von einer auswechselbaren Spule 7 abwickelt und auf eine motorisch angetrie- bene Spule 8 aufwickelt und dabei langsam am Bild fenster vorübergeführt wird.
Zur Führung des Bild bandes 6 parallel zum Bildfenster 5 dienen zwei zu beiden Seiten des letzteren, dicht an diesem angeord nete Führungsrollen 9. Die Spulen 7, 8 sind zur Sicherung der Bildbandwicklung mit Randscheiben 7a, 8a versehen. Die Achsen der Spulen 7, 8 sowie auch der Führungsrollen 9 sind in einem Spulen träger 10 gelagert, welcher aus einer unteren und einer oberen Lagerplatte gebildet ist.
Letztere sind auf der Rückseite des Bildfensters 4 befestigt. Die Achsenden der die Bildbandrolle 6a tragenden, aus wechselbaren Spule 7 sind in offenen Schlitzen 11 der Trägerplatten 10 gelagert und durch je mit einem Gegenschlitz 11a versehene Lagerklinken 12 in ihrer Lagerung gesichert. Die obere Lagerklinke 12 ist auf der Oberseite der oberen Trägerplatte 10 und die untere Klinke 12 auf der Unterseite der unteren Trägerplatte 10 je um eine Achsniete 13 schwenk bar gelagert.
Die Spulen 7 und 8 sind zur Ermögli chung eines Auf- und Abrollens des Bildbandes beim Auswechseln der Bildrolle mit Drehknöpfen 7b, 8b versehen. Das Bildband 6 ist mit seinem einen Ende mit der auswechselbaren Spule 7 fest verbunden, während das andere Ende desselben konisch ver jüngt als Einsteckteil 6b (Fig. 4) in einem Schlitz 14 der angetriebenen Spule 8 lösbar eingesteckt ist. Die Spule 8 trägt auf ihrem unteren Achsende ein Zahn rad 15 für den Antrieb derselben.
Der Bildfenster rahmen 4 samt Spulenträger 10, Spulen 7, 8 und Führungsrollen 9 ist, wie Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen, als Ganzes aus dem Gehäuse herausnehmbar, was eine mühelose Auswechslung der Spule 7 mit Bildrolle 6a ermöglicht. Nach Herausnahme des Bildfenster rahmens 4 mit Spulenträger 10 und anschliessender Rückspulung des Bildbandes 6 auf die Spule 7 durch Drehen des Knopfes<I>7b</I> im Sinne des Pfeiles <I>b,
</I> kann die Klinke 12 geöffnet und, wie Fig. 5 zeigt, die Spule 7 mit der Bildrolle 6a in Richtung des Pfeiles c aus dem Träger 10 herausgehoben und gegen eine andere Spule mit gewünschtem Bildband ausgewech selt werden. Zu diesem Zwecke steht eine beliebig grosse Auswahl von Spulen mit Bildrollen verschie denen Lehr- und Unterhaltungsstoffes zur Verfü gung.
Die Bildbahn kann mit aufeinanderfolgenden Bildern in der Grösse des Bildfensters mit oder ohne Begleittext oder mit Textabschnitten und mit die sen abwechselnd angeordneten Bildern versehen sein.
Der in dem Gehäuse 1 eingeschobene Bildfen sterrahmen 4 mit Spulenträger 10 liegt auf einer Grundplatte 16 auf, welche sich mittels nach unten gerichteter Stützwände 16a auf dem Gehäuseboden abstützt. Die Grundplatte trägt die gesamte Innen- einrichtung und ist mit dieser aus dem Gehäuse her ausziehbar, falls Reparaturen vorzunehmen sind. Auf der Grundplatte 16 ist ein Elektromotor 17 angeord net, welcher in ein Schallisoliergehäuse 18 einge kleidet ist.
Die Motorwelle 19 durchsetzt die Grund platte 16 und trägt auf ihrem Unterende das An triebszahnradritzel 20. Auf einer in der Grundplatte 16 und einer Lagerzunge 16b derselben ist eine Ge triebewelle 21 gelagert, welche über der Grundplatte 16 ein Zahnritzel 22 und unter der Grundplatte 16 ein grosses Zahnrad 23 trägt.
Letzteres steht im Ein- griff mit dem Zahnritzel 20 der Motorwelle, wäh rend in das Zahnritzel 22 das aus- und einrückbare Zahnrad 15 der Antriebsspule 8 eingreift. Der Motor treibt somit über die Zahnräder 20, 23, 22, 15 die Spule 8 an, so dass das von der Spule 7 sich ab wickelnde, auf die Spule 8 sich aufwickelnde Bild band 6 in der Richtung des Pfeiles a in Fig. 3 lang sam am Bildfenster vorübergeführt wird.
Das Bild band 6 wird von hinten durch eine Glühbirne 24 mit Reflektor 25 beleuchtet. Der Reflektor 25 mit der Lampenfassung ist an einem Träger 26 angeord net, welcher auf der Grundplatte 16 befestigt ist, siehe Fig. 1. Die Lampe 24, 25 und der Motor wer den mit dem Strom einer Taschenlampenbatterie 27 gespieson. Letztere ist auf einer Unterlage 16c an geordnet, welche einen horizontal abgebogenen Teil der Grundplattenseitenwand bildet.
Motor und Lampe sind in üblicher Weise mit dem Polen der Batterie verbunden, wobei in die Stromleitung der Lampe ein Schalter 28 und in die Stromleitung des Motors ein Schalter 29 eingebaut ist. Beide Schal ter sind auf einem vorn an der Grundplatte 16 be festigten Schaltbrett 30 montiert und durch auf der Vorderseite des Schaltbrettes angeordnete Dreh knöpfe 28a bzw. 29a bedienbar.
Als Musikwerk dienen, aus dünnwandigen Mes singrohren 30 gebildete Tonerzeuger, welche in einem an der Unterseite der Grundplatte 16 befestig ten Halter 31 eingesteckt sind und durch auf der Unterseite des grossen Zahnrades 23 angeordnete Stifte 32 bestrichen und dadurch in Schwingungen versetzt werden. An Stelle des dargestellten Musikwerkes könnte auch eine Spieldose eingebaut sein. Ferner könnte anstelle desElektromotors einFedermotor mit auf der Gehäuserückseite angeordneter Aufzugsvorrichtung vorgesehen sein.
Das Bildband kann Lehr- und Unterhaltungsstoff beliebiger Art enthalten, der z. B. zur Erziehung und Belehrung dient und neben bildlichen, resp. zeichne rischen Illustrationen kürzere oder längere Schrift texte besitzt. Das bildhafte Geschehen kann sich auf Landschaften, Märchen-, Sagen-, Abenteuer- und Filmbilder beziehen. Die Bilder und die Texte könn ten ebenfalls das Geschehen in der Pflanzen- und Tierwelt oder der Technik wiedergeben.

The toy projection apparatus shown has a housing 1 provided with rubber feet 2, which is provided at the rear with a removable rear wall 3 and front with a removable picture window 4 frame. On the inside of the frame 4 an unbreakable, transparent protective pane 5 is attached. An image tape 6 serves as the image, which unwinds from an exchangeable reel 7 and winds it onto a motor-driven reel 8 and is slowly moved past the image window.
To guide the picture tape 6 parallel to the picture window 5 are two on both sides of the latter, close to this angeord designated guide rollers 9. The spools 7, 8 are provided with edge disks 7a, 8a to secure the picture tape winding. The axes of the coils 7, 8 and also the guide rollers 9 are mounted in a coil carrier 10, which is formed from a lower and an upper bearing plate.
The latter are attached to the back of the picture window 4. The axle ends of the replaceable reel 7 carrying the reel 6a of picture tape are mounted in open slots 11 of the carrier plates 10 and are secured in their mounting by bearing pawls 12 each provided with a counter slot 11a. The upper bearing pawl 12 is mounted on the top of the upper support plate 10 and the lower pawl 12 on the underside of the lower support plate 10, each about an axle rivet 13 pivotable bar.
The reels 7 and 8 are provided with knobs 7b, 8b to enable the picture tape to be rolled up and unrolled when the picture reel is changed. The illustrated tape 6 is firmly connected with its one end to the interchangeable coil 7, while the other end of the same conically tapered ver as an insertion part 6b (Fig. 4) in a slot 14 of the driven coil 8 is releasably inserted. The coil 8 carries on its lower axle end a toothed wheel 15 for driving the same.
The picture window frame 4 together with the bobbin carrier 10, bobbins 7, 8 and guide rollers 9, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, can be removed as a whole from the housing, which enables the bobbin 7 with picture roller 6a to be easily replaced. After removing the picture window frame 4 with the spool carrier 10 and then rewinding the picture tape 6 onto the spool 7 by turning the button <I> 7b </I> in the direction of the arrow <I> b,
The pawl 12 can be opened and, as FIG. 5 shows, the reel 7 with the picture reel 6a is lifted out of the carrier 10 in the direction of the arrow c and exchanged for another reel with the desired picture tape. For this purpose, there is an arbitrarily large selection of reels with picture rollers of various teaching and entertainment material available.
The image path can be provided with successive images in the size of the image window with or without accompanying text or with text sections and with these alternately arranged images.
The inserted in the housing 1 Bildfen sterrahmen 4 with coil carrier 10 rests on a base plate 16 which is supported by means of downwardly directed support walls 16a on the housing bottom. The base plate carries the entire interior equipment and can be pulled out of the housing with it if repairs have to be made. On the base plate 16, an electric motor 17 is angeord net, which is dressed in a sound insulating housing 18.
The motor shaft 19 passes through the base plate 16 and carries on its lower end the drive gear 20. On one in the base plate 16 and a bearing tongue 16b of the same, a Ge gear shaft 21 is mounted, which over the base plate 16 a pinion 22 and under the base plate 16 a large gear 23 carries.
The latter is in engagement with the pinion 20 of the motor shaft, while the gear 15 of the drive coil 8, which can be disengaged and engaged, engages in the pinion 22. The motor thus drives the spool 8 via the gears 20, 23, 22, 15, so that the image winding from the spool 7 and winding onto the spool 8 band 6 in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 3 long sam is passed by the picture window.
The picture band 6 is illuminated from behind by a light bulb 24 with reflector 25. The reflector 25 with the lamp socket is on a carrier 26 angeord net, which is attached to the base plate 16, see Fig. 1. The lamp 24, 25 and the motor who with the power of a flashlight battery 27 is fed. The latter is arranged on a pad 16c, which forms a horizontally bent part of the base plate side wall.
The motor and lamp are connected in the usual way to the pole of the battery, a switch 28 being built into the power line of the lamp and a switch 29 being built into the power line of the motor. Both scarf ter are mounted on a front panel 30 fastened to the base plate 16 and be operated by rotary buttons 28a and 29a arranged on the front of the control panel.
